• Bloom and Panlong have been added to the event market so you can breed Ovalith (thanks to Calli and the FB community, and pupseal on Discord for the suggestion)
• Pouke has been added to the event market after a long absence from the Vale (thank you Sleepy from Discord for the request)
Other Updates
• Hyperion has been added to the Vintage collection in the Dragonarium (thanks to Rcooldude, Calli, and Gumba for reporting this)
Had to buy 14 Chrysalis Eggs of Mystery before finally getting the Lacewing or Marbletail that was needed, all the rest were duplicates and my Etherium stash is almost completely depleted. With time, should be able to fill in the blanks.

That is some great additions. Sorry, I didn't think of this earlier, but could Deca add the Monolith Boost to the event market? It hasn't been seen since 2017 (according to the Wiki).
I did not know this existed. But it was such a chore to get event currency back then that I probably just filed it into lower priority and forgot. Although if we were closer to April fools….
I probably also thought that 20% of a monoliths earnings was very little and not worth plant farmng.
I LOVE THE RUNIC BREEDING CAVES! (Yes, I was shouting. Sorry… well, only a little sorry.) With the wonderful list of ‘dragons you may need’ from adlerist (thankyou thankyou thankyou) I’m trying to get traited versions of all of them so I can do new dragon breeding in Rift. I was missing several. With a purchase of 3 cave tokens, I have 5 caves going. So far I’ve gotten Snooz, Florea, and Glasswing! I only have Wolper and Kroki left.
Already about to whine. Spent so many gems taking out short fails trying to snag a Redbeard from Co-op and ended up with Sun/Rainbow clogged. And I just used Kairos.
For an event based on St. Patrick’s Day and having a dragon named "Luck" I feel like I’m cursed.

I'm trying to breed a Pouke without a trait. To be honest, I don't really care for traited dragons. The last time Pouke was available, I somehow managed to breed one with an ugly earth trait (looks like it took a mud bath and then let the mud dry and cake all over its wings). But I like Pouke, so I kept it and named it CocoCream because of its brown color.
Hopefully I'll get a regular Pouke this time. I've got so many caves loaded up with the combination for breeding Pouke. I even dumped CocoCream in with a Water Elder in hopes of achieving the desired results. Nothing yet, but I'm still trying.

There was a discussion on discord about this topic today, and I'm not sure others were as excited as I was to have it permanent one day. They bring up good points, it would just be another extra long fail once you collect your dragon. While the success rate is so very low, each cave will get locked up every 90 days for 2+ days with the above odds with most 'complex' breeds. They're already getting double rainbows on rare occasions (also 0.5), this would double that. Tough decision, and I'm not sure which side I land now.
We haven’t heard a response from Deca about Triple Rainbow’s status. They may not release that information before the event ends. For consistency, I can see it becoming permanent. But Deca likely determined the dragon’s status before it was released, and I don’t know how keen they would be to change it.
There are positives and negatives for both sides. Regardless, g’luck to everyone trying to clone it! 🌈🌈🌈
It’ll pretty much be, if you got Triple Rainbow - make it be limited. If you didn’t get it - make it be permanent. Lol DECA can’t win this one.
Thank you for the amazing event thread adlerist and the spring story. The forum looks great - I love all the green and the songs are fabulous. The Cat in the Hat rainbow song is a bit of fun.
I got a kick out of that too! I love Dr. Seuss! I think my fave song is the Lucky Charms jingle. 😂 That really made me laugh!
adlerist in this post the leprechaun tricked people into following the wrong rainbow so they couldn’t find their pot of gold. Is this part of the leprechaun story? I know they’re shoemakers, but I haven’t heard the switching rainbows part before.

And each breed using 4 elements will have a chance at all three rainbows. 😑 You are excited when you get the first few and then they just become a bother, but it is beneficial for DECA. Long permanent fails are thrown in to make you want to use those resources so you buy more. My guess is it will be permanent.
I am on the side of it NOT becoming permanent. I would much rather use event currency to purchase it once, than spend untold amounts of gems to speed it up over the coming years.
Would Deca let us vote on it, or take a Pole in the Plaza, yay or nay to TR becoming permanent ?
That’s an interesting idea! Let players vote and decide if it’s permanent or limited. You’d have to ask adlerist if they’d do something like that.

Definitely winning! If you are due a Daily Reward Egg - Rare or Epic, you should get Quintessence or Spectrapod for your dragon.
(Daily Reward 30 is a Rare dragon, Daily Reward 60 is an Epic dragon)

Oooh THAT’S an exciting thought! I’m at day 51/100. Looking forward to #60! I have no doubt there will be more dragons released before I get those two, but knowing I’m so close when a year ago I was missing hundreds… it’s very exciting

Since the Chrysalis dragons are in the event market, here’s the breeding guide to obtain all 17 Chrysalis dragons.
THE BREAKDOWN: You will need at least 5 Chrysalis dragons to breed all 17 dragons in the Chrysalis collection. From the outer circle, acquire 3 of the 5 base dragons. Be sure all 3 dragons are not next to each other (e.g., Duskwing, Chrysalis, Marbletail = 👍. Duskwing, Chrysalis, Swallowtail = 👎). In addition, you will need Starwing with a dark trait and Prism with a light trait.
