This is a list of glitchy adverts that have been reported to Deca since the most recent DV update version 4.23.0. All ads resulted in stretchy screen, unless otherwise noted.

New bug: 'x' to close ad is cut-off, not visible; must force close; no reward (5 February 2022)

Ads that should be viewed in portrait orientation is playing in landscape, so the top and bottom of the ad are cut off; therefore, the 'x' to close the ad does not show. Must force close game. NO REWARD.

As I have said before I don’t get Colosseum ads but once in a while. I do wait for the green etc before playing ads. Tolzar
never showed up after reset yesterday and then when I went into game several hours later it showed up. So I tried. Showed ad 
loaded (green showed) and got the oops in both parks. Shut device down and rebooted Tolzar reloaded the ads played. They were
Revlon ads worked ok. I have had problems with this on both devices I have played on from the very beginning of playing
Dragonvale. Have gone back to doing what I did with first device…I don’t pay any attention to Tolzar I can live with out
whatever he is giving out. If I need gems, magic, etc. I can buy small package. The game really is more enjoyable
when I don’t have the Tolzar aggravation. As has been said if it makes the game less enjoyable don’t do it so I don’t do
Tolzar. The extra ticket ads have played but once from the beginning get the oops so I don’t even bother with the ticket.
I am not a fan of the egg game I don’t always play. I play Dragonvale for the dragons.🐉

Have checked again and yes I am on low resolution.

Ah okay, so the puzzle pieces are coming together. If you have the same ad problems on your iPad that you had with your Kindle Fire tablet, then it’s not the iOS ad bug, or Deca, or DV. It’s probably an issue with your internet connection. That does explain why Backflip and now Deca have never been able to resolve the problems you’re having.

In my other park, same ad but this time on closing it froze the game on the watch ad/later screen. Soft closed the game, went back in and clicked on watch ad. Got the Oops, but two gems were added to the total.

I thought the ad was called The Manor (or similar), but I can't find it in the app store.  It was a woman sitting on a rocking chair with a baby and logs of wood were being added to the fire to keep her warm. The window behind her was broken - she needed to be fixing that before throwing more logs on the fire!

I’ve noticed that if I get an ad at the Colosseum that stretches out everything if I force close, when I reopen the game it’s like nothing happened, the Colosseum is ready and I can finish it again and it’ll give me another ad to watch so I don’t miss the extra gems. It’s really nerve wracking tho because it really looks like you’re going to miss the gems!

Why all the 3 part medical ads?? That's all I seem to get. Wish we had a reset advertiser option on latest version of OS.

You could try turning your device off and on.  Not sure if it will work, but those ads must be annoying.

I had an ad glitch in the Colosseum today. It was a 5 second ad, the screen was black and I received my gems. Should I complain? If I have to watch an ad, I would like to see pictures.

Google doesn't only utilize your personal information, but that of those around you. I'm being aggressively targeted for men's razors. If you use a browser like firefox, no idea.

The stretchy screen problem when watching adds is back! Add is for create dragons or similar. I thought they had solved this.

I received stretch screen ads all through the Spectacle, almost exclusively. It was only over the last couple days I’ve been given a new set of ads that don’t play sideways and result in a hyper horizontal screen.

If you can catch the name of the advert, I’ll add it to the list for Deca. Thanks!

They cause stretchy screen and never pay out. I didn't keep track of the names since I rage close them.

They cause stretchy screen and never pay out. I didn't keep track of the names since I rage close them.

Before you rage close, take a screenshot of the ad. If you can post the name of the advert, I can include it on the list of problematic ads for Deca. Otherwise, there’s nothing to report, and unfortunately, not much else can be done.

The Blockudoku app doesn't naturally have X to close it with.

If I tilt the screen upright and then sideways again, the X is where it's meant to be.

I was only getting those two for the first two days of the event. I am now gettting different ones so I can finally get the tolzar currency.

I found one particular evil ad.

This time, it's another online magazine ad, Everyday Health. It stretches the screen, 1 minute and forces a video to your face.

Worst of all, it won't go away even if I reported it unlike other similar ads.

I reported this monster to DECA.
