I got the easiest donation board that I have ever seen this morning. Flower, Poison, fire element and plant element - all other spots were free. On a doubles day too! I had a Flower and Poison twin in my gifts menu, so this was very easy to complete. 😉

I'm guessing since it was released outside of an event it avoided the 'new releases can't be the result of EoMs' rule. I know someone else on the forum got one. It's not guaranteed but like with any dragon, the fewer dragons you have left to get the more likely it will be Jackpot (since the daily reward EoMs guarantee new dragons if you don't have all of them).

I am currently in the car with my mum and I saw this post and was like 'Muuuum... Did I forgeeeet...' Luckily there are two different dates 🤪 (Though really every day is mother's day obviously)
I have finally persuaded a Scribe dragon to come to one of my parks via co-op - not a twin unfortunately. I'm pleased it has reasonable cloning odds, I'm having no luck at all in the Rift and getting Moon after Rainbow after Aurora fails in the Enchanted Breeding Cave. 🙄

I think my co-op cave is broken, I haven't been able to clone a single dragon yet -- but I'm currently sitting on a 48h failure. Looking for the phone number of the carpenter koalas, I hope they will be able to fix it! :')

Just one with Galaxy element which is why I'm attempting to clone Rigel in the Rift. Trying to complete the board of epic elements during doubles to get a windfall of magic. I could spend 50 gems on the Galaxy space to get 2,000 magic. That seems worth it...? Haha

You can't clone Rigel. The only way to clone Galaxies is by using them in Co-Op and Rigel can't be a result in co-op. The only way Rigel+Rigel can result in Rigel is if you have all other galaxies in your park somewhere, at which point you may as well double parent clone one in co-op. 50 gems would get you 10 extra mini game plays which would probably net you at the most 1000 EC so probably worth it. I'd suggest trying to double parent clone a galaxy first as skipping the breed and incubation might cost less than 50 gems, especially if you have Kairos and Gaia's power/very upgraded nursery.
Edit to add: if you don't already have all galaxies in your park then you must use the co-op method anyway. Or you could breed for Lunis/Solis in any cave but if you have any non-Rigel galaxies (which I assume you do) you may as well double parent clone in Co-Op. But check whether any of the galaxies you can double parent clone in co-op have better odds than others (use the compendium), and if there are many with the same odds, use the one that has the lowest average time. I can't check this myself at the moment as I'm using mobile.

Rigel has all 10 elements, a .5% breeding percentage, and cannot be cloned, so Rigel + Rigel in the Rift will take plenty of attempts and much luck to breed another Rigel. I always save all my daily reward mystery eggs, so when the donation boards roll around each year, I’ve accumulated three Galaxy mystery eggs. I use those to complete the Galaxy element on the donation boards, because the Galaxy element shows up a lot.

Ever since Scribe was released, his face has seemed familiar, but I haven't been able to place it. I just realised... IT LOOKS LIKE A JIBBER JABBER!!!
I used to LOVE making those as a kid. When I'd finally managed to work out how to fold it right that is!!
My love for Scribe just at least doubled 💙
That is awesome! I had to look up what a jibber jabber was, even though I was pretty sure what it was. We just called it something else when I was a kid (I'm in the U.S.), but I found a video on how to make them and it brought back so many memories!
I love the wax seals on Scribe. Regarding the jibber jabber, how cool would it be if in his animation his face opened up and you could see his eyes? One thing I'm not a fan of are the recent illustrations of the dragon claws. Scribe and Mushry both have them. They are weirdly out-of-place and so static. I don't like it. I prefer the claws like on Panlong and Ichigo, they are far more realistic (I say as I'm talking about mythical creatures, HAH) -- In other dragonvale news, I finally bred a Riptide dragon. I'm so stoked about getting all the spellform pieces for her. She's so lovely and is my favorite one. I also want Psyche and Sparkles, but Riptide is my top Spellform so I'm so pleased I managed to breed her! -- Also I'm so stoked to see what the new award will be this event for the Rate a Dragon. I'm hoping it'll be the school or the broom broom decoration, or something relating to this whole Summerthing's Magical event. <3

The way to save the reward mystery eggs is just to hit the x in the upper right corner when it is asking if you want to hatch/sell/egg/release the dragon. This puts the egg into your social queue so you can deal with it later. Just an FYI if you didn’t know. (The you is all the other people, not adlerist, cause obviously she knows).
After missing every spellform re-release since the original event, I finally have every spellform piece! Now just to get the remaining 4 of those dragons.
Also, either the koalas are late or someone accidentally sent evil koalas, because I STILL have yet to breed a dragon I do not already own during this event. (Prestige was co-op cloned shortly before the event and Riptide was purchased using EC.) Maybe I should just start collecting Misfortune dragons instead.
