DragonVale is still available in the App Store and Play Store. DragonVale World was removed. Reinstalling the app could help if resetting the advertising identifier doesn’t work. Have you ever made an in-app purchase?
Have gone all through the apps and sorry to disagree but it is not in my fire apps ang longer. Not unless it is hiding. DragonVale is an app is it not and I have made purchases there.

I don’t use a Fire tablet, but if you download apps from the Amazon App Store, and it’s not there, it may indicate that DV no longer supports your device. You won’t receive any new updates if it’s not available for download. I definitely would not delete the app because you won’t be able to reinstall it (unless you .apk it).

I’m seeing familiar complaints here and on Reddit about players making in-app purchases and losing Tolzar’s Optical Oracle. This issue appeared to be fixed, and I made a purchase a month ago with no problems, but it looks like it’s returned.
I’ve had Tolzar removed twice before, so I’m familiar with the two-month experience of Tolzar’s departure; it makes very specific changes to the game. Maybe I’ll test this out...

“Do not sell my data” turned off all the ads in my game. I honestly never used the 15 minute speed ups for incubating eggs, but I did, one in a while, watch the coliseum ad for two extra gems. dragonglow , look on the main park page, options tab. I first headed to social, but found it at the bottom of the options page 🐨

BF said that if your device was a Fire or Android and was running on OS of 5.0 that you would receive updates. My OS is 5.6.4.0 installed Nov. 21, 2019 so I think I'm ok there.
ALERT......when I went to my park just a few minutes ago guess what showed up!? The Tolzar's Optical Oracle and I also had the Market gem ad. Do not know about the Colosseum have already done for day. Maybe enough of us complained and they decided to do something about it. It was about 6:15 p.m. my time when I found. Some of the ads which are for other games to buy still knocked me out of my park but there was also a new Wal-Mart ad and one for soap and they played just fine. The frog didn't show up at all.😒 You may want to check your parks.
And LynnMarie I found the don't sell my info to put my check in...after I found the Oracle.😊 Thank you.

Great news! So either in-app purchases suspend Tolzar for two days instead of two months, or it was a glitch, or they realised they made a mistake and corrected it. Either way, it was the collective force of players letting DV know about the issue so they could fix it that made all the difference. Thanks for the update dragonglow, and thank you for contacting DV!

This may be a dumb question but I'll ask anyway. Can you breed one of the new dragons, with one parent in the RBC? I just bred Harmony and Ghostly Plant and got the Ornamental dragon, which isn't an outcome according to the Sandbox.

Tolzar has made zero appearances in my park for days. Also missing are the Colosseum and Market Gem ads. I did purchase event currency and that is when the ads stopped. Since they are back to punishing us for contributing to their bottom line, I went into Options and enabled ‘Do not sell my data.’ Two can play at this game.

That’s what I love about Oz and NZ. A great rivalry (did someone mention the cricket?) but always there for each other. Brisbane is out of the danger zone but thank you for your thoughts.
Good news, friends! A lone koala wandered into my park and left behind a Yule dragon. It'll take a while for the little critter to hatch, but I finally managed to breed one. 🎄 🐨 🎄

I haven't bought gems or a rune stone lately but also had problems with Tolzar showing up. I don't think that it has a relation to your purchases - it's a glitch. Like the switching between winter and Halloween. With less people it might be more difficult to keep everything running correctly.

This is absolutely NOT a dumb question. It is the opposite, a brilliant observation in an informative post loaded with new facts to enlighten us all.
You should be able to clone a new house ornamental dragon in the Runic Breeding Caves. To replicate your results, I bred Harmony + Iron Blossom in a Runic Cave, and lo and behold, out came an Ornamental dragon (with no fire or cold present). I’ll continue breeding this pair to see if more ornamentals show up.
I also bred Dazzling in the co-op while trying to clone Venture (Blazing Gale + Venture), even though Dazzling’s plant, earth, and cold elements are missing from the breeding pair.

I haven't been able to watch adds for the last couple of days. Every time I tap on "watch vision" the game freezes. And I very much wanted to collect those extra ice berries during our last double and triple days.
I think it's part of the old-devices-tend-to-crash thing. The fancier the ad, the less chances I have of collecting on it.
PSA - the specialty mystery eggs in the rift (monolith, galactic, etc.) currently have a 22 hour countdown and will go away before Monday’s reset. The doubles and limited countdown are 1 day 3 hours. Don’t know if this is just yet another bug, a goof and they will stay until the reset, or if this is how it really will be.

I think you mistook the days as hours which is easy to do at a glance. Mine shows 21:22:33:07 = 21 days, 22 hours right now but when you posted it would have been 22 days.
