The Rifted Misfortune Dragon and Rift Loot Dragons are very hard to get. Is there a way to see which which combo is best? I know Fletch does it, but where does he gets his information from?
If you’re trying to breed a traited Misfortune in the Rift, try Electrum + Ouroboros. Since the Rift has insta-breeding, you want long breeding fails to maximise the amount of Doubloons. Fletch’s calculations are for breeding combos that have a greater percentage and short breeding fails for the Vale. Although, you can certainly use them in the Rift as well.
For Loot, you may want to try Gold + Malachite, or Gold + Ironwood in the Rift. The sandbox is your friend.
I don’t have a Rifted Ouroboros, so I have been doing Zombie + Platinum, whenever Misfortune is able to be breed. I will make this official whine. Maybe it will bring someone koala. 🍷🧀😉

Gold + Zombie/Apocalypse at Night time, will let you try for both. I’m not sure on the numbers, but will look them up tonight after work.
Thank you, I really appreciate it.
Okay, here's the figures for Gold + Zombie, which will give you a chance at both.
I wouldn't recommend Gold + Apocalypse (or any of the other dragons with Plant) because they have more elements, which means more golden hybrids, which means your set % will go above 100%, and we're pretty sure that decreases the breeding chances of the ones you are after.
2.5% chance of breeding a Loot or a Misfortune. You might as well be going for both at the same time, to increase your chances of getting one of them. Ignore the times matter because breeding in the Rift is instantaneous. 28 breed attempts for a 50/50 shot at breeding one of them.
However, it is slightly less chance of getting a rifted version, because it is possible to breed an unrifted dragon in the rift. I don't know what the percentages of that happening is, so I haven't accounted for it.
Got a wish coming up, which dragon would you guys reccommend spending it on?
For me, personally, I hoard my wishes and let them accumulate over time. I don't actually spend them until I have two or three saved up (right now I've got two). But I've reached the point where islands are becoming increasingly expensive, into the billion dollar price range. And so I might have to consider using wishes in the future in order to save some cash.
Now, in terms of what dragon I usually spend it on, I will spend a wish on a dragon if it is something I have wanted for a very long time but failed to breed it no matter how hard I tried. An example is Equinox. I tried for a good three years to breed that thing. Finally, I gave up and decided to use a wish on it. I was tempted to do the same with Harvest Moon and Sunsorch, two dragons I'd been trying to breed for years with no success, but I finally bred them so I didn't need to use a wish.
So you may want to consider using a wish on something that's hard to obtain, like an epic dragon you've been wanting for a long time.
(I'm tempted to spend a wish on Whimsical, but I was still using my old tablet at the time it was introduced. Which means I didn't really get to play the game that often, so it's not like I could have had an actual shot at breeding it. I'd like to try some more before I resort to using a wish. )

Thank you so much for this! I got Loot in the rift in my mini park with Gold + Ironwood and Misfortune with Electrum + Ourborous and it only took 1.5 days. That’s a relief to get that done so quickly!
I now have adverts in the forum, on top and bottom of the text block, and this despite Adlerist having paid for removal for two months. My guess is that you pay for removal in your own copy of the forum and not for the community! Not nice!

No, I purchased the ad removal for the entire forum, not just for myself. The ads were not displaying until today. I suspect the forum has exceeded the page limit for the month. You can’t purchase ad removal for a specific period of time. In 4 more days, at the start of July the ad removal should start up again. It may not last an entire 31 days though. I know the ads aren’t very attractive, but they haven’t changed in size or style. When I visit other ProBoards forums or ProBoards’s support, the ads are similar in size and location. We’ve just gotten use to not seeing them.

Out of curiosity, I decided to do an experiment.
When I switch to Chrome browser, I see ads on the forum. When I use my regular DuckDuckGo browser, I don't see any ads at all. The same is true over at a Tapatalk forum I frequently visit. I'm the admin over there, and despite not buying anything to stop the ads, I don't see any ads at all unless I switch to my Chrome browser.

I see the ads with DuckDuckGo, Firefox, and Safari. But on my phone the ads don’t always show. So the ads are there but sometimes they don’t display. Before adlerist removed them, they were always on the forum so I doubt it’s a browser issue. I think it’s like adlerist said and we’re not used to seeing them anymore so now they’re popping out. dragonglow was exactly right, we definitely got spoiled without the ads! Especially with the nice new background image.

adlerist I'm ignorant when it comes to history, is there a reason the eternal flames are capped to 25?
Backflip put limits on their animated decorations to prevent people (like me 😄) from buy 100 of each. The more animated decos you have displayed, the more RAM is required of the device you’re using.
Deca has been gradually lifting the caps as decorations enter the event market. This is wonderful news for players with 4GB RAM or more. But for players with 2GB RAM, they should store their animated decorations if they’re experiencing crashes, lagging, inability to play ads, etc. It won’t solve all the problems, but it could allow the game to run a little better.

Ah, thank you. I understand the risk with the playerbase, but at least there's hope. 25 is not a lot in practice.

Is that why the swimming hole is also capped at 25?
The animation is so small and subtle - just a bit of sparkle in the treetops and over the water - that I didn't think it was really an issue. Then again, I suppose if you had 100 of them, it could become a problem in the RAM department. 🐏

Yes, that may be part of the reason for the limit, but I can’t imagine trying to place 100 Swimming Holes. 100 Eternal Flames, no problem, but there isn’t enough real estate to display multiples of large decorations.

Did anyone else get a weird half tutorial today? I noticed a new loading screen a couple of days ago then when I logged in today I was greeted by a new witch who started a tutorial which took me to buy a summoning circle I think from the market but it wasn’t included in the list of buildings. I had to force close the game and it was back to normal after reloading.

Never mind just checked the pirates thread 😂. Hopefully they fix it quickly
I just noticed, today, that there is a search bubble at the top of the Dragonarium. 😳
Right there above the word All on the second screen, where all the dragons are.
How long has that been there??? I can’t believe I never noticed it! 🤔
Is it new maybe??
And here I am, scrolling through them all each and every time. 🙄🤦🏻♀️
