Now I can sit back and wait for the first limited dragon. All is well in the vale today.
EDIT: whoa, on second thought, maybe Scryer would be better on my Halloween island. I think it would be happier there and fit in with the others very nicely. 😊

I’ve just realised we need Stella to breed Prestige, so, for me, that’s TWO unbreedable Limited Dragons.

glademaid - I'm assuming that you need Starwing in the rift? The Chrysalis Egg of Mystery has been brought back for this event. You might get lucky there and receive a Starwing or Glowwing.
If you don't have Stella, Prestige or Starwing in the Vale, perhaps a friend could put one in co-op for you.

Yes, I’m lacking rifted versions. I tried the Egg of Mystery once, and got the same dragon three times in a row, made even worse by the fact I already had that dragon to begin with. After that, I decided they weren’t worth the risk. It is such a shame. I enjoy the satisfaction of breeding dragons and find the pressure to earn enough currency to buy all of them really stressful and (to be trendy) bad for my mental health. 🥺

I just tried to purchase a sun habitat using DC, but it is not showing in the market. I know it is available using event currency, but I thought in the past habitats were still available to purchase using DC even though they were also available in the prize market. I don’t want to waste event currency for a sun habitat ☹️
Typically, when habitats are in the event market, they’re removed from the regular Market. You could purchase the Celestial and Meridiem Habitats for event currency. They house Sun, Moon, and Galaxy dragons. The Celestial and Meridiem Habitats don’t count against your limit and are special for events. Or, if you prefer the Sun Habitat, you could store your dragons until the event is over, then purchase the habitat for DC.
I guess I’ve never had to purchase a habitat that was in an event before 🤷♀️.

Happens to me often too.
I’ll recommend to Deca that they refrain from using Starwing, Glowwing, Gildamane, Faux, Stella, and Prestige in future breeding combos for new dragon, since a traited version of Starwing and Glowwing are difficult to acquire because they’re dependent on the expensive Chrysalis Egg of Mystery. No promises that Deca will do this, but it doesn’t hurt to ask.

I was excited to see the Chrysalis Egg of Mystery back until I got two more Morpho and only one of the Gen 1. I’d love to breed the rest of them in the Rift but I think it’s too expensive to try to get two more Gen 1 to make it happen! At least it’s spat out a Rifted Starwing, I’m using it now to try for Prestige

Thank you, Adlerist. Much appreciated. Using dragons that could only previously be acquired via Event currency in breeding combinations is also mean. Given that we are now almost constantly in Event mode, and don’t have the down time we used to have between events, it makes it hard to breed rifted versions of those dragons. I pine for the “good old days” when Backflip released new dragons that we could breed outside of events. That said, I was thrilled that a rifted Triple Rainbow popped up while I was trying for Fluffles. That really made my day, especially as after 29 days of unsuccessfully trying for Hyperion in all sites all three parks, and even using the zRunic Breeding Cave, I did not manage to breed a single Hyperion. That was really depressing.

Yes, that’s correct. It’ll be nighttime in your Vale and the Rift all the time. Many koalas with Midnight!

The Rift really likes to give Vale versions of dragons. Doesn’t seem right. That’s what the Vale is for.

I feel your pain. I have been trying for a traited Outrider in one of the parks since day 1, I got 1 untraited, and all the rest are fails. 😭. Haven’t even started on Undau. Let us continue to persevere! 🐨🐨🐨
