I've been tagged in something that looks to be really exciting! This must mean that people like me oh so very much!
This has never happened before! It all seems so very new and thrilling. What should I do? Where to start!?!
The beginning! YES!!! I should probably start at the beginning by reading the rules... hmm, lets see here...
Rules: - All participants agree to pledge at least one gem into the competition pot. Participants are welcome to pledge more than one gem. Participants send out their gems when the winner is announced.

I shall pledge 3+2+1 and then a bonus gem to everyone that... oh... hmm... there are quite a few more rules... let me check those out first. I should probably read the whole thing before committing to anything wacky, but I just got SO EXCITED to finally feel like I belong with this wonderful community.

I will POTM this because it made me laugh and to show bloodstone that he is a valuable member of this community. I would have asked you, dragonmagic1, and flutterbye to make crazy pledges, but I knew you couldn't be part of the competition. But why don't you have your own competition between yourselves. You could tell them that you give a gem to each of them if they get it before you.

Awww... thanks myke. That makes me feel very special. However, just for the record, I want you to know that the entire Lind clan doesn't play DV. This isn't even half of us. However, all of us who play DV are part of this forum because we know that DV wouldn't be half as fun if we weren't connected to this great community. Of course, it would also be less dangerous, but what can you expect when GregDarcy is here?!

That would be a tremendous idea except that flutterbye and myself have exchanged gems for a long time and Bloodstone doesn't accept friend requests (at least from me and probably because he has way too many friends now)--maybe we should invite notbloodstone!

Nope, not really. Planning a week long truce, I am pretending to be sweet and innocent.
How could I pass up anything as crazy and epic as this is shaping up to be? As I have yet to acquire an archenemy, I, too, foolishly pledge a gem to each player still in the comp after me. With my demonstrated breeding prowess this should keep me in gem debt until sometime next year!

I'am in for the first time, as it looks like fun! I pledge 1 gem to the 3 people who get the dragon immediately before me and 1 gem to the 3 people that get it right after me. And 2 to the winner. My GCID is Andr3i4 level 57

I've got some good news and some bad news. The good news is that GregDarcy owes a lot of gems and lemmyloop doesn't owe any because I just got a 36 leathery on my first try. The bad news is...ummm, let me think a minute...that I might not get any gems. I think I'll have to go reread the pledges. Maybe I get some somehow. I was the first to go out, does that count for anything?
Edit: Actually, I got out before it officially even started. Surely that counts for something.
