Twe12e, I used Ornamental in the coop island because it gave fewer fails and I had nothing else. But check with the Sandbox, it all depends on the possible parent dragons you have.
It's always been easier for me to clone using 2 parents of the same species, both in coop and the original caves.
Well that's unfortunate. I just got my sixth chrysalis dragon, and I only have one habitat. Not enough eggs to buy a second... So I went to purchase more, and they're gone, no eggs to buy. Now what?
I don't have an omnitat either...
I guess hibernation cave till they make them available again?
I checked and you are right. But that is surprising. You think they'd WANT people to buy eggs to get their last prizes.

I bet that's not on purpose, and they'll probably be kicking themselves over this when they notice.

It is a deliberate action taken by BFS. It happens at midnight Colorado time on the last evening. I think it is to ensure that players have time to spend the eggs. Otherwise some players might cut it too close and then BFS has to deal with the complaints.
My guess is that BFS removed the ability to purchase eggs because players would accuse them of trying to force us to buy eggs when many of us still have eggs in our Social menu.
GCID: rionhow Thanks to ElektronX for my Light Rift avatar!

No, I don't think so. This is not the first event that they have stopped magic/egg sales at midnight Colorado time on the last evening.
They did it again. Chrysalis dragons are now permanent and their hourglass symbols are gone.
We've been taken on a ruse cruise.
I also see the habitat available for 75 gems too. I guess that solves my problem of too many chrysalis and not enough habitats... But I certainly wouldn't have dedicated two breeding spots to them if I'd known they'd still be available. If I miss bloom, because of it, I shall be annoyed!
Aura is also available for 75 gems.

Available for Co-op and party hats - all my gem swap spots are currently full.
I have 2 of each Monolith dragon. Of those, one 5 and two 6's were bought with event currency. But since the monos were released, I have pedestal-ed nearly every Mono fail when trying for the hard to get ones (initially 3, 4, 5, and now 6). Here are the the number of pedestals : Mono1 : 43 Mono2 : 48 Mono3 : 3 Mono4 : 5 Mono5 : 1 Mono6 : 0
Despite my skepticism early on, this event was really profitable for me. I bought 2 duskwing, bred 4 chrysalis, bred 2 lacewing, bred 1 swallowtail, gifted 1 marbletail. Bought 2 mono 6. Bought an egg of each chrysalis dragon, 2 shells of serenity, 1 shell of surprise, the burcadian monolith, 2 chrysalis habitats, and the theme. Spent about 400 gems. I already had the old stuff. Plus a ton of treats to boot! I officially apologize for my earlier complaining.

Congratulations on your loot. Or since we're talking dragons, maybe hoard is more appropriate?
However, if you use the CoOp to bred with a friend's dragon (or your friend breeds with your blue hearted dragon via the CoOp) then there is a slight possibility of breeding a twin dragon.
When this occurs, both you and the friend whose dragon you bred with receives a twin dragon in the social menu/nursery.
Currently it is believed that the possibility of breeding a twin dragon is approximately ten percent (10%).
I hope this answered your question.
EDIT: If you were referring to the gifted Marbletail Dragon, that was a dragon that Backflip Studios, the game creator, gave to all players during the previous event for opening/unlocking all prizes from the advent calendar.

New update about upcoming legendary dragon posted on Dragonvale Facebook this morning!!! She is Kairos' sister and will speed up hatching. (Had a picture to attach but couldn't. Error message said this group has maxed out on allowed attachments.)

OMG! I've been trying to breed these event dragons through the whole event and I'm finally, FINALLY getting a lacewing! Thank you co-op!
