Dear Forum Members
First of all , I would like to thank the participants for their talented decoration work! The proposals are varied and really all magnificent and magical!
You can vote for one or more islands but not for all the islands, at least two of them must not have received your approval. This does not mean that the islands are not beautiful and amazing but we need a ranking!
The votes are done blind and the publication is random *
The entrants can voteexcept for their own submissions
Leaving an admiring and constructive comment and/or an explanation of your vote will be greatly appreciated.
* As some entrants can reuse a submission for a higher level, the name of the winners and other entrants will not be displayed until Wizard level winners are determined
Oh my goodness, these island portals are all stunning! I really wish we could vote for all of them!!
It was an extremely difficult decision. But here are the ones I voted for,
#2: Appreciate how the new decos and dragons were incorporated. Professo looks really cute hanging out with his book.
#3: I like the symmetry, and the Hidden Bolt flag spoke to me since that’s my House.
#4: The unusual use of paths as blocks is very original. I haven’t seen that before.
#5: String of Lights surrounding the portal and the Mesmerus evolve decos put the focus on the portal and contest theme.
#6: The block steps give the illusion that the Fairy Treehouse is in a hidden cove.

Ils sont tous magiques! Le choix est cornélien! #4 is my first choice, for its beauty ( and the school dragon 😍) #9 is my second choice for the 3D #8 is my third choice, for its magesty #2 is my last choice, for its... Professo! ( and the witches on their broom!)

Ahhh I love all of them! One question... are we meant to be voting now? The timeline said that starts in about half a week 😅 Anyway, I'll say my comments now as I might not be able to access my computer for about a week and I don't like posting on mobile. And since other people have already voted, I'll do the same. Edit: I see now that I missed a comment.
Entry 1: I really like how it's a mix of symmetry and asymmetry. I also think the colours go really well together! Entry 2: I like that it incorporates the new decoration and the two limiteds. It's very colourful! Entry 3: Another symmetrical-asymmetrical portal! I'm definitely a fan of these. Entry 4: It looks like the entry to the school! A simple but beautiful design. Entry 5: This one's a bit more randomised but I really like the end result. The only issue is, it looks like visitors can't leave the portal! Entry 6: I absolutely love this. I love the fact it looks like the portal was manually decorated by wizards (as suggested by the symmetry) but the bushes are wild. Entry 7: I'm not a fan of the Walk of Stars path but this island makes it work really well! It seems to be like a miniature fairground, which I like. Entry 8: There is a lot going on here, but I like it. I like that it has representations of rare and epic dragons from this event, and the light decorations contrast well with the darkness of the Twilight Tower's theme. Entry 9: I really like this one! The contrast of yellow, green and purple is striking but pretty.
In the end, I'll be going for 1, 3, 4 and 6. 1 and 3 for the asymmetrical-symmetry, 4 for the school courtyard design and 6 for the stairwell and the overall neatness of the design. But adlerist is right, I wish I could vote for all of them - but that would cancel out the votes!
