Fourth breed in the Rift this morning and my hard-working Tansy and Kroki produced a beautiful, bouncing, baby Basket with a water trait. I'm thrilled to bits. I'd heard that the Dragon Welfare Officers were on the prowl and were going to pay me a visit and accuse me of exploiting and mis-treating my breeding dragons. 😉
If anyone has a small amount of EC left that they can't spend, it looks like the feature where you can watch an ad if you're slightly short of the price is back again. I was 50 short for a monolith and it gave me the option to watch an ad. So if you have under 160 EC you might want to attempt o but a TBM to see if it gives you the option.
I love events with Runic Caves! With the caves, and a lot of lucky breeding in Rift, I was able to get 18 traited dragons off my list, plus traited versions of all the new dragons too! Wildly successful event for me. Huge thankyous to anyone and everyone who paired with me in co op to get the Twins I needed so I could get traited dragons in the Runic Caves. The Pangolian twin happened right at the end of the event, but I was saving a token for that last cave, just in case. I’m down to just 85 dragons left to get in Rift (for now). Can’t wait for the next Runic event! 🐨 Koalas to all! 🐨

Goodness knows how I will get a traited Polarian. 🙄 I've been voting for Polarian in Dragon Draw, but it's not a very popular dragon and takes a long time to appear.

If you’re a little short on EC, DC, treats, gems, or Etherium, the feature will allow you to watch an advert, as long as the amount of resources you need isn’t too much, so the feature can cover it. If you trigger the feature, you’ll receive a pop-up message asking if you’d like to watch an advert.
Here’s a message I received in an alt park during the winter event.
Important: Players have reported a bug with Ads For Resources. They are either receiving a partial amount of the reward (half the gems, EC, treats, DC) or no reward after watching the advert. Well, you can't do anything with RBCs now for this event because they left at reset. But for future events, if you have a twin variant of a dragon you claim, the one you get will be twin-traited.

No major issue for me, but if of help for Deca, I had an unsuccessful go at watching an advert for event currency yesterday. Specifically, I had 222 event currency but needed 260 for a shell of serenity. I was offered 50 event currency for watching an advert, but received nothing after watching the advert. Belorga#5530

At tomorrow’s daily reset (Wednesday, May 8th), the Bountiful Picnic is leaving the Vale. So be sure to make all your eggy purchases today. If you’re wondering what to buy in the event market, MinyaZ has put together a list of dragons that are required in locked breeding combos and calculated the items with the best Eggs to DC exchange. If you want to purchase dragons that are difficult to breed, the above-linked post has a chart created by RayRayYash and UnconsciousOnion with the event dragons’ breeding/cloning percentages (percentages are from Quil’s DV Compendium).

I don’t know where I have to put my questions about the Rift…. So Adlerist, if you want, you can put my post in an other threat. So here are my questions: - has anyone seen and removed new bands of etherium miasmic beyond the normal area? - if you did, can we be friends (jo.1 #3441) because I would see if it is’reasonable to pay to remove these new miasmic etherium, for just 75 islands ( and I just bought 64 islands)

I made two attempts at watching ads to top up 67 Magic Eggs to while trying to purchase a Tulip Planter. Neither time added any currency. Restarting made no difference and subsequent purchase attempts for the Planter (or other item of the same price) no longer gave the option to watch an ad, going straight to the Market instead.
