I would say any decorations because they might return as prizes eventually, and then you'll have a head start. If Backflip sticks with the "unlocking collections" stuff, which I think they will.
Also, lower-level parks can buy and sell Moonstruck Pedestals for 2.5 million DC per 160 roses. High-level parks are probably better off taking the treat conversion.
There are only 2 decorations I can buy and I don't care for either. I would have to store them and pay for extra storage:(

Does anyone know what the event currency to treats conversion is? I can't seem to find it :/
The formula for the last 2 events was: magic divided by 1000 multiplied by the cheapest food IAP.
For example, if you end the event with 2000 roses, you should receive as many treats as if you had bought the $1 treat package twice. Assuming they haven't changed it.
Compared to previous events, it's pretty pathetic. It used to be 8 times as much.

Yikes, in the last 2 days I got seconds of melancholy, ire, my first okenite, then second delight and serenity this morning! I can't remember a run like that! Now I have lots of roses to buy eggs and decorations. Like the earlier posts said it seems like awaiting for treats is the last thing I want to do. Nice problem to have....enough roses that I can be frivolous at the end of an event.

Still haven't fixed the glitch - Weather Station and Island Themes settings are still resetting back to None when I leave my park
Mine is fixed today too: and I THINK the general stickiness ( when collecting, setting food etc) is a LITTLE improved... of course as my dear ole gen2 iPad is running an increasing sized park, it may be my own generated 'sticky' c'est la vie

Ah, Buffy, I did indeed find little Pom Pom snoozing by the hot springs in one of my omnitats. Unfortunately, she's already gotten into the dragon treats and has been splashing around in the fountain of youth. I've hauled her out, but she's happily settled into my second aura habitat and I'm inclined just to let her stay. Feel free to come by and visit though! (And yes, Pom Pom is now the name of my second babified Surprise dragon.)
I am sorry, but you are mistaken. My Pom Pom has come back and brought a friend w/ her. My little Pom Pom is a lvl 4 dragon.
You can keep the name Pom Pom if you want

Wow, I had some serious koala today... Second Okenite on the island meant I had the CBC and cave free, so stuck Delight and Ire in the cave... Delight. Melancholy with Melancholy in the CBC... Melancholy. That means I only need Ire to have 2 dragons + 1 egg for all the Aura dragons. It took me a looooooot longer to get all the new Halloween dragons to the same point! After this I only need a Mono 5 pedestal for a complete collection.

I just found this on Reddit regarding the next Easter event, not too sure on the actual accuracy, but it is definitely interesting. Looks like it will follow the same format as the last event.

I just hope the new Chrysalis dragons will be element breedable or epic otherwise it is a huge task to get all the eggs. Personally can't wait to get my hands on a Relic of the Epics. I want that sooo badly.

They look like a new class of epics, so they should be breedable like the Auras were. But, we'll just have to wait and see. I'm excited about the island theme - just used the vast majority of my DC and summoned the 14th island.

Other than the single Surprise I bred, I was never able to breed a single Aura dragon. I did have enough to buy a second Serenity and Ire. The Aura's just didn't seem to want to come to my park, I guess the aura wasn't right. I hope you get your other seconds soon. Several of them are really nice looking dragons.

Above I saw someone had got an Okenite. I use Snow and Pollen, but I am not sure it's the right sort of snow or pollen. According to my sources there are many sorts of snow and many different words: qanuk, kaneq, kanevvluk, natquik, nevluk, aniu, muruaneq, qetrar, nutaryuk, qanisqineq, qengaruk, utvak, navcaq, pirta, pirtpag
