Shortly after contacting Deca, you should receive a confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation, they didn’t receive your email.
If you did receive a confirmation, how long it takes depends on the issue. And if you’re in the US, keep in mind their time zone is CEST, and they generally don’t respond on weekends.

That shouldn’t be a problem. You’d still receive a confirmation on whichever email account is associated with the iPad that has DV installed. I provided a link in my previous post to Deca’s support site. You’ll need to type in your reply email address, so this should clear up any confusion with multiple email accounts.

Thank you. I found the problem. I have several attempted outgoing emails to various people that weren’t sent. My email settings on the iPad are messed up. I’m trying to fix the settings then will email DECA again. It’s nothing serious, just a gift stuck that I can’t collect. It really should have been programmed on their side not to gift a limited item to someone who already has it. We’ll get it sorted though. Thank you for your help. You rock! 😊🌟

Not just any buildings: one of the Towering Treat Gardens. Specifically, the extra "reward" garden #12 that Backflip had as a buyable prize during one of its events. It's gone, vanished, leaving a hole in my orderly rows, and no, it was not sold by accident. I only tap the gardens to Plant or Harvest All.
Shortly after Deca took over, I noticed one of my older dragons had disappeared, too, one that I'd only bothered having a single one of; took me forever to breed it again. I'd figured I'd maybe sold it by accident...which, again, was unlikely, as I usually only sell dragons right as they're hatched.

So far, no Game Reps have reported any similar complaints from their DV communities, so it doesn’t appear these issues are widespread within the game. If this changes, I’ll let you know, but in the meantime, please contact Deca.

I'm not sure why, but my game both on my iPad and on my old SE phone were extremely slow in loading. I had no problem about an hour after reset on my iPad. I finally had a few minutes to go into my other park on the phone, and it was taking forever. So I tried on my iPad and it is extremely slow now also. I do have satellite internet, but by extremely slow I mean that it took at least 20 minutes to get in. I did finally get on both parks.

Logged into game later than normal and it loaded at a snails pace. It took about 15 minutes and after being locked out of my park for two weeks in late April and early May this gave me pause.

My game was slow in opening too on an iPad. I emailed DECA and it isn’t a problem anymore. If this is happening on your phone or iPad email them so they know about it and can look into it.
Slow loading is a different problem that not having the game open at all which is what is happening with Alice H. Alice H - you should really talk to DECA if you can’t get into your game that’s a different and bigger problem.

I’m getting a “502 Bad Gateway” error when I try to login to the forums. I haven’t made any changes to my setup and this is the only site I’m having issues with.
Lurker here, I just wanted to give an fyi to my regular gem/treat friends that I won´t be playing Dragonvale for the foreseeable future due to some RL stuff (nothing bad, just things I need to focus on ...).
And while I´m posting, a HUUUUUUUUUUUGE shout out and heartfelt thanks to all the admins, mods and forum members which have made this place into one of the friendliest places of the Internet I´ve had the fortune to find! 🥰 I´ll miss you all, even if I never really got into posting stuff myself!

Question for Apple users; I’m still sitting on iOS 11.4.1(don’t scream at me, my techy is doing that already 🤣) for both iPhone 6s and iPad Pro I stuck there because some time back we had a Dragonvale issue with folk who upgraded to (I think) iOS 12 having great troubles with the game... Is anyone playing on iOS 13 series and is the game ok? Many thanks

I distinctly remember having a conversation with you on this topic late last year, and you were still on iOS 11.4.1, holding out, patiently waiting until Apple worked out all the bugs so you could safely upgrade to iOS 13... that was 7-8 months ago... we’re on iOS 13.5.1 now, awaiting iOS 14 in a couple months. 🤣😂😆😄. You’ve completely missed the glory days of iOS 12. That’s taking 'playing it safe' to a brand new level! And I admire this quality so very much. God, I wish there were more people in the world like you.
To answer your question, both my iPhone and iPad Pro are working beautifully under iOS 13.5.1. 👍

I always wait before updating, and always check the apple community boards: 13 has been glitch filled and every fix rollout has brought more trials, so I’m not moving from 11.4.1 yet , but then I’m known for hesitation w iOS upgrades
