Out of interest, is there a lore reason why Neoteric has such high odds? It's always intrigued me that it's got a 12% chance to get it from its combo. That's better than any single parent cloning chance I've seen, apart from common (and some rare) permanent hybrids but that's only because they always get combo + cloning odds.
Neoteric was released on December 31st for New Year's 2016. Backflip probably made the dragon easy to breed because it was a New Year's gift.

Kai's dragon changed again, it's now Midnight. Which is admittedly a lot less useful than Prestige but if someone does have a Starwing dragon already it helps to get Stella 😊

The apprentices were whirling around Mrs Murphy’s School for Spellwork and Sorcery in great anticipation. Summer school was about to begin! As the doors opened they sped in and were immediately greeted by SCRIBE. 'When will we learn how to cast spells, conjure sorcery, and zoom on brooms!' the apprentices excitedly shouted. Scribe slowly looked up from his book, 'After you read the library books your ancestors authored'. Down a long corridor, the library loomed tall. The apprentices open the doors and looked up for miles. There were wall-to-wall books of musty magic, open-sesame mojo, spellbinding makutu, and enchanted incantations. There were books everywhere!
Scribe is in the co-op taking note of everything. Koala conjuring to all!

There might be a bug with Rift breeding's EC output. One of the comment says there isn't; I tested it out and definitely got more than 1 EC for it but it did look like it was less than expected (it was a Fulgurite dragon and I only got about 10 EC for it). Also, it looks like the original poster gets EC for selling dragons after putting them in the hibernation cave, which doesn't seem like what usually happens (I'm not sure though).

I’m disappointed that Deca didn’t keep Prestige with Kai. Prestige is so difficult for new players to breed, and it’s required in breeding combos. It was the perfect dragon. Stella was my second pick. Midnight didn’t even make the list.

I usually have an enormous supply of treats (several billion) for levelling up dragons and I constantly replenish my supply. I cannot recall when I last ran out. Today I find my supply has depleted to a very low 500,000. I'm perplexed, because although I don't keep record, I'm almost certain I had my usual large supply. Wondering has any one else noticed this?

Someone did mention, I think near the beginning of this event, something like this. From memory of the comments, no one else had experienced it. I will see if I can find the post.

I have done a very small test in the rift this morning. I am receiving the amount of magic I would expect to receive from selling the dragon added to my EC total. I bred the same dragon twice. I sold one from the 'hatch' and sent one to the hibernation cave. They both received the same amount of EC. I sold it from the hibernation cave and did not receive any additional EC.

The cherry tree is my favourite award so far, even of the ones I've seen on other people's profiles 🌸💙🌸 And because of this forum I love anything koala-related.
I got the easiest donation board that I have ever seen this morning. Flower, Poison, fire element and plant element - all other spots were free. On a doubles day too! I had a Flower and Poison twin in my gifts menu, so this was very easy to complete. 😉

Since DECA aren't showing signs of adding the much-anticipated search function to the gifts menu, I've been thinking about writing a list of all the dragons in my gifts... I just can't be bothered to scroll through the hundred-or-so I have searching to see if I have any that meet the requirements 😭

I started a spreadsheet for the twin eggs. That was two years ago. I was only able to record about a hundred eggs — didn’t even make a dent in the Gifts list. It took too long. I’ve considered trying again, but I doubt I’ll find the time.
