The holiday season can’t begin without a sleigh bursting with wintry treats and toys from Sandakloz. It’s a well-known fact that Sandakloz’s Hut is 'holiday headquarters'. All the goodies and delights are created, packaged, and distributed from here. Own the centrepiece of the celebration, the buzz of the season, the talk of the town, the hub of the holidays, and the heart of winter. Simply rate all the Snowy Winter Ball dragons before the event concludes on 24 January, and you'll have Sandakloz’s Hut and season’s greetings every day of the year!
Since we have completed two years of Rate a Dragon, there are now two previous winter awards to offer. Instead of Sandakloz’s Hut, you can choose the Igloo from last year’s Frostivale Yulebration, or if you prefer ice bears over ice houses, the Polar Bear from Season of Goodiness. So many options! After you’re done rating the Snowy Winter Ball dragons, message me, and the Igloo or the Polar Bear will be added to your profile instead.

1. Animation 5
2. Size (if you don’t own Icecarade, please check a friend’s park) 3
3. Price (12,000 Iceberries) 1 originally I rated 3 (due to good cloning odds) but with Snopaw being released this isn't a fair price
4. How well does Icecarade fit the theme of the event 4 for winter relation, but it doesn’t relate to the ‘ball’ theme except by its graceful animation
5. Rate Icecarade’s design 5 by Kairos, Gaia and Ts’aishen, this dragon is pretty! I especially like the subtle gold.
6. How would you rate Icecarade’s breeding combo (IGNAQTUS + EVERFROST) 2 Everfrost makes a lot of sense but its own combo is not good, especially since Winter is not available in the event itself. While Ignaqtus is a nice parent to use it makes no sense. I think some mixture of Shiver, Ice/Snow and Flurry would have worked a lot better
7. How much do you like Icecarade (1 = I hate it, 5 = I love it!) 4 change the combo to something better related and kinder and this is a perfect dragon imo
Comments / feedback for Deca None, besides ‘more dragons like this please’, lol.

