I have some questions about this Dracomancy fellow: I just evolved one Dracomancy4 and my breeding cave is blocked with a 48hours dragon. I lost a lot of gems so I’ll stop trying this guy but… - can we hope it will be in the list for the last day as a gift in the cursed tree? I got one so if I ask for it, it will be a twined version? - or, after the event, if it appears in the wishing well, if I claim it, will it be a twin guy?
Dracomancy will not be in the final event daily reward since he’s a new dragon this year. He should be included next year.
After the event, Draco should be in the Wishing Well, and if your own him, you can wish for the twin.

Okay, a little help here, please.
I bought the base Dracomancy and I have no idea what I'm doing with this thing. The dragons I collect are chosen purely for aesthetic reasons, like how cute or pretty they are, but I have no idea what it'll look like if I simply level up the base without purchasing the dig site. Does it just stay a floating pile of bones if you feed it and level it up without the dig site? Or does it eventually turn into something else?
I want to know what it'll look like in all forms before I do anything with it. That way I'll know which form I like best. Some screenshots would be helpful. I don't want to spend a bunch of currency on something without first knowing what it'll look like. I'm very picky about my dragon's appearance.

Only Dracomancy 4 is a complete dragon.
Dracomancy 1 is only a floating head. It gains wings when it evolves to Dracomancy 2, then a torso and spine when it evolves again to Dracomancy 3 (not pictured). However, they remain a pile of floating bones up until fully evolved to Dracomancy 4.

Great pics adlerist. Thank you, this is really helpful. Wow, Draco 4 is E-Nor-Mous. Mine is in co-op and I didn't realise how big he was. He takes over the Spooky Habitat. I really like the base version as well, he might have a home in a Spooky habitat too. I could do with some more Spooky Habitats. Are we sure Deca won't change their mind and give us a couple more? 😉

peribee and cecilia If you need the Dracomancy's so that you can have a fire breathing Dragonarium but aren't worried about having second copies or breeding them, do the following:
• Buy two Dracomancy dragons from the Market (they are cheap at EC 1,000 each) • Buy the Ominous Digsite from the Market (EC 2,000) • Upgrade the Ominous Digsite as many times as you can. It is instant and costs DragonCash. • Evolve one of your Dracomancy dragons as many times as you can. This costs EC. (It will stop at Dracomancy 4)
You will then have a Dracomancy 1 and a Dracomancy 4 dragon. Your Dragonarium will show that you have both Dracomancy dragons. You can choose to feed them or not. 😉
As Draco 2 and Draco 3 are not in the Dragonarium, how do I find where I left them? They could be in the Haunted House at the amusement park or at the cemetary. 😉
The more I've thought about it, the more I think all 4 should really be in the Dragonarium. Maybe don't put two and three in a subcategory so you can breathe fire without them, but it would just like life easier overall to have them in the Dragonarium. I guess for now, stick a second copy of 2 and 3 in a hibernation cave and once you find one, you can find all the others!
Another trick for determining if a friend is using a Dracomancy 1, 2, 3, or 4 in the co-op cave:
Choose your Dracomany dragon and then pick a friend's Dracomany in co-op. Click the 'Results' button. If no Dracomany is showing, then your friend is using a different version than you. If one appears in the results list, click the count in the upper right corner. That shows which copies you have. Or you can tell by the counts, I have 8 copies of Dracomancy 1 right now. If I see an '8' there and I'm using a Dracomancy 4, then the friend is using a Dracomancy 1. If it's a '1', then they are using a Dracomancy 4. And if there isn't one in the result list, then they are using a 2 or 3.

Wow, thank you adlerist and Arceus. You've both been very helpful. It makes me realize that Dracomancy is truly a fascinating creature. I know what to do with it now so I can get it to its final form.
Also adding that I really like how the information in the dig site changes with each upgrade. That is absolutely brilliant. Although it kinda looks like W.D. Gaster is trying to communicate in wingdings font. Maybe Dracomancy is actually being summoned from the void.

I was just thinking about that, and decided to put a set of my Dracos in an Apocalypse habitant. Btw, it would be really helpful for the dragon count cap and the DC cap be increased for the Apocalypse habitat. I seem to remember that this has been requested. 🙏🙏

I came here to see if anybody had asked about this as well. I was checking my numbers of each in the Dragonarium for future evolving and realized there was, of course, no record of how many Stage 2s and 3s I had. More annoying, I can’t access them through the Dragonarium and just have to remember where they’re holed up in my park. I’m glad they’re not required for completion, but ignoring their existence seems silly too. There should be a record of them somehow.
As for the co-oping, your method is what I used. I checked the breeds and if Draco showed up as an option, I just clicked the little number in the corner and it popped up with my dragon list. I’d named all my dragons Stage 1-4, so I knew if it was just Stage 1 it would clone, or the one I was aiming for. I gave up trying for twin Stage 4s in the end anyway, because I bred the traited one, but it worked well enough.

This is a great hint and I wish I'd thought about it before I evolved the 2 x Dracomancy 1 that I hadn't put in a Spooky Habitat. 😊

My Dragonarium is now indeed breathing fire - following adlerist's sound advice. Furthermore, I see I have two other Draco dragons in various stages of bodily bits, which I rather think may be Draco 3 and 4, but I’m not confident about that at the moment!

And I’m saying it again- maybe DECA did ask in the Discord group about increasing spooky habitats, & it may have been met with some resistance- but no one else seems to agree with it! It does seem odd that there’s only a max of 4 allowed on a habitat- especially since most other event habitats allow 5 or 6. And since there’s been 11 of the Halloween events & the ghostly event- say there’s an average of 6 dragons released during an event, that’s 66 spooky dragons, however, with a max cap of 13 habitats, that means you can only house 52 of them! I’ve ended up adding a Dark habitat to my spooky island so I can keep them all together but it does ruin the look somewhat. I can’t see why DECA would think most people wouldn’t want an increase- more dragons needs more room. I think they need to at least do your suggestion Adlerist, and create a giant spooky that holds more, without a bigger footprint! And now we are having the same thing come up with the Apocalypse dragons- with a fresh batch of 4 Draco’s added to the mix! Mind you- there’s no giant Apocalypse as yet so……

I did request an increase to the dragon capacity for the Spooky Habitat. (Deca didn’t ask the Discord players. It was mentioned by a player and other players disagreed.)
The Apocalypse requests from all the DV communities include, Giant Apocalypse Habitat, Giant Spooky Habitat, increase the Spooky Habitat cap to 15, increase the dragon capacity at the Spooky Habitat, and adding the dark element to the Apocalypse Habitat. None of this happened. I can ask for an increase to the Apocalypse dragon capacity, but it sounds like the giant version is what players have been clamouring over.
Throughout this event, there have been constant complaints in all the DV communities about the Apocalypse and Spooky Habitats. I’ll ask for all of the above again, but since the Halloween event is ending soon, I doubt we’ll see any changes. These will likely be up for consideration next year. Sorry about that, everybody. The reps really tried.
