34 Bloom leaves
Air - 10 Earth - 8 Plant - 6 Metal - 42 Water - 10 Cold - 5
10 Chrome, 8 Iron, 5 Lichen and 10 Rust leaves
Plant - 1 Metal - 14
These don't combine so you could just make those 82 dragons ... but Metals take 8 hours, so you're probably going to make Magnetics anyway for the shorter breed time and the higher resale value. So let's pull 14 of those Blooms apart, combine the Cold and Plant to make Lichen and combine the Metal to the Lightning. So
20 Bloom 19 Lichen 14 Magnetic 10 Chrome 10 Rust 8 Iron 1 Plant (which can be any hybrid you have laying around that you can level up to 15)
Still 82 dragons but we've exchanged 14 x 13 hour Blooms + 14 x 8 hour Metals with 14 x 6 hour Lichen and 14 x 4 hour Magnetics.

It's a prediction. The've got to keep building and expanding the game. 6 months to go from 7 to 8. First birthday celebrated by the discovery of another elemental dragon? Sounds about right to me. No idea what it would be though ... maybe something to do with space so they can make comet, asteroid, supernova, vacuum dragons?
Omg that would be so very cool, but I am not looking forward to shrining any future elements right now when I cannot even get the ones I have done!!!!

Fletch and cox thanks for the replies to my thread. Fletch I like the way you are casually heading toward your gold shrines. I would like to do the same. What info do I need to provide? I'm so glad poppy sent out the email about the new dragon as I had lost my way here. It seems that the iPad only holds history for two days, and he closed all my tabs. Plus I'm banned for life at IPF where I got the link from. Tracey

You just need to give me then numbers from your 8 shrines AND if you have 2 Blooms and 2 Panlongs ... they're the main 2 to use that are also tricky to get/or limited.
Should I have you run my numbers again with this new 3 element dragon or do you think it will matter? I still do not have any of the 3 elements gold shrines yet...

I was thinking the same too. Bloom and Sakura has plant/earth with difference of cold and fire. Should we post updates only for these 4 elements?

Fletch, good afternoon. I am assuming you read my long ago post about HELP with shrines it was from before April 10th. I went to a conference. I have two DV. Mine and my boyfriends, he abandoned his, did not find it entertaining, and I could not allow the dragons to starve. I am against the abuse of innocent dragons. I did my silver shrines the hard way before the panlong was ever introduced. And after reading Poppy and others discussion on the gold grind, thought not for me. But now with new dragons and your assistance I am ready to give it a slow journey to gold. I will post my numbers next. Thanks in advance. Kathleen

I am having a difficult time selling a dragon after spending all the time leveling to 15. Is everyone else feeling this way? I did not have this problem when going for silver.

Bloom has Plant Lightning and Cold, so has 3 of the elements not in the Panlong. That's why it is so useful.
The Sakura uses two of the elements in the Panlong along with the plant, so while it might save a dragon or two in the right circumstances, it's not going to be overly useful till they release an Air/Water/ kind of dragon.
46 Plant 37 Earth 36 Fire. 47 Cold. 46 Lightning. 32 Water. 33 Air. 38 Metal
46 Blooms takes care of Plant and Lightning and leaves you with
37 Earth 36 Fire. 1 Cold. 32 Water. 33 Air. 38 Metal
1 Chrome, 4 Brass and 5 Iron leaves
32 Earth 32 Fire 32 Water 32 Air 1 Cold 28 Metal
7 each of Brass, Rust, Chrome and Iron gets rid of the metal and leaves you with 25 Panlongs to knock off the rest of those elements. That leaves you with one Cold, so level up any Cold Hybrid you have that is closest to Level 15. Totals are

Yes. You are spending 33 times the amount of money/food on each dragon than what you spent to get them to Level 10. It's natural to have a harder time in parting with them.
