It’s a wonder that you can watch ads on an iPhone 8 Plus. Most of the ad issues are from iPhone users. Perhaps you’re not receiving the ads from AppLovin, which appear to be the ones causing problems.
Oh, I didn’t know you had Select Park enabled. That's probably why you weren’t receiving twin notifications. It certainly makes sense. Unfortunately, you can’t test it now because the notifications are broken.
I’m not supposed to get ANY twin notifications with park selection enabled?! Haha but I do! Just for that other park. Wow. Well… once they’re working again, at least I’ll know to try turning that feature off next Twin weekend!
I don’t know if zero notifications will show; it just made sense that notifications may not appear for previous parks you opened. The game will not give notifications for every park, only one, so maybe Select Park is interfering.

That is really interesting. Strange that the game deducts 4 gems from 25 gems. The park is 13 gems better off than it should be - the park should have only received 8 gems ( 4 x 2). Perhaps this is the reason it is crashing, it is struggling with the maths.
The amount the park should be receiving in this post is 4 gems. The Double Rewards ad wasn’t watched, so it would not have earned 8 gems.
The gem Daily Rewards are 3-6 gems and 25 gems. When it’s 3-6 gems, it appears the reward is being deducted from 25 and added to the gem total. But if the game crashes before the Daily Rewards pop-up shows, 25 gems are sent to gifts with the message, 'Your Reward for Checking In'.

Hi I saw that people are reporting daily rewards issues, so I am adding to that:
Yesterday, my game crashed before seeing the daily reward. It did not offer it to me when I came back to the game. (I guess it is in my gifts. Thx MinyaZ!) Today, I had a coin amount and chose to watch the ad. But, I got the blinking frog and “Tolzar turned the wrong dial”. No reward. I had a few daily rewards in my gifts that hadn’t been collected, so it probably is there.
Not sure if anyone else is having these issues, but today any time I try to watch visions with Tolzar, my whole game crashes, then Tolzar's flying contraption is gone completely. Then it comes back only with the offer wall, then finally shows the add option, but every time I try to watch it my game crashes completely.
Pretty sad because I always watch adds during events to get extra EC.
This new Event, “Snowy Winter Ball”, crashes every time I attempt to open it for the first time every day… 🙄
When I attempt to open the game, I receive the 'Connection Error' message once or twice and have to force close and try again. But it’s not a crash, because the game doesn’t open.
I know you’ve mentioned a lot of problems with crashes on this thread and the event thread. Just to let you know, Deca will probably need to perform optimisations and other fixes to reduce the crashes, which will likely require an update. So until there’s an update, the crashes will probably not be resolved. Hopefully, the next update will address the situation, but we haven’t heard any news on this. The event ending and RBC bug are the priority.

Something weird and upsetting is happening in my little park -- it looks like someone else is playing my game? When I logged in this morning I noticed a bunch of changes that I didn't make, and I keep noticing new ones.
-- My park level is 137, when I think it was something like 122 last night -- Kairos is now at the Max (it wasn't before) -- 300,000 in food is missing, and a bunch of my dragons were leveled up to 20. (My system for the little park was that all park dragons were level 4 and all rift dragons were level 10, with exceptions for gem dragons and chrysalis dragons. That's ruined now.) -- a bunch of my trees have the "xp" symbol showing they're ready to be deleted -- the gems in my gifts menu were collected -- double xp was running
Has this happened to anyone else? I submitted a ticket to DECA, but the worst part is that it looks like it's still going on -- while I was writing this message, my park went up to level 138 and the marked trees were all deleted. Why would someone do this? And is there anything I can do?

It was during a time when I was using public WiFi at the local visitor center in order to get online and play DragonVale. This was back in the day when Backflip Studios was still in charge the game. I remember playing the game and seeing that my park level had risen while I was away. This happened a couple times, treats were missing and dragons were at higher levels, but not much else had changed.
What's weird is that one of the people I knew who worked at the visitor center mentioned finding me and friending me on Facebook. This lead to a discussion about Facebook games, including DragonVale, which she said she also played. Now, people who know me know that I don't do social media. The only reason I made a Facebook account was so I could play games. So for this person, who doesn't even know me that well beyond being casual acquaintances, to approach me out of the blue and be like, I found you on Facebook and we both play DragonVale right when all of these weird things started happening in my park seemed a little strange.
She even asked me what my Facebook name is, saying something like, "You're Rian Ruby, aren't you?" Which is correct. That's my fake name on an empty account made only for gaming purposes. I remember thinking how strange that she would know that.
The changes in my park continued to randomly pop up after that, but they were always something small, like gaining a level or two when I'd been away from my game for a while. Or sometimes I would return to find double XP running just like you described. Eventually it stopped and hasn't happened for a long time. But I always thought it was kind of strange. I honestly wondered if someone had hacked my park since I was using public WiFi. But since it hasn't happened for a couple of years, eventually it slipped my mind until reading your post just now.

The ads do not belong to Deca. They’re provided by a third party. Deca can test it, but just because an ad doesn’t play on your device, it doesn't mean it won’t play on other devices. For example, all the problematic ads reported by iPhone users play fine on my iPad Pro. So if you’re having problems with an advert, you can help. Please provide the name of the ad and the ad provider (if you need more information, it’s on the first post), and I can request that the advert be pulled. This benefits all players, not just you and me. I don’t receive all the ads, and 99% don’t cause any problems on my iPad Pro. So, unless you can identify the advert, it won’t be removed.

I too have now been bitten by the event island disappearing bug. Lost 6 caves that I activated with a paid purchase all dragons given by the game were ones I didn’t need. Sent in a ticket but didn’t even get the acknowledgment that they received it. Sad thing is I had bred about 9 that I needed but hadn’t claimed any because I was still trying for others.

Yup, that’s plenty of memory. I have similar stats with the same device. The issue isn’t with your iPad Pro or other players’ devices. The ad needs to be removed. If you can identify the advert by providing the name and ad provider, it can be pulled.
Also, check the General DragonVale thread. There’s a new update that may help address the ad issue. No promises it’ll work, but there's nothing to lose by giving it a try.

Has this been mentioned yet? When I collected hidden items they didn't give me anything. They just disappeared with no Iceberries. I don't mind too much since it's only 15 Iceberries but just mentioning it in case no one's posted about it yet.

Yeah same thing with me, also when I start my game the whole winterball island is gone and I have to restart it. Hope they fix it soon.. lost all my eggs made in the process

There have been a handful of reports about this bug. It’s not affecting many players. Did this occur in your park? I can give Deca your Friend ID so they can review your game and try to recreate the bug. But if it’s not occurring in your park, it’ll be misleading.
If it is occurring in your park, we have several questions:
1. Does the bug only occur with presents? Only presents don't payout? 2. You said you’re not losing a lot of Iceberries, so I take it you still have Sandakloz, and he is paying out Iceberries. Is this correct? 3. Does the border around the Visitors icon disappear? 4. Do the tapable presents all disappear, or do some stay in your game? If so, which one(s)?