Animation: 5/5 Now that's a dragon with a personality; look how joyful the dragon looks to be here!
Size: 4.5/5 Icecarade is a tad larger than what I would prefer, however the design details make it have to be larger in size.
Price: 4.5/5 Price is reasonable for a starting event dragon.
Theme: 5/5 Look at how it dances... it will never miss the annual winter ball.
Design: 5/5 This dragon reminds me a lot of myself, but colder. Equine, and majestic in every way.
Combo: 1/5 I despise this dragon's combo: for two primary reasons:
1) Although Ignaqtus makes the combo seem simple at a glance, it is a red herring for the other parent. Everfrost, the other required parent, is both recent and has an extremely difficult parent combo. Requiring a Starshine Dragon and a Dazzling Dragon, which are two of the most difficult Ornemental dragons to breed due to their low odds, Everfrost takes a ton of effort to obtain.
2) The parents do not biologically fit the dragon. Both Everfrost and Ignaqtus are limbless dragons, which should theoretically make Icecarade limbless, right? Wrong - instead, it gains four limbs and becomes a celestial equine creature.
To make the combo both simpler and more fitting, I would have recommended a combo of KETU + NATURE.
Preference: 5/5 This dragon is perfect in every way. (except for its breeding combo, perhaps.)
4. How well does Icecarade fit the theme of the event : 5
5. Rate Icecarade’s design : 4.5
6. How would you rate Icecarade’s breeding combo (IGNAQTUS + EVERFROST) : 2
7. How much do you like Icecarade : 4.5
Comments / feedback for Deca : Nice animation for an elegant, dancing dragon. I like the play on the word Masquerade. Icecarade is attending an Ice Ball. Great looking wings, they look like they are made from long icicles.
Icecarade has a very difficult breeding combo with Everfrost as a parent – Starshine, Dazzling, Twinkle and Winter all being needed to get to Everfrost. Winter was not available at the beginning of an event. If a breeding combo is going to need Winter, it must be available to be bred from the start of the event to enable all players to breed it.
Please remove the hidden elements (fire and plant) from Icecarade’s contributing breeding elements.
1. 5/5 Beautifully animated 2. 5/5 Perfectly sized 3. 3/5 Starter dragons need to be capped at 10k (but will never happen) 4. 5/5 It’s a wintery, graceful guest at the ball 5. 4/5 A lovely design & I totally get the icicle legs having no feet but that bit doesn’t quite work for me 6. 5/5 I think this combo makes a lot of sense 7. 4/5 A very welcome addition
3. Price (12,000 Iceberries): 4, with a 10% cloning odds, the price is ok with me.
4. How well does Icecarade fit the theme of the event: 5
5. Rate Icecarade’s design: 5
6. How would you rate Icecarade’s breeding combo (IGNAQTUS + EVERFROST): 2
7. How much do you like Icecarade: 5
Comments / feedback for Deca: an elegant dragon with beautiful wings. It definitely looks like an offspring of Everfrost. However, Everfrost is new from last year, with epic parents and grandparents. Some of us don’t even have a traited Starshine, let alone a traited Everfrost.
1. Animation: 3 2. Size: 5 3. Price (12,000 Iceberries): 4 4. Theme: 5 5. Rate Icecarade’s design: 5 6. Breeding combo (IGNAQTUS + EVERFROST): 1 7. How much do you like Icecarade (1 = I hate it, 5 = I love it!): 5
Comments: Visually, this dragon is stunning! She's the belle of the ball and has the moves to show for it. I'm not a fan of the bipedal dancing, but all the quadruped moves are good. Visually, the only weird bit is the brownish underside. Looks like the dragon's fallen into the muddy snow a few times while practicing her moves (and alas, no falling animation to bring my imagination to life). I really like how icicly she is. The peg legs are really cute. Icecarade also has, perhaps the most creative name this event. Much better than "Shaper" and "Toboggan".
But with all that comes the downer - the breeding combo. Everfrost is a shoe in for parent status, but isn't easy to get. I'm ok with some dragons being part of family trees that take time to procure, so I'll concede on that one. But Ignaqtus? As someone else mentioned, it doesn't have the body type to lend to Icy, given that Everfrost ALSO doesn't have the body type to lend to Icy. It doesn't even contribute useful elements, just a hidden one. And on that topic, can you please stop with all the hidden elements in rare dragons? Just make them the elements that show. Save the hidden elements for Epics, where a "Seasonal" has hidden elements for breeding purposes. If the dragon says it's cold, water and earth, why can't it just be cold, water and earth? Why are plant and fire of all things hidden in there?! It's maddening, particularly when 2 day fails show up out of nowhere. For a three element dragon. I don't understand this obsession with maintaining every last trait that the parents could have contributed. Sometimes traits are lost from one generation to the next. It's A-OK to drop them in the Vale too.
1. Animation 1/5 reuses masque and poshwing's animation. come on deca im extremely dissapointed
2. Size (if you don’t own Icecarade, please check a friend’s park) 5/5
3. Price (12,000 Iceberries) 5/5
4. How well does Icecarade fit the theme of the event 5/5
5. Rate Icecarade’s design 4/5
6. How would you rate Icecarade’s breeding combo (IGNAQTUS + EVERFROST) 3/5 how does fire and everfrost make a dancing icicle dragon? huh
7. How much do you like Icecarade (1 = I hate it, 5 = I love it!) 2/5 the fact that the sprite quality is so low and the reusage of the animations are bringing my score for this dragon down. i was pretty excited when i first saw it on the loading screen and then i got disappointed. deca pls do better
1. Animation 3/5 Too busy just like another previously seen.
2. Size (if you don’t own Icecarade, please check a friend’s park) 5/5

4. How well does Icecarade fit the theme of the event 5/5
5. Rate Icecarade’s design 5/5 Solid winter look and fits for the belle of the ball.
6. How would you rate Icecarade’s breeding combo (IGNAQTUS + EVERFROST) 1/5 i think that enough time has passed that there is no longer any excuse for these kinds of unfair breeding combos.
7. How much do you like Icecarade (1 = I hate it, 5 = I love it!) 4/5
