And in the Parade arena, do we just select 5 dragons (I’m assuming higher level earns more magic) that fit the theme (in my park it’s Plant atm) then change them when the theme changes? Can’t find any Help answers on this, and there is no timer, so just keep watching? Maybe it changes daily...
The Parade Gardens is the most mysterious feature of the event. There isn’t much information about it at all.
Regarding dragon levels: I tested this out between my main park and the newbie park. I put two Plant elders, a level 18, 17, and 16 in the Parade Gardens on my main account. In the newbie account I used all level 1 dragons. They generated the same amount of Magic. Good news for players who can’t afford to level up dragons yet. You can switch the dragons at anytime if you want to put in lower level ones; the parade dragons aren’t locked in, which is nice.
I believe the Parade Gardens’ element changes with the daily reset. I also have Plant in both my parks, so I think it’s the same for everybody.
As you stated, the Gardens only holds 60 Magic. Assuming double days affects the amount of Magic you earn, you’ll accumulate 60 Magic in two hours on days like today. But on regular days, it’ll take about four hours to collect 60 Magic, which seems reasonable. At least it won’t require as many park visits.

As with previous events, if you hit the daily event currency cap, you can watch visions (ads) for gems instead of Magic.
I wonder if you use Tolzar before you max out if the 50/100 magic counts towards the daily cap (or like in one event) it is a bonus on top?

Unfortunately, if you watch the ads before reaching the cap, the currency you earn counts toward the daily cap. There’s no bonus. I watched one ad in my main park before hitting the currency max, and I watched no ads in my secondary park before reaching the currency max. Both parks have collected the same amount of event currency.

A little note about receiving a spellform piece, hopefully saves someone from a 30 second meltdown over wasted gems I won two pieces from the tap game and through they had disappeared forever!
The pieces do not directly go into the Alter of Alteration. They go into a the gifts menu, where you have to manually collect them, like the decorations from the Christmas event.
That made sense with the Christmas decorations, as you could literally use them to decorate your park. It doesn’t seem logical with these spell forms though, since they have to be in the Alter to use them.

Here I think BFS might be doing us a bit of a favor...using the same ‘code’ (program instructions) as the Christmas decorations in an effort to keep the memory usage down.

Maybe that was a day one glitch. I just collected 121 magic off one park and 120 off the other. Maybe they just forgot to double it yesterday?
And the petrified thing just clicked when I found Gardenia - all the little visitors scurrying around are the children, and the adults stand out a bit, because being petrified ... they are the colour of stone and, of course, they don’t move.
I haven’t I think someone must have packed all my koalas into those chests and spirited them off my parks - no koalas or chests to be found on either park yet.

However today I’ve just collected 87... after 60 earlier, and60’s every time yesterday so dunno.
In my park it says The Rift Hidden Hurdles with purple and Dark, so I’ve put up all my Hidden Bolt rifties and a Rbramble, levels 14, 13, 13, 13 and 12, so level doesn’t seem to play a part.

All the ones so far are 3-element rares – I'll update the Meet the Dragons post with details tomorrow.
I'm in some ways glad it's not Surface Habitats as they're inconveniently small and I wouldn't want to need another 5 of them, but conversely if they were Surface Element then it could have been an opportunity for a bigger habitat. 🤷♂️
Potentially if there's enough shared elements you could fit them all into 2 giant {element} habitats. It'd make sense thematically for them all to be either Light or Dark, but after the Pearlescent debacle I'm holding off on pre-emptive habitat purchases for now.
Anyone get a count of the Petrified W & Ws? I found 5, the last being the ‘Gal w/the Push Cart’ who put me at the 2K Daily Limit.
Can anyone confirmed the limit? During collection tonight I found Kelani three times. I am over the 2000 limit. I closed and rebooted, returned to the game and found him again. Yesterday and this morning I was not paying attention to which statues were collected, but finding him twice in a row, I began to count.

So, as I seem to never get any chest during normal gameplay (through the whole Christmas event I only got 3 of which I actually caught only 1) I went ahead and bought games. From my 16 bought games I was able to catch 14 chests and got 7 pieces. I am now allowed to buy Outrider when I have enough magic. I think that this is a bad move from BFS that only in some chests is a piece. On the plus side the chests also randomly give eggs and I got a Manomano which is new to my park.
EDIT Sorry it's Outrider not Riptide that I can buy.

Random eggs of dragons I am missing would be better than what I am getting. I have bought a half dozen extra tries and out of the 18 Chests only ended up with one Riptide piece. My Chests only seem to be filled with DragonCash and Treats. Why should I give up 5 Gems for that?
We have added so many new members to the forum since the in-game friend mechanism went live. WELCOME TO ALL! Have you noticed,we are not collecting party hats. We are collecting masks. My grandson says they look like "black panther masks".
I was hoping the presence of masks meant I’d collect magic and dragoncash, but no, collecting masks instead of party hats adds dragoncash only. Still pretty fun to see.
