Since we’re on the brink of a new event and players are concerned they’ll lose event currency as a result of these buggy ads, I asked Deca again early this morning if they could please remove the problematic ads from the Scapes series. They have confirmed!
It’s just as well, because there’s not much of a chance any DV player would download those games after they’ve been ruining our DV experience for so long. It’s a wasted advert.
The removal may take several days, so you could still receive the disastrous ads for now, but their erasure is in the works. Thank you, Deca Games!

I hate the "demo" ads that take any touch of the screen as an excuse to open the app store. I usually resort to not touching anything until the X appears and then hit that with a vengeance.

OMG!!! This is the best news of the day it’s almost as exciting as the event! It’s a really close!!
Is anyone else having trouble visiting friend’s parks? I get the wonky wizard message and it reloads my park when I try to visit anyone’s park. I tried restarting DV, but that didn’t help. I wanted to see if anyone else was having the same issue before I tried reinstalling the app.
*edit - it seems to be only The Great Nogard and a friend just below him that are affected.

When I found out I can put my Rift Quartz in a Rift Habitat, I was so stoked that can finally have more room for extra Crystallines! My extra twins Crystalline can finally have room to breathe! But, my hopes are paced when I put my Rifty Quartz there...

Traited Gemstone and Crystalline dragons never earned DC in the Vale. Deca tried to change this when they introduced the Rift habitats during the Candy Bash VII event, but unfortunately, it glitched the habitats. As a result they had to revert the Gemstone/Crystalline dragons back to earning zero DC. It’s not a bug; the Gemstone/Crystalline dragons are earning as they were designed.

I just came here to say that I DID NOT get any Homescapes ads for the first time in a long time! Thank you so much!! I am as happy and excited as these bears! 😂
adlerist , great news about them pulling the ads! 😅.
I just popped over to complain that my ads are glitching big time! Yesterday I was only able to collect from one ad, through out my park.
Today I started recording again, one ad paid 50, the next ad stretched out my screen and paid nothing, the green was lit, so I tapped again and got the oops message. Both ads were the “Scapes” ones. I’m closing my game for a few hours and will try again later.
Also, absolutely loved all the egg tunes! 🎼🥚🥚🥚 🎶

Well the problem with the adds is worse then EVER! I only got adds from homescape and EACH came up vertically ( i am on an IPad), none offered an X to closse but all straight opened Appstore and whenI pressed 🐉 on top left to return to the game, the game was scrambled an sort of opening vertically on my horizontal screen. I had encountered that once in a while but now it happens with every add. I am totally fed up. The guys at Decca are putting great efforts to ruin the game. They are on the verge to loosing me. So much incompetence is remarkable. Of course you then have to close the game, relaunch 6 times.this event is already time consuming and this addsto it.
I had a Homescapes ad this morning for the Colosseum - the one where he falls in the well. I held my breath and it worked - the ad worked and gave gems, I doubt holding my breath made a difference.

adlerist any idea why when trying to access Norgards park you get..... It seems like the wizards spell went wonky...etc. then it tells you to continue and it reloads your park. This is in both of my parks haven’t tried anyone else will let you know when I try to collect the other party hats. Your park is next under Norgard in dragonglow park...will try later and see if I can access your park. I have to leave for now.

I also had a “scape” ad this morning for my Colosseum, and won’t you believe it, it is called “ Dragonscape”! How dare they! 😡🙄..To make matters worse, it froze my game. I force closed it, but when I logged back in, there was no second chance to watch an ad again. For now, I am ok with it, since I think adlerist had said it may take a few days for DECA to pull all the ads. Besides, it has not happened again so far, for today, in all my three parks. 🤞

Here's a fun one. I bred a Lunis dragon in one of my Runic Breeding Caves. I went to a accept it and my game crashed. When I came back, there was no Lunis in my Egg History. That's disappointing. I'm going to submit a ticket. Ugh...
This has been reported from the reps as well. Hopefully, it’ll be fixed soon and there aren’t other dragons with this glitch.

FluffyRae, I was able to open the park just beneath Nogard’s in my game.
I just tried visiting dragonglow’s park, and it opens.
I can enquire with Deca about Nogard’s park, but likely won’t hear back until the beginning of next week at the earliest. I’d suggest visiting your friends’ parks to collect party hats, since it could be a while before it’s fixed.

Please be aware Deca did say it will take several days for the ads to be removed. They only verified they’ll be pulling the ads on Thursday, so if players are still receiving ads from the Scapes series by the end of next week, I will enquire again and see where they are in the process. Dragonscapes is created by a different developer than Homescapes. I’ll report Dragonscapes (wow, that’s a terrible name).
If anyone notices other ads that cause problems, please contact Deca and let them know. Every ad I’ve identified is for an app, specifically a mobile game app. If you receive a problematic ad for something other than an app, I’d be interested in knowing about it. Thanks!

One of the Game Reps suggested the Lunis glitch could be due to Lunis having a Galaxy element. In which case, Solis would have a similar result in the RBCs. So far, there have been no complaints about the Solis dragon. Unlike other Galaxy dragons, Lunis and Solis can both be bred/cloned outside of the co-op, but perhaps because they have the Galaxy element, it’s causing this bug.
I’ll let everyone know when I hear back from Deca regarding a fix, but until then, do not breed Lunis and Solis in the RBCs.

I really love this idea! But I doubt Deca would be able to do it now, with the event already running. It would likely take some work on their end.
