I'm striking out on Moonstruck, and still only have the one Rose from BEB. Lots of Smoke, a few Pollen, a couple Blazing, and the occasional Scorch, Poison or Flower. Just hit 2 more Smokes on island and cave, and my hatchery is full with 2 Smokes, a Willow and a Firefly.

Aaaaaaah! Pixie, some magical sparkles to clear away all the smoke please? I'm having trouble seeing my park, and I'm sure the Stork dragon is having trouble finding the nurseries! Maybe if I give it clear skies, the moon will strike.

Edit to add: Oops, that wasn't a Smoke in the cave, it was the second Rose! At least now I can breed for Moonstruck in both locations. I sped her up and put her back in the cave with Love - another 8 hour fail. So still need Pixie dust.

Decided to do something I never do. I just blew through close to 100 gems in a few minutes. No success. My park is still without the beautiful MS. Since I'm using level 17s on my island and 15s in my cave, and since Pixie's small tests showed around a 10% chance in the cave, I have come to three definite conclusions. First, this dragon really hates my park, b/c the odds of me not getting one in 61 tries should be very, very small. Second, using level 10 and above dragons does not significantly increase your chances on this type of dragon no matter what BFS might say. (Former testing did show that there are a few cases where leveling a dragon helps a little.) Third, I rarely spend gems when not working on a limited, but I am now going to make it a firm rule in my park b/c you never know when you are going to need those gems. I will try again later. Maybe moonstruck will decide to grace my park then. Whining may not help you get the dragon you want, but it can help you feel a little less bummed that you didn't get the pixels you wanted.

61 is a pretty long dry spell. When testing, there were dry spells, but as I recall, none this long. Next breeding, right? koala!

No joy in my park, up to at least 66 attempts including 3 48 hours and about 300 gems. To take my mind off my failures I've been cleaning. Yesterday I cleaned and organized my laundry room. Today when I got my third Rainbow/Seasonal, I organized my desk. Too bad this ends tomorrow, I could get my whole house clean. I'm waiting to hear good news from Wapatango and Peanutzmom.

Ha! I'm beating you. 68 attempts, somewhere around 400 gems, two 48 hours and two 60 hours. Anyone else out there got me beat? (If you have a moonstruck, you automatically lose.)

I'm up to over 71 attempts, spent about 400 gems and have had 3 48 hour, so you have me beat on the 60 hours, but I've made more attempts.

Wanted to add that I had made those attempts before I saw your post, not because of your post.

Still no koalas here,and Pixie's dust must have gotten caught in an updraft and wafted to someone else's park. I don't count my attempts, but have been trying non-stop since it showed up. I don't have enough gems to speed up every breed. I had been trying to save up to upgrade my island, but that's going to have to wait now, as I did speed up Rose so I could breed in the cave too. Alas, it looks like it was too little, too late, and I'll have to wait for the next BEB.
