Gotta reach for the stars! There is still plenty of time left in August. At least you're aware of it early in the month. I was a [glow=red,2,300]total[/glow] n00b last month and didn't start trying for the Ruby until it was virtually too late. I didn't get one, but it didn't stop me from trying ;D
Thanks my b-day is next month so figured I needed to learn how to do this and pray that the next one is one I have the dragons or can breed the ones I need. I soooo want the one for my b-day month don't care what it looks like LOL.

Do you remember which pairing got you your gold Olympus? ---I've gotten 3 silvers (on only 20-ish attempts) from the panlong/lightning combo, and bronze from the butterfly/clover. ----your odds of acquiring the second gold Olympus improve by breeding your first with another Olympus dragon, even if the fail time increases. Plus since all Olympus dragons should be retired at same time, you really just need one of each before their retirement in order to create capability to breed them all forever. At least that's my understanding based on all the testing I've read

Butterfly /tree gave me my gold. Tried gold x silver 10 times, only silver. fletch tested it 0 for 50 I think. Tried sandy/scorch nothing went back to butterfly/tree and got 3 bronze. Sigh.

Awww...that's sweet. Thank you. Since you have been so lucky today, maybe some of that rubbed off on the gem. (I'll try to catch it)
Okay. Now want yes you guessed it moon. I have 3 suns but haven't been able to get a moon. Changing avatars worked for Peridot and though I would love a bloom they are not available. So I'll try for the moon.

Say guys I tried mine early in the morn 5am pst and it finally arrived just in case you wanted to try in the morn. I did that with a couple of dragons. Wonder if it would work for sun hmmmm

My last few have been a variety as well. Quake, Cactus, Crystal, Tree..and I think another Quake.

I think Nessie got really frustrated and threw a wizard off one of her islands and I just want to say that violence is NOT the answer. Hang in there, what will be will be.
Nessie, did you visit my islands too? Seems all my wizards are missing...thinking someone trained my dragons to eat them. (seriously, from my own personal view, I have exactly zero visitors roaming about, be they wizards or princesses. Perhaps this is the trick to successful rare dragon breeding?)
