Just got the second pedestal and am 15 berries into the second snowflake dragon. I have a sneaking suspicion that a purchase will be made before this event ends. But I'd like to thank everyone that friended me to help me to my goal - you guys are the best!!

This is the worst outcome I've had in a special event despite wasting more time (trying to log into DV) than in the days of round the clock bush planting. The park with the most crashes and lost Friends list just got the winter island theme. That one really stinks because of the six friends that haven't gotten gems or anything from me since before Christmas.
The other park made more progress. If I spend a few dollars I should just have enough for the second snowflake dragon. What a difference it makes having friends!

It is unknown whether or not 3 and 4 will be breedable after the event. It's even possible that they will be breedable only through the BEB extension up to the 18th...
However, it might be wise to blow a bunch of gems today and tomorrow morning on speeding up snowflake breedings... it might be your last chance for 3 and 4 until next years BEB. Or they might always be breedable using 1 and 2.
Depends how willing you are to part with your gems for an uncertainty.

BigZ is right. We don't know. I just can't imagine they would cut it off with the end of the event. However, because 3 and 4 are also noted as limited, and the extension of the BEB event, I am beginning to suspect we only have until the end of Bring Everything Back (January 18) to breed them. Just my own guess though.

Surely you will be able to breed it during BEB? Which ends on the 18th now. They extended it. Just got my second dragon! So happy, I got precisely what I wanted with no stress! Yessss

GROW DRAGON SNAPS!! They take 30 seconds and you get 4 ice berries every few tries!!

1+1 has the quickest fails, though I'm not convinced the percentages are anywhere near accurate.

I have 2x 3's, so I'm thinking of switching to 1+2, just to raise chances of the 4's, as the Sandbox recommends.

I haven't gotten the third or fourth Snowflakes yet, but I'm going to chance and not use gems to try to get them.

I also have two simultaneous Rainbow Dragon fail attempts so I don't want to use all the gems on those.

I guess I'll find out tomorrow or sometime if I made the wrong choice.

If anything there is always a possible Bring 'Em Back next year.

Looks like you and I are doing the same thing. I'm stalled at 1436 berries hoping to get the extra treats instead of the island theme at the end.

According to this page, this is 6 in the morning in UK and 7 in the morning for continental europe
Which is actually the time indicated in the event help quoting the reset time.

During Winter, UTC is GMT.

UTC is the time reference. It what used to be called GMT. Not quite sure why they changed it, but UTC is now used for reference and GMT is used for English time.

Now why do I know that when I am in UTC+11 and you are presumably in UTC +0?

Probably not this year. Possibly next year, same as they did with the Lost Island and the Tower this year. But expect it to cost a ridiculous amount of gems.

My partner was only going for the 2nd snowflake but is now disappointed she will be about 1000 short of the treatery too.

Thank you Greg - is it worth spending the money to get it now ?? What will it do in our parks ??
