Got the Orlena tonight with a Rosegold and Poison, both Lvl 20… thanks Fletch_smf 😁👍
Oh yes, I almost forgot (there goes my memory again), that trick, using the Social/Invite Friends/Change Icon to find out if you got your first Dragon still works, at least on my device 👌
Yeah, it was down for a New York minute, but was put back very quickly. I think we might lose it again for good in the future, so let's enjoy it while we can. :-)
Deca said they didn’t intend to remove the icon trick and have no plans to eliminate it. So I suppose it’s evolved from a trick to a feature. 😊

That’s good to hear. 👏
LOL!!! That reminds me of back when I worked for Burroughs (later UNISYS), our BIGGEST competitor often referred to their (many) software bugs as ‘features’. 🤣 Thanks adlerist , you made my day… on both counts!

Despite how enthusiastic my Rifted Rose and Gold dragons are about producing Rosegold dragons, I remain devoid of a *Rifted* Rosegold.
It took me 1 day to get a Rifted Rose and then 3 more to get the Rifted Rosegold, each time Retrying all the way up to E$ 20,000. Today I’ll try for the Rifted Orlean🙏

Finally. After several long fails (and more gems than I care to admit) I managed to breed Orlena. Now I can go back to trying for Lullaby while waiting for the next limited.
We share our physical lives with those in spirit. For life, like love, never dies. Love knows no limits, not even death.

Same, three non-rifted ones so far!
Oh my, three untraited Rosegolds! Your incredible composure is remarkable to behold. No way could I be so calm or casual about it. After breeding a second untraited Murano in 4 days, I thought I was going to lose it for good.
Wish the percentage was higher for traited dragons. Seems like every other dragon is traitless. Untraited dragons in the Rift should be a rare and special feat — like the 1% Snowflake 7.

Final tally was four non-Rift Rosegolds for me before I finally got a Rifted one. And I'd be more inclined to vote in favor of "You can strip the Rift property off a dragon entirely" (possibly for a modest cost, possibly not for Rifted-only breeds) because it's always vaguely annoying trying to get a *non-Rifted* clone and the Rift's stuck in Rifted-only mode because they look different and Rifted costs way more to feed...

If Deca created a feature to remove a trait from a Rift-bred dragon, then we most certainly should be allowed to add a trait to an untraited dragon bred in the Rift — so it can be a proper Rift dragon.

You can move Rifted dragons out of the Rift but not un-Rifted into, so adding a trait seemed less probable (at least IMO). Could make that the more premium option, etherium to strip but gems to add? I dunno, I wouldn't care as much (looks or no) if Rifted dragons weren't such greedy-guts...

I may be alone in this, but I’m not a fan of being able to change dragons from Rift to non-Rift or non to Rift. This game is already pretty easy. Lets’s keep some aspects challenging.

That’s not true, you can move an untraited dragon into the Rift. It can reside in any habitat or be stored in the Rift Hibernation Cave. Removing a Rift trait from a Rift-bred dragon seem less probable and unnatural, since traits are specifically acquired at the Rift Breeding Cave using traited dragons.

The Orlena dragon will be taking her pedestal and making a dignified exit from the park at the next reset. Breed or buy your dragon/pedstal now before it is too late.

I doubt it'll happen, and even if it did I wouldn't expect it to be *cheap*. Just I don't feel like "wasting" food on a dragon that doesn't look like itself and costs way more to feed is all. :-P

Huh, I swear I tried doing that at some point and couldn't. Maybe make "first successful Rift breeding will be Rift, current odds of Rift/non after"?
Anyhoo, last breed I was going to bother with netted me a Rifted Orlena so yay done with that. Time for bed now...
Alright, I need some w(h)ine... I've been trying for a traited masque in the rift non-stop since the event started, except for the one day it took to get Orlena. It's been so fruitless I even checked the breeding hints twice to make sure 1) masque is currently breedable and 2) I'm using the correvt combo (no mixup on sprite and spritely). Big nothing. I'd like a large glass of the house red, please.
Clutch moment!! At 10K etherium with less than one hour before the new limited dragon comes out (and after 5 of the 7 days to get rose gold rifted) I got the Orlena cold rifted. No pressure!

Count me in too, been doing the exact same thing. Breeding daily up to 20kE and no traited masque yet.
An arrow whizzed by Gardenia’s feet as she walked by. Startled, she looked back and saw CUPIDO shooting arrows at the ground. 'I thought your arrow pierced our hearts so we’d fall in love,' said Gardenia. 'No, no that’s far too dangerous,' replied Cupido. 'I aim for a stone’s heart and turn it into a sweetheart.' Gardenia was surprised Cupido’s magic was so literal.
Cupido is in the co-op falling in love. Koala cupid to all! ❤️🐨❤️
Got lucky with Cupido and received it on the fourth try in the Rift with a nifty fire trait. I hope everyone wrangles this fun-loving dragon soon.
❤️ HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY! ❤️
