I have a dark island, + dark island theme. Played around w/ the path placing it in various part of the island, but the path just did not enhance or beautified the island. It was just "meh".
I used my new path just as an accent on my breeding/farm island, which has all the other rose/Valentines themed objects and no island theme. Used very sparingly it's...OK. I wish they'd put the petals on either grey stone or even transparent, as others mentioned. It's just too vibrant as is.
(i also just ran into the second thorn bug mentioned above. Thanks to this place, I won't worry about it. LOL)
Like how you placed the new path around the Dragonsai Tree and the Celestial decos. They look quite pleasant.
anyone know whether the rose paths will still be available to um "path" after the event is over? i remember reading that someone was going to ask backflip so what's the update on that
yes i just quoted myself :L in other news i only need to get 100ish roses a day to get the omnitat. that'll make things much more relaxing koala everyone
I was debating about spending real money or not to get everything and I've decided to see what happens... I doubt I'll get the Omnitat but I'm not spending cash for roses.
I regret not finding this forum for the Holiday event (never got the 2nd Snowflake dragon so I've only been able to clone my 1st one) because I didn't realize you could find Santa. But at least this thread helped me with Gardenia (though after the first several days).

According to tpring's post on page 18, the island remains and you can still use the berrywhite cave to breed.

I've already collected roses and whatnot for today, sitting pretty at 800 to go for the Omnitat. It is well within reach!

JackCdio has finished all rewards, the island is still there and he can use the breeding spot. Whatever roses he accumulates will be turned into treats when the event is over and the island disappears with the breeding spot. So no fear, you can go on collecting roses. I need 150 more roses so that i will finish tomorrow easily.

I finished and placed the omni and island still there and roses still adding to a total. Koala to all - Max on the omni is 4 dragons and 1.75 mil

I bred my 1st snowflake with a Prism dragon and got the 2nd (a clone). I've then since bred the two Snowflakes and now have 4 of the same kind. At least my habitat is no longer empty with just one dragon.

Did I miss something, or did we not get a new decoration in the Market for Valentine's this year? I suppose BFS figures since we got the bench as our first prize and the path without too much work, that was enough.
