If this replaces double weekends then I'm in trouble, I was already close on getting all the reward items and if this is one of 6 double days then The 92 iceberries I just didn't get could end up costing me big time.
Honestly, I won't be at all surprised if this event includes a few more double days than average as a means to help compensate for peoples busy holiday schedules.
But I'll still be chipping BFS a little cash now that double iceberries have arrived

Something interesting with the BEB event, I am bringing it up because I haven't seen it mentioned yet on the forum. Along with dragons and decorations that can now be obtained...I was able to purchase a 'lost island'. It was a little spendy...1,500 gems. But I didn't have much else to spend them on ( and on a double day ). I got the clue from the Visitors message, when checking on Sandakloz. It said more islands will bring more visitors. It is the island I missed out on at the Easter Egg event. I was pretty happy about that, something I regretted not going for previously.
The Twilight Tower is also available for purchase if missed for 1,775 gems.
The Celestial Habitat is also available for purchase if missed for 1,000 gems.
After this update, my game has a bug. All the lists in the market are upside down, letters are unreadable, dragons have messed up pictures when i go to breed them... Question: Does anybody else have this problem? Is it my phone or there is a bug in the update?

When that happened to me recently I just uninstalled and reinstalled. After the reinstallation the graphics glitches were fixed and it even looks like the graphics and text are sharper and clearer.
Quite ticked off now. No reply from BFS, and now I'm stuck without the second Snowflake dragon, which also means I'm unable to acquire the 3rd and 4th. Not happy at all. Guess I can hope that one of the gift dragons will be a Snowflake, but the odds are looking pretty grim right now.

Aaaaargh!! This is the second time during "doubles rewards" that I have been unable to access my account on my Kindle Fire. The glitch started with me being unable to see my friends or access their islands. I tried to go to options and log back in to my FB account, but it says I have already authorized DragonVale then takes me back to the login screen. I filled out a help ticket, but since this is the eve of Christmas eve, I'm not very hopeful of being helped very quickly. I tried a "force stop" on the app, but it didn't seem to have any affect. Any other ideas?

I've tried everything including uninstalling anf reinstalling the app. I apologize to my friends in advance for not being able to send the gifts you expect. These events cut things too close in terms of the amount of fudge you have to collect; you can't afford to miss a day.
Man, I don't know what's going on, but ever since the Double Iceberries started, my game has been crashing like crazy. I can barely collect from more than 5 habitats before I get a black screen.
This may be coincidence, but I was going in to look for Santa, and hit the friend button instead of a path to get X-ray vision. I decided to read the message. It said something about higher level dragons attract more visitors, and that Santa was in my park. I decided to see if that was a hint. I went to my hybrid islands first, because they have the highest level dragons. I found Santa on one of those islands. Later, I tried tapping the visitor button again, this time it said visitors like decorations. This time I found Santa on a island with lots of decorations. My son got the message to try breeding more hybrids to attract more visitors, and found Santa on the island with his breeding cave. We've been trying to test it today in all our parks, but we still cannot say whether it is a coincidence or not, but I thought I would throw it out there for anyone else who wants to try it.

Please keep us up to date. My kids and I joined Facebook today and havent been able to connect as friends yet. I thought it was us but maybe not.

No dragons are competing because the selection menu was scrambled... that's a big pile of lost berries. Hopefully they will have it fixed soon and make good on the lost berries and gifts. I don't even know if I should bother to email BFS because I can't get far enough into the game to pull my ID off the screen.

I would still send an email to BFS, give them as much info as you can such as the email login names and emails linked to the accounts. If they need more info they will ask. They are likely aware of the issues but are likely in need of more details that you can provide. Such as unable to log in etc. When I had issues with the first game event, they told me to log out of facebook,, forscestop the game, clear the cache.
(reinstall game on the 2nd round, if the first didn't take)
Then reset the phone and log back into the game from Facebook. And repeat as needed. I believe I went thru 3-5 cycles before I could get back in finally.
What you are experiencing sounds like logon issues in addition to software imaging cliches.
In your email to BFS be sure to include the approx Berries lost, along with time duration so that they can better compensate you when its resolved. Along with any other details so they may further troubleshoot the root cause.
Hope this helps some and you are able to get back in the game. It is unfortunate that they obviously spend so much time and effort into game development for these events and then have such pervasive errors
For those androiders experiencing problems, I would definitely drop an email/ log an issue on the website with as much detail as possible, including gifts usually sent to friends.
I have been playing exclusively on Kindle for both parks and they have been running fine with the double blueberries.

Kindle park1: nearly all dragons are frolicking in their habitats! (A Thorny little problem to resolve...)
Smartphone park2: Geode, a dragon with rocks in! Still to breed 4 dragons...

Relatives from out of town arrived at 4 am (drove straight for 17 hours instead of stopping) so naturally I thought of Dragonvale. I got into my park with no problems! I did everything I could then went back to sleep. Hooray!
Then a few minutes ago... nothing.
I'm going to try logging out of facebook to see if that helps. Maybe the interwebs are just too busy, like the airports and roads.

I wouldn't expect an answer back for a few days. They are probably off for the holidays.
