The first post I linked has a spoiler tag with breeding odds if you don't want to look them up, from a post on the subreddit. There used to be another post on the subreddit that gave odds and some other information for choosing which dragons to aim for but it doesn't look like it was made this event.
I know there are a few parks that share a consistent dragon eg Nacre. Is there capacity to have three that share the three unbreedables for the current event? Completely understand if it's to much admin or doesn't quite work, this thought was brought by someone trying for an unbreedable while everyone is going for the latest limited

The best thing to do is to request the dragon on the Cooperative Request thread so players know you need the dragon, and they can blue-heart it for you. Many players have the unbreedable dragons, they just aren’t aware that others need them.

New dragons in the last tier of the market are never breedable. They are only clonable. You can clone them from a friend at the co-op. And if you have two, you can clone them together in your park and at the Runic Breeding Caves.
Can you not clone with one in your park? I’ve been trying my pangolin with an elder plant in my EBC.
Sorry, I misunderstood your question. Yes, you can clone with one or two target dragons in any location. But as MinyaZ stated, it makes a huge difference in the percentages. Two of the same dragons always have the best chance. Check out Quil’s Compendium for all the cloning percentages.
Personally, I never clone a dragon at the RBCs with one target dragon. I only double-clone to save time and earn more EC. It’s better to ask a friend to put Pangolian in the co-op, double-clone a second, then double-clone Pangolian at the RBCs. It’ll save a ton of time and free up your RBC.

Just double checking, the runic caves disappear at reset on May 6, correct? I will be away from wifi from tomorrow afternoon until April 27, but that still gives me a week to use the caves and collect a dragon from each cave?
And thank you for the answers to my Pangolian question.

Yes, RBCs leave on the day EC collection ends, which is May 6 2pm UTC this event.
Happy 12th Anniversary DragonVale Community Forum!
The DragonVale Community Forum will be celebrating its 12th anniversary on April 6th. To ring in the occasion, the Forum has sprung into the fun! We are hosting a bountiful number of contests and games, including The Spoiler Contest, Scavenger Hunt/Egg Hunt, Guess the DV Things, and a new contest called Name That Egg. The festivities continue in the Game Room with FIND THE…, Word Scramble, Two Word Story, and many games and puzzles.
The Spoiler Contest
The stunningly talented and gracious Raylor_7 created the Spoiler Contest poster!
The Spoiler Contest will reveal the name of an unreleased Bountiful Picnic dragon. Players guess what the dragon will look like by answering multiple-choice questions. The five players who answer the questions correctly and earn the most points win 100 gems from Deca Games!
But that’s not all! In addition to the gems, you will receive an animated birds, butterflies, and bees background on your mini profile (see the profiles of Worms, Bloodstone, and adlerist) for one month and the special title The Spoiler Contest Winner.
I just wanted to say happy 12th anniversary, Dragonvale board! Love this place so much!
Also, the spoiler poster by Raylor_7 is absolutely gorgeous. Are they a member here? Where can I see more of their artwork? It's so beautiful and precious!
UnconsciousOnion has once again added the Compendium's breeding and cloning percentages to RayRayYash’s breeding charts! This should be very helpful for players who are breeding event dragons at the Runic Breeding Caves.
Breeding percentages are on the top, and cloning percentages are on the bottom. The cloning percentages are for single cloning (one parent is the target dragon) at the Cooperative Breeding Cave. An asterisk by the percentage means the percentage is lower than the number stated if you own the dragon.
These posters will be on the first page of the event thread on the post titled Best Event Dragons to Breed/Purchase. It will be spoiler tagged for those who don’t want the information.
Can someone explain why there are a few chrysalis dragons with 10% cloning odds? That's so odd, but I'm very grateful. So for instance, to clone Trilobite, I'd just breed either a Rhinotorch or a Faux with a friend's Trilobite in co-op?

When cloning there are only two requirements that ever have to be met, besides just using at least one of the dragon you want:
1. If it's a galaxy it can only get cloning odds in Co-Op, if it's a Rift-exclusive it can only be bred/cloned in the Rift 2. If it's an evolution dragon it has to be double parent cloning
Since Chrysalis dragons are neither of those things it doesn't matter what your second dragon is as long as the first dragon is the one you want to get. You won't get extra odds for meeting half of its combo; you'll only get combo odds as well if its full combo (with all requirements like availability, time/weather etc.) is met.

Oh, thank you so much. I'm still sort of dense about cloning. I'm learning. So I guess in that case I should try to look up what their breeding elements are if any, and try to use an elder. Thank you!

hetchy to add to what has already been said. If you use a Rhinotorch or a Faux, you are also adding them as possible fails to your breeding. It would be better to use an elder or a high level, short timer hybrid (Poison, Flower, Forest). Apart from Chrysalis (PEC) and Duskwing (PFE), all Chrysalis dragons contribute plant, fire, earth and cold. 😊

I absolutely adore Raylor_7’s poster. It makes my heart sing every time I see it. I love the composition, the thoughtfulness behind it, and the utter jubilance of the dragons. A brilliant mind created the scene of Pollen giggling on his back while Seasonal peaks over a mushroom and Sprout looks on. Massive creativity and talent. Unfortunately, Raylor_7 is not a member. They’re on Discord but have not posted DV artwork in a year. I'll see if maybe they have an ArtStation account or other link with their DV art.

Does the antler falling off Barkskin count as a prop? The animation on this dragon is so amusing!
I love the antler shedding! So realistic! 😄 But I don’t think it’s a prop since it is part of the dragon.

Thank you so very much, Dsil, Lorry, and vampdragon! Barkskin twins are the perfect way to celebrate Earth Day! And such a fantastic friend for Terridiem and Tree. Garden gems and peppermint bark treats have been delivered to your Vale in a picnic basket. Many cheers!

(If anybody sent a Barkskin or Melovine twin, and I didn’t send gems and treats, please message me and let me know. Thank you! 🌳💚🍈)

This is almost entirely correct, there's only one other exception:
3. If it's a Snowflake or Monolith dragon, it must be bred with another Snowflake or Monolith dragon, but it doesn't have cloning odds, just the regular breeding odds.

The base Monolith and Snowflake dragons can be single-cloned in the Rift but not in the Vale. However, it’s such a hassle that it’s far better to just buy two from the Monolith Egg of Mystery or Snowflake Egg of Mystery.

One of my parks is still struggling to breed a traited Barkskin. I've been trying all week and only bred one non-traited one. 👿
I hope I haven't left the w(h)ine too late and can still entice the koalas to visit. There is eucalyptus wine and fresh-baked eucalyptus muffins on offer. 🍷 🧁
