It is impossible to even attempt at trying to catch up on rifts, twin pedestals and the like when we never get a break. BEB with an event or new dragons takes away from being able to try for older things you have missed. And the anniversary dragon is right around the corner...

Too much spam is too much, but something more than another line buried in Social>News for when a new dragon (especially ones with limited duration!) gets added? All too often outside of events I'll not realize such until I've re-bred most if not all of my nests. >-<

Yes, it I frustrating when the splash screen tells you about BEB returning (or something else you already know) but nothing about the new dragon just released. I have learnt to check this forum first before opening my game after reset.  adlerist is very quick with posting pictures, breeding hints and all relevant information on new dragons when they are released.

Agreeing with this %110. I thought BEB was supposed to be about catching up on the dragons we missed. But it isn't easy to do that when we have new dragons dumped on us every couple of days.

Trust me, DECA. The players will be happier if you space things out and give us room to breathe. It won't hurt to take that new dragon and hold it back for a while. No one will get mad at you if you do. And it'll make things easier and more enjoyable for us if we can focus on one thing at a time instead of being pulled in several directions at once.

I think this is a break. It’s not a normal event and everyone wanted a break from that. If we want a break from new dragons then I think the best break is to stop playing for a while. I’m not saying you or anyone here should do that but that’s what I do when I’m not happy w/ a game because the game won’t stop coming out w/ new dragons when we feel burnt out.

It’s WAY WAY better to have BeB as a break between events than to have it going on during an event like how BFS did. They wouldn’t give us 2 weeks of BeB there was always an event with it. It would be good if there were no new dragons but 2 new ones is better than 3-6 new ones and an event.

I use to work at a company that published mobile games among other things and we could not stop events or promos or new content and ideas. If we did we’d lose the players then the game then be out of business. I get what DECA is trying to do and I think this BeB for 2 weeks and no event shows they are trying and making an effort. I play other games that would not do this. You can’t make everyone happy you just have to do the best you can and make the most people happy so your game will survive and more players will find it.

I’ve enjoyed the break some days I hardly play at all. I don’t have to worry about getting magic or flowers. I feel like I’m ready for the next event.

Same here.  The notification for the 🤮 didn’t show up on my device till around 8:00PM MDT.  I always lose time the 1st day a new one comes out.

Dear Deca

Would you please reduce the price cap on the Galaxy Mystery Eggs (Currently 225,000 E), reset them once the cap is reached or increase the odds of getting an unowned rift galaxy dragon?

Most galaxy dragons cannot be bred outside of the Co-Op cave so a Galaxy Mystery Egg is the most reliable source to obtain rifted versions.

I understand that buying many Galaxy Mystery Eggs shouldn't be too easy - but after spending over 4.5 million etherium (35 eggs) on these mystery eggs I'm extremely disappointed that I don't have a full collection of Rift Galaxy dragons - but have had many, many duplicates.

My park is still missing two Rift Galaxy dragons - one of them is Glimmerwing which is needed to breed Delicia. I would use a wish to get a rifted Glimmerwing, but this is not possible either.

I am unwilling to waste any more etherium in the futile hope of getting the last two Rift Galaxy dragons needed and have resigned myself to not being able to breed a Delicia in the rift.

Got another one. Can we expand the Dragonsai bush and Goody’s treatery. I have some awesome gifters and not enough gems and treats to give. Even if I have to spend gems to upgrade both would be fine with me, I just want to be able to gift all on my friends, well all that still play.....😆

Yes! I vote for this one.

I wouldn't mind spending gems to upgrade these items. That's cool with me. Because personally, I'd like to be able to gift ten gems a day, maybe twelve, so all my friends will be covered in a day or two. Much easier that way, especially for those of us who have long friend lists.

Awww c’mon DECA! I thought you had fixed the continual reverting of the Twilight Tower and Weather station...but nope!
Soooo annoying to have to continually reset these whenever I leave the screen to check breeding combos,or switch parks...
Please fix this! What’s the point in having them otherwise, plus, you might not know, but with the load this game puts on RAM,
switching off the fx for high level parks is one of the few ways we can reduce (not eliminate) crashing....

