Only the Toy Chest in the event market that costs 1,250 Iceberries guarantee an unowned evolve decoration. The chests from the mini-games and the presents in your park do not have a guarantee.
If you’re purchasing the chests from the event market and it’s giving you duplicates, please let me know and contact Deca so they can look into your game. So far, I haven’t heard any complaints from other DV communities.

Oh, that’s awful! So sorry this happen to you. I just reported your issue. So far, the reps for Discord, Reddit, and FB have not seen complaints about this. They are wondering if you’ve placed all the decorations in your park. Sometimes if they’re in your Gifts menu, the game doesn’t register that you own it.

Yes they are all placed in the park. Matter of fact I received the exact same decoration back to back. I will update with the response, thanks again.

Who would have thought that breeding an Apocalypse with a Surface dragon would result in an Ornamental dragon. The wonders of genetics.

Hah! Yeah, Deca has been a little too loose on the DV breeding rules. Yanghis is also missing plant from its contributing elements. They have a tendency to add arbitrary epic elements to dragons with no rhyme or reason. It’s becoming a familiar pattern.
Perhaps this is the new DragonVale.

Downpour Dodging is the pick of the day, with 2 level 4 dragon eggs needed for the top stages. This is closely followed by Polar Expedition which needs 3 level 3 dragon eggs for the top stages. Bell Ringing is definitely the hardest, with 3 stages requiring a dragon goal, and the top stage requiring level 5 dragon eggs.
