I'm having the same problem on both iPad and iPhone. The problem started after a dragon got stuck in the fountain of youth for me also. Thank you for posting the address for support. Uninstalling and reinstalling did no good. Actually reinstalling locked up the first time, so I thought maybe it was a server issue at first. I knew if I came here, you guys would be able to help. My take away from this is don't put any dragons in the fountain of youth. If you have one stuck in there, don't touch the fountain of youth and e-mail support. Hopefully they'll get it fixed soon so we can all get back into our games.

Is it possible to use DV on a Windows tablet? I tried searching the forums but didn't come up with anything....
Last I looked, there was no way to run iOS apps (and hooked up to Game Center) via any desktop application (there are some dev modes, but they don't apply unless you are developing the app). There is no way to run Android or iOS in WinRT that I am aware of.

Android can supposedly run inside VMWare, I'm downloading a copy now to try it out.

Yes that is exactly what is happening. I tried shutting off and restarting and still the same. However, my Game Center won't load either. There seems to be some issue with this new iOS build and Game Center. Sometimes if I leave it for 5-10 minutes, Gamecenter will finally load. I will try that and see if I can get in to DV.

Has anyone else had trouble opening DV after all the IOS 9 updates? I have the latest version but DV will not open.
This is the reply I got from BFS yesterday.
"This is a very wonky problem, but I believe I have a solution! Could you make a new Apple ID? I believe this will solve the issue, since it may be something tied to your Game Center ID. Once you have done this, start a new game under your new ID and reply with the new Game Center ID. I will be able to move your old park onto your new ID. Make sure you are making a new Apple ID and not just changing your Game Center nickname. I believe if you just change your nickname you could lose your park."

I hope they figure this out and fix it. I have only been able to access DV once since the first uograde to IOS9 and never since the two "fixit" uodates. Sigh. No twin weekend for me.

That's a pretty drastic solution. I have more games and software/music tied to my Apple ID because my computer is a Mac. I think I'll wait for Apple to fix this. They have in past builds. I'm sure they will again.

Fixed my Game Center Issue. I signed up for the IOS Beta and received the next iOS version to test. Game Center now works and I have DV back again. Hopefully I'll be able to get a breed or two in before the weekend is over.

Can you elaborate on this? I signed up for the Beta and pushed Download Profile, then Open. Nothing happens. Do I have to back up the iOS with iTunes first? Do I need an Apple computer to do this?

Is a galaxy phone an android phone? If so, you access them by logging into your Facebook acct on either device. If it is IOS that's above my pay grade.

So sorry about that. My issue was that Game Center wouldn't open so neither would DV. I'm not having any issues now. Have you turned off your device to clear the cache? Sometimes that seems to help. Also, and this is odd, but I notice more crashes or freezes happen for me when my battery is below 30%. I could be imagining it, but it seems like when I have issues, it's when my battery is low.

I am able to link my game to Facebook via my iPhone 5, but I can't with my iPad 2. Every time I try it crashes. I am running the current ios9 on my iPad. But still on ios8 on my phone. Any ideas how to get iPad to link to Facebook?

Check your iPad settings - Facebook- and make sure the account is listed correctly? If you have two FB accounts it may be connected to the wrong one automatically on setup. It does a lot of thinking on its own sometimes choosing wrong.

I didn't even know that was an option.... my IOS parks are accessed through Gamecenter.
