My gaming budget is small these days. I wouldn't say I'm leaving DV for any game. The truth is, while watching the DV bar load up, my interest in DV wanes down. I'm playing a couple of games right now, and neither have events and I never feel like I'm missing on something if I don't log on each day. These days, I'd rather build something out of wood (or Lego), or fix something, or score some husband points, or play hockey, or watch a thought-provoking movie (or Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends), or get (back?) in shape (or wrestle some nothing-but-trouble kids), or do nothing.
I feel good just thinking about NOT logging on during BeB and the winter event! Small victories
Then you are doing the right thing to give it up. And perhaps for the best - all of the above are better ways to spend time some could argue, but it is definitely better for you to not play if you don't want to!

My game reccomendation would be Aveyond:D It's a RPG style game for PC and it's my game obsession:)
It's got a bunch if games in the series, seven in total currently plus the prologue, and I absolutely love them. They can all be played as stand alone games which is awesome (except for the orbs of magic series, you have to play those in the order Lord of Twilight, Gates of Night, The Lost Orb and Darkthrop Prophecy) but there are little bits of humour that only people who played them in the order they were created would get.
It's definitely one I would reccomend to people who enjoy computer games. It's sold on places like BigFish and Steam but I'd reccomend getting it straight from Aveyond.com so that any expansion packs or updated versions you can get for free once you've bought the game.

Ooooh😃 would that be a tap type game like DV, or is it a buy controls of some sort learn how to use them play on your computer type game ? Never played any of those, as you can tell dunno even what to call ‘em 😆

I did join the author’s gang of witches and wizards, (Pottermore); did the qnaire etc, fantastic fun 😄 Thought I would be a Hufflepuff but the Hat selected me as a Ravenclaw... Then had to tie my visa hand to the arm of the chair to prevent xpenditure of funds on a plastic replica wand 😈 heh heh unleashed child!

ayyyyy ravenclaw squad! I took a Harry Potter quiz (personality test) that my mom found online about a month or 2 ago and scored ravenclaw house. Buuuut my second place house was slytherin soooo.... 😏

I commiserate with that Visa hand when it comes to HP. I have been slowly squirreling away Hogwarts items to eventually make an HP themed nursery when I become a granny. This one was inspiring. Love the ‘Free Dobby’ stray sock holder! This is my latest acquisition: The Grim Teacup It is brilliant! Whatever you do, don’t type in ‘Harry Potter nursery’ in the Etsy search box. You will easily lose hours out of your day!
ATTN Kiwichris and all other Kiwis: It looks like you get first crack at it as New Zealand was chosen for the beta test. Since it is similar to Pokemon Go we rural folks are left on the sidelines. Urban dwellers however should have fun with this app.
