Currently my Facebook name is displayed in dragonvale. Is there a way to change it to display my GameCenter name instead? (I don't add friends through Facebook, only through GameCenter. I do post achievements to Facebook for the free gem.)

To answer your question: It is not possible to transfer from a Facebook (android) park, to a Gamecentre park as shown in the first line of this pic from BFS' FAQ page:
Sprry, to give you this unfortunate information. The only suggestion I have is to email BFS, and ask them to help. They helped pixie with a rather unorthodox thing, maybe they could help you? But I can't promise you anything I am afraid.

That will only be displayed to you like that. Everyone else is seeing your GCID.

@ jamesvaler I don't have an android, I'm not changing devices at all. I have an iPhone 6 and I use GameCenter to add friends on dragonvale. I only use Facebook to earn a free gem when I share each achievement.
@ Fletch_smf Ah, you're right. I can see my real name and my Facebook friends can see my real name, but my other dragonvale/GameCenter friends can only see my GameCenter name. Thanks!!

Hiyas! I just recently downloaded and started DV on a second device. I've only been playing it for a couple days on that device, and my park is currently only level 10. Anyway, both the DV app icon and the loading screen show the images for the current event, but when it logs in, there is no event island or any content related to the event. It's just the usual DV. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, but I just get the same thing. Do I need to be a certain level before I can participate in the event, or did I miss out on this event in my new park since I didn't have it going at the time the event started???

I sent customer support an email on Saturday. I play on an android, so I gave them my FB User ID. This appears to be happening to both android and ios users. Guess we'll have to wait u til Tuesday to hear back.
