Ok, just noticed today that the description on the Toy Chest changed. It no longer says it's guaranteed to have a new decoration. I really hope that it's just a description change, or there's no way to complete this event and those who bought them early have a major advantage.
I bought 3 toy chests with iceberries just now & they were all new decorations- so far so good.
However very annoyed about the lack of doubles- I did all my activities before I realised they weren’t actually doubles!
It's probably just me, but i felt much more comfortable spending that many berries on toy chests when they were required by a guarantee written in black and white to give new decorations. Now not so much. Hopefully we will continue to get new decorations but no where does it any longer say we have to.

The watch a vision came back for a second rund of 3 times 50 iceberries. So, grand totak is 300 berries for this double day.
So it seems instead of doubling the value of the videos, they "give you the opportunity" to watch twice as many. How generous of them.
They don't seem to be giving you twice as many games to play, though, and they're not coming back any sooner.
ETA: It wouldn't let me watch a video for Ts'aishen, either - it went directly from the free chest to needing to wait 24 hours. There's also no free gem video in the market. Is there a hard 6-video limit per day?

Double Ice Berries is fixed. Just got a message in game, and magic tap now goes to 20 seconds. The guarantee is back in the wording on the Toy Chest too!
Where did the eggs in our gifts menu come from? How do we give them?
I think BF is giving them and just saying they are from one of your GC friends ... or maybe FB friends too; don’t know, don’t do FB. I received a Twin Regift Rift from Haystacker, so if you’re out there, my friend, and reading this, “Thank you and Merry Christmas to you”.
Anyone thinking of buying the extra Ornamental Habitats for 75 gems instead of 1450 berries: I highly recommend you do not.
For 75 gems, you can get 15 extra Magic Tap game attempts, with 15 chests. On a double day like now, that's averaging 80 berries (I get between 70 and 100) plus 150 for selling the three decorations. 15 of those are 3450 berries, on average, for spending 75 gems on magic tap. You can buy multiple Ornament habitats for 75 gems, plus get chances for the rare decos!
Just wanted to remind players that WINTER SAGA 2018 is a marathon and not a sprint!
There are still 37 days left for collecting Iceberries and decos for getting the newest dragons. Before you go spending your precious Gems remember that last year BFS dropped a ‘every breed in the Co-Op is a twin’ mini-event smack in the middle of the Christmas event. And don’t forget that BEB will overlap this event also. I hate that it does and wish that BEB was its own seperate event as it was in the beginning. The fact that players are concentrating on new dragons combined with BFS lowering the odds for breeding your missing dragons has had the net effect of making BEB a bust. Wish they would change that.

Now you tell me! I have about 8500 Iceberries (haven’t spent a one) and have yet to complete a deco set so no event dragons yet. I am terrible at the Drop game and miss most of the Chests. My high Iceberry score for that game is 9! Did get my daughter to play for me one day which is the only reason I have the decorations I currently have. I’ll stick with the Wheel for my free plays as I usually get one or two 100s (200s for today).

Cyn , in case this helps with Drop game: Look only along the top of the screen, running eyes side to side, ONLY looking for chest until it’s dropped, Arrange fingers all along the bottom of the screen Gives you a chance to either tap w one finger or bring down all fingers along the bottom to hit the chest Because more than 3 fingers hit the screen at once, it doesn’t (on my iPad anyhoo) activate the multi finger commands after chest has dropped, then tap remaining berries as they fall
I hope this helps you and others; I still occasionally miss a chest,but not often I’ve also found that if I buy a number one after the other, I get lots of dupes If I leave a few hours between buying, less dupes And no dupes for the first game on new day.... May be chance, dunno 🐨🐨🐨huge hairy hoardes of drop bears everyone, and breathe 🤣

OMG I hve gotten 15 gifted eggs in my gift menu! I don t need any of them and you cannot delete/clear them! the idea is good BUT I would have preferred we give each other chests And I assume the invasion will go on (invasion, invasion ... reminds me of something lol)

Thats what I see except I have the pink feather and a yellow present as being rare. Down to 8 needed. One of each, except feather.

My game has never crashed this much before; I can barely play.
I've been deleted FB friends left and right, clearing my rewards and gift menu AND i got a new phone... still no luck... BFS get your @*@# together...
How about also turning off weather and whateva fx, and put the biggest moving decos in storage ... you may have done all that... and don’t forget to check Encyclopaedia Dracontine for additional tips must be sooo frustrating 🐨🐨🐨🐨

I don't think they'd code variation, if you only have 1 yellow feather then I'm guessing that was your rare and you were just lucky. I'm missing lots of feathers on each account, but I've seen 3 pink total which led me to the yellow conclusion. If you have 3+ yellow feathers, then we just need more data to conclude who got super lucky.
Qfor tanyon7 ; how did you accumulate such a great berry total? (I must be doing something really silly to have played daily and have such a low total, me fears) I’ve checked the BFS FAQ re how to earn them and think I’m doing that ok...so just seeking any help, thanks!FOMO FOMO😱😂
edit; ah, reread list, I’m NOT incubating before selling or using in bingo card, is that it maybe? Cos there’s no daily limit, so no point in waiting til reset before clearing breeding sites, right? And collecting dc doesn’t earn berries, so again no need to wait for reset (cos doughnuts for taishen can be collected thru the day)...
5 gems spent on the drop game gives you a average of 30 berries and 3 chests. Each chest that does not net a new piece is sold for 50 more berries, about 180 berries per 5 gems spent. Today's double event is even more, I should have waited to spend gems until today.
Also, I typically breed rift dragons through 2000 etherum, that gives a lot of berries selling dragons.

Got a new quest: Foot Drill, plant, fire, cold. I think it’s sugarplum, considering the dragon is on ballet toe/pointe shoes (which does make you look like some type of toe drill when you do pirouettes).

Thank you for the tips. The chest seems to be moving at light speed and if I press to close to the side with many fingers I freeze my screen andget a strange screen with my park I’d and type of login. It took me five tries to get a chest. I have only had four chests drop since the start of the game. I have to pay for them so the tips helps.
