There are many reports about the inability to load the game right now on all platforms.
I haven’t been able to load the game on an iPhone 14, but I can on an iPad Pro. Some Android and Amazon players are having a lot of difficulty as well. Calli (on Android) finally got the game to load after 20 attempts! Others are still trying. If you have the patience, keep force closing the app, reloading, force closing, reloading. Hopefully, you can get in the game.
Deca is looking into the issue. If we hear any updates, I will report it here.
Liza, I have your Friend ID as DrakPark#2554. That’s what I gave to Deca. If it’s paddaskold, there should be a '#' and four digits following the username. Cheers!

I’m happy to report success! Hmm, I will have to pay 281 gems to catch up the 10 days missed, but DV loaded my main park normally and is functioning smoothly on IPad Air 4. Fantastic! Much appreciated adlerist for your help with updating DECA with data about the issues.

For the 1st time in 10 days, I was able to log in. All that time wasted in gathering candy, gems, etc. All I missed.
It’s unfortunate that the bug took so long to quash for so many players. It has been a top priority for Deca since it started, but sometimes bugs are complicated and require more time and resources to resolve. I’m glad you and everybody else can visit the Vale and play DV again!

The Portal of Portends rewards is a problem. As I mentioned above, I did bring up the issue with Deca earlier. We’re not sure how Deca will address it.

I’m getting lots of Match 3 ads that end in a ‘reward granted’ but with no X to tap to claim the reward. VERY frustrating! I think they may be poorly configured for thise of us who play on our phones; as if the X is off screen and can’t be accessed.

Did you try pushing on the reward granted? Sometimes in another game of mine I do that and an X appears.

. Yes, i’ve tried that. (Thanks for the suggestion, though!) Also tried adjusting screen configuration/size, but nothing works. It’s probably fine on a pad or desktop, but I always play on iPhone.

JoDragonVale, the loading bug (that I was referring to in the post you quoted) was fixed almost a week ago on 20 October. It sounds like the issue you’re having started after the bug was resolved, so it’s unrelated. Could you please open a support ticket with Deca so they can take a look at your park?
If your game is saved to Google or Game Center you might want to uninstall/reinstall and see if that fixes the loading problems you’re experiencing.

Thanks a lot for your help, Adlerist, I did it: got a tichet this morning, a few hours after my last post! and... and they answered me very qui kly! so it appears that my memorize optimisation were lost! And with the help of a member of the deca team, and after a lot a lot alot of tries, I GOT MY COUNT BACK! now I'm in low resolution, Tsaitsen or Kairos are still bad boys and disconnectd me BUT I can reload behind! sorry if my answer is not too good, I lost all my english trying to understand what I had to do to, step by step, reconnect my account! Apologies, I didn’t have a chance to reply earlier. I was trying to track down this ad. The name of the mobile game is Match 3? I can’t find it in the App Store, but there are a lot of matching games.
To request the removal of an ad, I’ll need the following:
1. Name of the item advertised 2. If the ad is for an app or mobile game, the name of the developer (I can look this up in the App Store, but the name of the game/app needs to be exact) 3. Name of the ad provider: There’s a small icon, usually in a corner of the ad; it can show at the start, end, or throughout the advert. Tap it, and the name of the provider will show.
I looked at the list of ads that have been reported, and I don’t see Match 3. If it’s easier, you can take a video or screenshot of the advert. Sometimes I can recognise the ad provider’s icon. It can also help to identify the developer by comparing the animation and images in the ad to the ones in the App Store.

harwood, I thought some more about the Match 3 ad you reported. Is the ad for Royal Match? I have a screenshot. The advert would look something like this.
I ask because several weeks ago, a player on Discord and a player on FB reported the inability to close an ad that refused to play; it was just a black screen. They had a screenshot and a video. It was clear from the video that the ad was sized for a tablet. Eventually, the FB player was able to get the ad to play, so we had the information needed to report it. I’m wondering if this ad provider has several adverts that are meant to be played on a tablet but are erroneously running on phones. I received the Royal Match ad from this provider today, and the name Match 3 clicked, so I thought this might be it.

Some players in the other DV communities have reported that the event is gone when they open the game. There’s no event island, and the event’s Twilight Tower theme has reverted to the default theme.
If this occurs in your game, force close and reopen. It should resolve the issue. If it doesn’t, please let me know. Thank you!

UPDATE: The ads were “Triple Match” and “Travel Town - Merge Adventure”. When the ad is done I get the Reward Granted text but the X appears to be off screen to the upper right. No tapping there results in any action. When I tap on the >, the game closes and kicks me out.
There is a hacker who is adding gems, treats, and DC to players’ parks through the Gifts menu. The gifts are usually from 'Your Reward for Checking in' or 'discord will_2121'. The amount ranges from 50 gems to 1 trillion gems.
DO NOT collect the gems, treats, or DC from the hacker. If you receive any gifts from someone who is not your friend, do not collect. It will only make the process longer when Deca removes the hacked gifts.
If you’ve already collected the gift, don’t worry, just be aware that Deca is working on the removal of the added currency.
This is not compensation for the loading bug. Compensation has not been distributed yet. We’ll likely receive an update from Deca today.

Reports of the hacker started yesterday, and Deca was alerted. More and more players have been affected, and now all DV communities have reported cases. Deca has been working on patching the exploit.
