Aaaaay BFS! You KNOW you’ve missed the boat when almost 48 hours pass over an event weekend, with no posts!
To tell you the truth, I come back here because it's right now the only thing that makes the game worth it...
Close for me too. There's also the friends who are gifting (it is nice to "see" these people day after day) and, of course, my son. That connection takes #1

BFS, the dragon variations are getting out of hand... there's twins, rifts, twin rifts, and now ghosts? It's just the same stuff being rehashed.
The dragonarium is beyond cluttered at this point and there really needs to be a new way to label everything. There's the different borders, limited symbol, rift symbol and it's really cumbersome in design.
The new evolve dragon buttons are really small btw. The old design was better.
And can you please organize the eggs in the gift menu by dragon and not by friend?
Just a but fusterated as a long time player who thinks the new direction is really tanking a good product.
At this point I feel like deleting all the twin and rift dragons so that everything looks less cluttered.

And then there's all the egg pedestals. There's not enough room We need something like the hibernation cave for egg pedestals - with enough storage space to keep them all (not that I'll ever have them all - but they take up precious space)

I think there should be a way to breed the ghostly dragons. That way, it would save time and candy to get a dragon we really want during this event (I’m looking at you, corrupticorn and omen)it would be something like this:

BFS -- I understand it's a careful balancing act between staying true to dragonvale's roots and a profitable game. Unfortunately it seems like the scales have fully tipped in the profitable direction and what made dragonvale great is no longer a priority. The marketing model was always FOMO (fear of missing out) that drove players to play and spend. However, there no longer is FOMO because 1) you're rehashing dragons 2) players know they're going to miss out regardless of what they do
On top of the fact that the only friending system is through Facebook, which eliminates a good group of people from joining and playing or keep playing.
The loyal core fans seem to be more displease and have or will left the game. The player retention rate seems to be plummeting. So the online community is almost gone.
At this point I'm only logging in to continue to give gems to the few players I'm lucky to still be friends with so they can keep playing.
Thank you to all the artists, devs, programmers, etc that created this game. I had a blast while I was playing. But it's time to move on.

BFS for the wish can you set it up so we can pick which variation of the dragon we want? For example I don't collect twins but after having just 1 regular dragon in my park the only option is to get a twin version.
Also can we gift one more treat packet to a friend? So it's even with the amount of gems we can give?

I have extremely bad lag in the game, it freezes and disconnects alot. To the point i can never complete any new stuff going on. It's very disappointing. Can you do anything about it? I'm almost ready to delete game if it doesn't change.

Hi ravenwing711 and welcome! If you check out the Encyclopaedia Dracontine, it has a link to many things to do to stop/minimise freezing and crashing. Often the problem is that this game is highly demanding on lower power, lower level of tech iteration or older devices in general, due to all the moving fx. Hopefully there will be suggestions which when you implement them, will at least reduce if not fix your device freezing 🐨🐨

ravenwing711, Try to eliminate as much of the animation as you can. Turn off all of the dragon orbs and crowns for starters. Set your Weather Station to: None. Store as many of the animated decorations as you can. Here is the list: ANIMATED DECORATIONS. Let us know if that helps.
Many legit complaints have been written about how you're running DragonVale at present. Please see the recent Om of Noms 2018 thread. Vocal, unhappy consumers you have.
Would you please brainstorm ways to make DragonVale enjoyable again while attending to the needs of your business? You may consider allowing your creative, talented developers who are enthusiastic about this game nurture it. This approach could very well improve your profits as well as repair Hasbro's reputation.

I don't know where to post. I can't log in, in my DragonVale. Missed most of the event. Can't bring friends up to bread in co-op cave. As for storing stuff its not letting me use my storage and its empty. Help!!!

ravenwing711 you didn’t come back to let us know if those fixes worked? If they did not, then you really need to contact BFS to check out what’s going on with your game. I hope you did so early in the event? If not, you need to tell them that too.
