📚 ACQUIRE MRS. MURPHY’S SCHOOL OF SPELLWORK AND SORCERY (The Enchanted Forest will disappear with the rest of the event island. To obtain the building you will need to clear the Enchanted Forest three times. It costs 550 Magic each time (1650 Magic total). All three clearings take ~3 hours, 20 minutes each (total ~10 hours). A chest will be uncovered. It costs 350 Magic to open the chest; it is instant, no wait time. The school will be delivered to your Gifts. If you run out of time, you can use Kairos and gems to speed up the clearings.)
After the next daily reset, you will have two days to shop at the event market, until the event takedown on Wednesday, June 14th.
Very disappointing to spend 11 days trying to breed a Margento in the Rift, more specifically 192 breeding attempts with two level 20 dragons, and Not. Get. A. Single. One. Rifted or no. 😡
I know it’s part of the game, but it sure can take the fun out of it. Oh well, I’ll just have to continue to focus on getting a twin with the Margento that I bought with EC. Not having much luck there either so far, but I don’t really have anything else to work on until the next event, so fingers crossed!

I did manage to get a golden section for the first two main categories (barring the Chest of Enhancements) after all! Next event I believe I'll only have 19 pedestals to get, and then next year's new releases 😁

I had this same problem with Scribe. It seems like there’s always at least one dragon that’s difficult to breed in the Rift every event, and it’s not always the same dragon for everyone. Koala with the twin Margento!

Sorry to hear others suffered as well. I never made a traited Construct. Frustrating when I was doing the first 20k breed most days that week. I did get one untraited one in the Rift… small consolation. My first co-op one was terrible to breed too, as has been cloning him in co-op through double parent breeding. I now have 5 Constructs on my main as I work for a twin. I have 15 hours left on one percolating on an alt. Crossing my fingers and toes it’s a twin. What’s funny is it doesn’t even matter… almost guaranteed we’ll have another twin weekend with Xmas Runics. I’m just impatient. koala with your Margento twinning!

I should not be awake this late, but at a more reasonable time I’m going to use the Compendium to fill any gaps I have in my Dragonarium, and will likely have lots left over! I’d been a good event, even if Rifted Magento failed to turn up

Now that the event has ended (apart from the 'shopping' days), I'm going to spend the next few days rearranging my park and updating my Compendium. Hopefully there will be enough time before the start of the new event. 😊

I cannot believe how perfect a name that is for the school dragon! Paladin is perfect! I played D&D once upon a time, so it goes so well with their explanation: "The paladin is a holy knight, crusading in the name of good and order, and is a divine spellcaster."

Thanks! I had been wanting to change it for a while but could never really decide on what to do, but as soon as this event started I wanted to somehow incorporate the school or the flying wizards. Glad to see you're happy I kept Chaiko too, I love that little dope.
On a sidenote- the event dragons are still able to be bred until magic can't be spent anymore, right? I think I got mixed up and thought they were no longer able to be bred, and started trying for Ignaqtus in the rift, only to be dissapointed, but now I think I know why. Darn!

That's right, in the spending-only days of the event, all returning dragons are still breedable, and no new releases are breedable.

Many years ago i also played D&D and still have my notebooks and sketches. Ah, happy memories! Until recently each and every one of my Dragons received a unique name.
I would call this a successful event! I managed to:
Obtain all returning dragon pedestals and complete the Enchanting, Alchemy and Sorcery sections
Breed every dragon from the limited section, even though I missed the Scribe Dragon at first
Co-op clone the Mushry Dragon and Invento Dragon (I am planning to breed for Ignaqtus starting Wednesday)
Purchase all five Olympus Reward Habitats from the event market - I had none to begin with
Max out on Celestial and Meridiem Habitats (purchased two of each)
Max out on Dark Reward and Light Reward habitats (purchased two of each regular habitat; plan to later upgrade them using gems)
Redecorate my entire park during Decorator's Week
Obtain Mrs. Murphy's School of Spellwork and Sorcery
Obtain every spellform piece for Enhanced Dragons
Start my process of getting two of each Spellform Dragon, unrifted
What I DID NOT decide to do:
Purchase new/returning decorations I did not own
Purchase the new Olympus theme
Purchase Mushry's, Ignaqtus', and Invento's egg pedestals
Use EC to purchase spellform chests (used minigames for that)
Purchase Moon or Rainbow Habitats (although I did contemplate buying Giant Moon Habitats)
Overall, I am ready for the next event to start. I cannot wait to see what DECA did with the Community contest dragon designs. I know that, with great confidence, that hawk's Jackal Dragon (I cannot link the reddit post right now since r/dragonvale is currently dark to protest the recent API changes on Reddit) will be added into the game.
The Original One is in all things. The Original One is nowhere at all. From all creations, over all creations, does Arceus watch over all.
Overall, I am ready for the next event to start. I cannot wait to see what DECA did with the Community contest dragon designs.
