There are several new updates to the rating threads and process.
1. We’ve recently gained two marvellous moderators, OboeKade and samiam! Previously, the amazing MinyaZ assisted with the ratings, but now OboeKade has graciously agreed to track participants and average ratings. Thank you so much, OboeKade!
2. Please rate the dragons on a scale between 1 to 5. Do not rate below 1 or above 5. You can use a decimal point (1.1, 3.5, 4.7, etc), but if a number outside the range of 1-5 is provided it will not be calculated, so it’ll have no impact on the dragon’s rating.
The Rate a Dragon threads will remain unlocked until the event concludes on 8 December. At the end of the event, your comments and ratings will be passed on to Deca. I will still be combining the Forum and Discord feedback together and submitting it to Deca under the title of both communities.
Please take a minute to rate the Om of Nom dragons for each category. You can either post your feedback on this thread or message me. Thank you so much for your time and participation!

COUNTRY DRAGON
1. Animation: 3/5
2. Rift trait: 4/5
3. Size (if you don’t own County, please check a friend’s park): 4/5 It’s bigger than the other Melody dragons so that’s good!
4. Price (12,000 Spice): 5/5
5. How well does County fit the theme: 4/5 I guess the assumption is farmers like country music so a country music dragon fits Om of Noms.
6. Design details: 4/5
7. How much do you like County (1 = I hate it, 5 = I love it!): 3/5 The Melody dragons aren’t my favorites.
8. Comments/feedback for Deca (optional): The Melody dragons are so much more human-like than the other dragons in the events. And it looks like all the Melody dragons are going to be this way. It’s becoming an odd category of dragons… the Musical Humanoid dragons. This is the reason why they’re always my least favorite in the events.
1. Animation- 4/5 (a bit too humanoid for my liking but well-done overall)
2. Rift trait- 4/5 (subtle enough for me but maybe a bit much?)
3. Size (if you don’t own County, please check a friend’s park)- 3/5 (it's large by design but next to the other Melody dragons the difference is especially prominent)
4. Price (12,000 Spice)- 3/5 (it could be and has been worse but still isn't ideal)
5. How well does County fit the theme- 5/5 (a Country Dragon in the country)
6. Design details- 3/5 (Not a bad design but a bit too humanoid... unfortunately it suffers from the same problems as the other Melody dragons)
7. How much do you like County (1 = I hate it, 5 = I love it!)- 2/5 (definitely the best Melody dragon so far, but it's still far too humanoid for my taste)

Country 1. 4/5 Not quite sure what it’s doing but it looks happy doing it. 2. 5/5 Nicely placed. Wish I’d managed to breed one. 3. 3/5 I wouldn’t mind its size at all but it looks a bit ridiculous with the other Melody dragons being so tiny. 4. 3/5 Bit steep. 5. 5/5 Yeehaw y’all. 6. 4/5 Looks great but I wish the sizing was a better fit (the other Melody dragons should be bigger, not this one smaller). 7. 5/5 The best Melody dragon by a Country mile!

It's great that the Country dragon isn't puny in size, but now it makes all the other melody dragons look even more ridiculously small. This isn't feedback for the Country dragon specifically, but it'd be great if the other melody dragons were scaled up to Country's size. Or at least make Heavy Metal bigger (I'm still bitter about its disappointingly small size)!
As for comments specifically on Country, its design doesn't quite do it for me. If the previous melody dragons from Into the Dark were approaching the line of too complicated, Country goes the other way of maybe being a bit too bland. But I could see the charm of a simple dragon representing simple country life music. Another thing: Country's proportions feel off to me; head too big, neck weirdly long, body and limbs too slim. Maybe it's part of the spindly country charm? But you'd think a Country dragon would have more meat to its bones, working in the countryside.
3. Finally, a decent or big sized Melody Dragon on the dragon that should have been small. Why make this iguana the size Heavy Metal should have? 2/5
4. I’ll let it go this time compared to the cost of Melodies in the Halloween event. 5/5
5. COUNTRY Roads. It’s it the name and everybody called it and it’s not surprising. 5/5
6. I guess that crest is supposed to resemble a cowboy hat, but otherwise feels too humanly which is the same problem I have with Techno which I was so disturbed, that I gave it a score lower than one. 3.5/5
Also, way disappointed that it doesn’t look like a pterodactyl like how it’s presented in the title screen.
7. A meh and not a big fan of. 1.6/5
8. Is it me or the melody dragons so far have human properties and would be more fitting in Dragon City. There are music originated in the times before technology and these are yet to be tackled. And can we get a Melody dragon that isn’t a clone of each other in terms of earning rates.

6. Design details 5 good details, for some reason I don't like the stalk in the mouth, maybe because it's more stereotype of a farmer than a musician
7. How much do you like County (1 = I hate it, 5 = I love it!) 4 maybe it's the association with my least favorite genre, but at least I don't have to listen to it, so there's really nothing wrong with the dragon (except that stalk in his mouth)
