To answer your question, yes Hyperion is available to breed during this event. The most reliable way to check if a dragon is breedable is to look in your Dragonarium. If it has a green hourglass it is breedable, grey hourglass is not breedable and if there is no hourglass it is permanent. 😊
I just got a new quest! Powerful Mojo, Apocalypse and Dark - I think it’s Greynatter but can’t check just yet

I had a koala donation board - Plant dragon, Fire dragon, earth element and plant element. Finished that one in no time. I wish these would pop up on a double day. Next board wanted a Kwall dragon. 🙄
Thank you! Thank you! I was going to ask if you could get macabre’s percentage changed because it and all its grandchildren are needed in my rift and I have tried and tried. Thank you so much! Although I think the rift *might* still suffer from the already owning it, but according to the compendium it was .75 before. Do you know if the rift rate is affected by owning it in the vale?
I believe it does count if you own the dragon in the Vale. But some players have been able to breed dragons like Charlatan multiple times in the Rift. You may want to try it. I suppose you could sell the Vale version, and breed it in the Rift at 4%.
Well, I was able to breed a Macabre in the rift before the limited, so maybe it doesn’t count on the breeding percentage in the rift if you own it in the vale.
PS. There is no way I would sell my twin after working so hard to get blue fire. *Maybe* after it has been gone after 3 months, but not only after being gone a month. I still have dreams it will come back someday.

Wishes do come true. I had a koala donation board in my other park today - doubles day. 🧞 I was dreading the next board being full of Epic dragons, but it was an 'ordinary' board with some easily obtainable hybrids - glass, quake. Not an Epic or a Kwall in sight. 😊

It's always disappointing to breed a failure with the same timer. That's why the social menu trick is especially useful; you know whether or not the timer is an imposter.
Considering the sheer number of dragons in DV, however, there ought to be quite a few dragons with duplicate times.

Greymatter is a tough breed. There are many elements contributed in the breeding combo and there are 14 dragons with fails of over 24 hours.
I think the koalas are having trouble getting to everyone's parks. 😊

. It’s those awful long fails! So frustrating to have a combo of long fails and a low success rate. On the other hand (paw? talon?), I finally got a traited Brood so I should stop whining. I’m putting out a bowl of Purina Koala Treats in hopes of attracting one to my park. 🎋🎋🎋

Certainly not! Since I don't have Brood in the Rift, and are many dragons away from it, I have to rely on the co-op and EBS for this one. And so far, no big-brained dragons for me.
Guess I'll have to prepare for the next light-magic wizard's exam by myself again... *sigh*
