Editing the whole message to say that it's fixed! I just logged into my zeroed game and all my roses are there! Including all my roses from my social menu, for the zeroed game. For the game that wasn't zeroed, the social menu roses are still there. So I'm actually better off in the games that were zeroed since I had more than 1000 roses in the social menu.

Hmmm. How will they know which roses were in social vs main park. Both were converted. Thinking it might be a huge advantage if they reverse the dc to rose conversion.
It’s fixed now. They did a simple dc to roses conversion which gave me 22K roses including ALL from social. You also got to keep the dc. Almost feel guilty only had 4K roses last night.

Lamonster, my rose total is now higher than it was before the conversion today, so I think the ones I had left in gifts were given to me as well. Maybe yours too?

I got the exact number of roses I previously had, so no dice for me. I replied to BF letting them know I still don't have my gift roses.
HOWEVER, a 2.5 hour resolution for this issue is pretty insane, from a technical standpoint, especially when it involves something related to real-world money. There would have to be time spent figuring out how to resolve it, then an approval process, and a testing process, and a process to roll out the fix, all the paperwork involved, customer communication...all within a couple hours. Very impressive.
Honestly they should all be celebrating themselves at this point.

I know we are not supposed to be able to have all the roses to spend that friends have given us, but I think to help make up for this flowery fiasco they should pull off the grand gesture and make us all smile.

I just got a notice that any roses accidentally gathered by Gardenia are now loaded back into your balance.
Logged in, and it set all my cash back to roses, even the social menu ones. I had around 7k before it got set to 0, and now I have 19k. Backflip went out of their way to fix this situation, it's why I love this company. They gave us the benefit of the doubt on how many we had in social vs gathered.
I simply don't understand Backflip dates. I'd splurged on decoration thinking it was the last day and now - I could've kept that balance for 2 event dragons!
Oh, well. I got a second Scorn. Could've gotten either Smitten or Sweetheart as well.
I'm sure you've answered this question many times but I cannot seem to keep it straight in my head. If I breed Nightbloom with Nightbloom in my own cave but Nightbloom is currently UNAVAILABLE, can I still get a Nightbloom? Or is it only when they're in season?

Prisca You can get a Nightbloom at any time if you use one as a parent. You don't need to have it as both parents, but it usually helps the odds of getting another.

I can -just- keep up with the game these days. Unfortunately I have lost track of what rifties I still need so I don't breed in the rift - I just collect E most days.

All in all, this event has been great! I finally got Stoneheart and Honeyglow, and had enough roses left (after heart attack from losing them) to get all missing pedestals and all but one missing decoration. Truly a satisfying occasion...

This was all so crazy.. but due to glitch managed to get all the roses collected from friends so manged to get every item in the market and then another 33 suprise dragon pedestals to sell.. so overall worked out pretty well...
