i need help. when i was in aspen i was on lvl 20(something in the 20s) then my sister deleted it. a year later, i logged into that Game Center to that park. the problem is, i can't breed dragons, enter quests, enter in the colosseum, and enter in the dragon track. when i click on one of those things, it will go back to the dragon vale loading screen and say, oops it looks like a wizards spell went wonky in your park, we will try to handle this immediately. it sais something like that. so i have not been able to do that much stuff. I REALLY NEEED HELP!

Hi George. Welcome.
So if I'm reading this right, you haven't played for a year and are trying to log back into your old game now? I guess you must hVe reinstalled, but to check, you have checked for updates to the game and are running the latest version? What type of device are you playing on?
Also, I'm answering this in my 15 minute break at work and won't be responding again for a few hours. Other people will be checking in now and then, but just be patient. We will respond when we can. :-)

Since you use game center I assume this is iOS - you are signed in with the same game center ID when you play, right? Is your DV game up to date? What version of iOS are you on / what device is it?

I have numerous possible solutions.
1) Try reinstalling the game and getting all the latest updates for it. 2) Try logging on using a different iOS device. 3) If those fail... Send an email to BFS

But it's possible to know the names that are shown in GC. If you select a friend in GC it also shows the GCID. The forum names are another thing entirely, and it's difficult to know who is who. Since my forum name and my GCID are very different, I keep my GCID on my signature.

This will be using imgur, a free image hosting site. Make an account and log in. Find and press this upload button in the top right hand side.
Next you should be presented with this screen:
Be mindful, I am on my iOS iPad, so a computer or android version will probably look slightly different. Now choose the photos you want, in my case, simply by clicking on them. I have a choice from my gallery, but on the computer this will be your computer documents.
Click ok, and the pictures should be presented in a list, ready to upload, as so:
Click "start upload" The upload will take about 5 seconds per picture on a fast iPad or computer. Once it is complete return to "your gallery" of pictures by pressing the back button in the top left corner of the screen.
If you refresh, the uploaded pictures will appear in your gallery. Choose the one you want to upload and you will be presented with something like this, although a different picture, obviously:
Here's the problem; you don't want the link. You want the "Bb code" because that is what can be integrated into forums. You want this because then anyone in the forum can see. Your picture without having to change browser at all, or even follow a link. For you techno geeks out there, it works similar to how "smileys" work, by implementing coded formats for a different visual representation. To get the Bb code, click on the arrow next to the word "link" (a direct link to the photo) and you should get a drop down menu. Select the option saying "bb code", like so:
Your code will start with img in square brackets, "[" and "]". And end in /img in the same brackets.
Copy this and then paste it into the forum and ta-da there is your photo.
This may seem complicated, but it's great because I can screenshot something, get on imgur and upload it within a few clicks.
Proof that this works can be found in the pictures I provided in this guide as visual aid.

I think This wont work. As the park you want to keep is local, BFS will have no access to it. It is a fairly straightforward process to create a new GCID though. You just need a unique email address. Once created you then need to associate that local park with the new GCID. Once that happens your park will be loaded on to the BFS servers. Then once the park is on their servers BFS may be able to help you swap the parks around if you want to.
