Has anyone else been having issues with their game crashing lately?
I have been trying all day to get into my park, but when the green bar finishes filling up on the splash screen, the game crashes. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game three times, and I've put it in low resolution mode, but the same thing keeps happening.
I've also had a bunch of errors today. The first happened after I reinstalled the game. I went to log in to Facebook and it said I couldn't because there was a problem with FB and to try again later. And yet it let me log in anyway but refused to load my park. Then I got connection errors even though my internet is fine, and a download error on top of all these game crashes.
When I reinstall the game, it works normally up to the point where I log into my FB account and then try to load my old park. I log in, select my park, the green bar starts to fill, then it fills up all the way and crashes.
I thought I'd ask around the forum for some help. And if that doesn't work, I'll send DECA an email and see if they can figure out what's happening.

I am having issues almost exactly like yours DragonMoonX, except I don’t access my game through Facebook. I use Game Center (or whatever it is, not FB). Our power was off for a couple of days because of fire danger, was restored today, & now i’m Having these issues. We have tried everything thing we can think of. I’m hoping tomorrow will bring a resolution; if not, I’ll email Deca also.
If you haven’t yet upgraded your IPhone to IOS 14, DON’T do it yet, major problems with the battery unloading quickly.for example, my 100% uploads battery is ok until level 50% And then drops in a second to Zero! Have checked various sources, problem is general and no known workaround, just wait for Aple to upload a fix. My phone is a year old and battery is ok as per data in General, battery etc.
DragonMoonX and mishkasmom, my iPad crashed constantly the day the event started. It took me most of the day to think of powering off my iPad. After I restarted it, I had no more problems. You probably already tried that, but just in case you didn’t, I thought I would mention it. I hope it starts working soon.

So sorry to hear of this frustrating situation viviane 😞 I always stay one or two ‘degrades’ behind the bleeding edge, for this reason...drives my techy nuts, but hey, who needs more stress i hope Apple step up soon...although if you’re within the timeframe you can drop back to the previous iOS level...see Apple or Apple community for steps 🤞🤞🐨🐨🐨

I haven’t visited your park, but I know the answer from visiting others when I came back to the game. Your prismatic pantheon settings show up for visitors.

Thanks for your comment and advice but roling back to ios 13 is not an option from what I read, you caary on with the same problem say people on forums. But it seems to affect a great number of users so I assume that Aple is working on a fix to be released quickly. I personally do not care too much, my IPhone is only used for phone, what’s app and very few other things. I didn’t upgrade on my IPad and won’t do until all probs are solved.

I'm not sure what happened, but after losing a day and a half of gameplay I was finally able to get into my park this afternoon. Now I just need to find where my koalas went. They seem to have wandered off during my absence.

Since this is the glitch forum... I randomly return my dragons to babies when I don't enjoy the look of the adult version. And since my kids recently left for college, I have an aversion to the teen look. However several of my babies end up huge - even compared to their adult brothers and sisters. My gold treasure dragons must really want attention because they are the worst, but it happens all over my park. It's usually the higher level babies that are the biggest issue (see what I did there ). I'm not sure whether this is a bug to be reported or a "feature" to be dear DECA'ed? My Type A kicks in when I view my park and I just can't stand it anymore.

Yeah, it's a feature. The higher level the dragon, the bigger the babified version will be.

It is an old "problem" that some babies are stading out concerning size. All dahons gain size when levelling up.

Yeah we called them turbo babies. There are several that do this. I actually like them. 😊 You could change the ones that change to turbo babies back to adult or teen if that is a better look to you.