I really, really hope that, in your great wisdom and sense of fairness, you decide to release a new island along with this next event. I have all of the islands and I'm now officially out of space for new dragons. The only conceivable space I could use, temporarily, is some of the space I have on my second golden hybrid island. That island is not technically full because they haven't released all of the remaining golden hybrids yet, but the space is currently occupied by other golden hybrids awaiting the release of their long lost brothers and sisters.

Please DECA, please give us a new island! I appreciate all the new dragons you've given us, but don't you think you should also provide space to put them? I'd hate for brand new dragons to have to go directly into hibernation.

I've been playing this game since almost the very beginning and I've never run out of space for new dragons before. Pretty please?

Yea that would be so helpful to have more island space!! I like your idea a lot! I think a big island like the Overgrown which is my fave island would be amazing. That would help a lot. It could be different like instead of square maybe round, altho I like the square because you can put more on it. The round shape has wasted space but it might look really cool. DECA could get creative with the shape. More room for habitats please!!

Dear Deca

Thank you for the break between events and running Bring 'Em Back on it's own without it being part of an event. It has been very enjoyable not having to collect event currency for a few weeks. I am now looking forward to the new camping event arriving later this week.

With the large number of dragons available during BEB, it can be quite challenging to breed the dragons that are missing from my collection as there are so many possible fails and sometimes the odds seem so very low.
It is not helped by Aurora and Party who like to turn up regularly and clog up the breeding caves.

If we are lucky enough to get another break between events, instead of all dragons being able to be bred, would it be possible to have a Mini BEB with only a selection of dragons available to be bred?

These could be dragons that aren't usually released as part of an event, so never make an appearance outside of BEB - ie Limited Treasure Dragons, Limited Olympus Dragons, some Limited Rare Dragons. Or release a few categories at the same time - even if they are event related during the year - it would be a chance to catch the ones we missed during the event.

The Expansion Extravaganza was discussed with the Game Reps and Deca. Deca confirmed they are planning another Expansion Extravaganza.

Since unexpected delays can occur in the game, as we’ve seen with the extension of BEB and Camp DV being pushed back, timelines and dates for the Extravaganza cannot be disclosed because they could be shuffled, and Deca probably doesn’t want to be locked into a date or disappoint players with a delay.

I asked Deca if they could develop and release: (1) new islands during an event, outside of the Extravaganza, as greggerman requested; (2) multiple islands; (3) an oversized Overgrown-ish Island. I like the idea of an über-sized island, because it would immediately address the need for land, and it doesn’t have to be tied to the Extravaganza. It could be in an event prize tier.

Deca said they’re open to ideas on the type of island. They did not comment directly on releasing regular islands during an event, but I think a special island, like Overgrown or Lost Olympus, has a better chance of an event release in the prize tiers, than a regular island. Plus, Deca many want to stick with the tradition of regular islands for the Expansion Extravaganza; otherwise, it could negate the purpose of the Extravaganza.

I don’t know if Deca will implement another super-large, special island, or how many islands they’ll release. All this will be brought to the DV team for consideration.

I loved that game! BFS made a mistake with the implementation of allowing friends to speed up your "Breeds" and "Hatch" times, so that you could get the time dropped to zero, and therefore never had to spend "Gems" and thus, didn't need to spend money on the game. They could have rectified that and made it into the same sort of game as DV. Robots are just as cool as dragons.

Unfortunately, Deca doesn’t own any of the other Backflip titles, only DragonVale. So it probably won’t be financially feasible for them to acquire Gizmonauts, especially since it’s no longer in operation and doesn’t have a player base. But I agree with you, it was an exceptional game!

Oh, yes! I think about that polar bear once a week. Don’t know why, it just constantly crops up. How sublime would it be to have the bear sauntering around your park with all the other NPCs. And of course, we’d need a couple dozen, so no measly minimal limit, please.

Dear DECA,

Could we please get a setting with a confirmation to spend gems that is optional for a player to turn on? Dragonvale World had this and it was so helpful. With a few recent posts and an incident involving a family member I always feel bad when players lose a large amount of gems.
