Long time no post, but still reading and enjoying everyone’s contributions!
Having had none of the problems some have been having with Tolzar up till now, the doubles weekend has sent him doolally in my parks and I am getting “oops” messages instead of an ad and eggs. I have emailed Deca about this as double eggs from Tolzar are too precious to loose

Having same problem after no problems for a while. Nothing like losing the egg currency on a double day.
A game called Epic Breeding Sanctuary started mine when I tried to collect the sponsor gem then it
went down hill from there. DECA notified.

I rarely get the Homescapes ads anymore and when I do it doesn’t cause any problems. It doesn’t go to the app store or make the screen stretch or not give gems or eggs. That used to happen constantly every ad was like that. Since it has changed so much in my game it seems like DECA is working on it like how they said they were going to and they have fixed it in some games. Players might have to wait until they can get it fixed for everyone tho it took a while for the ads to be good in my game again.

Oh about the ads that force you to the app store (Playrix is getting deseperate) A Fishfom ad recently did that. Think it involves saving the fish by doing multiple tasks.)

FluffyRae, I was able to open the park just beneath Nogard’s in my game.

I just tried visiting dragonglow’s park, and it opens.

I can enquire with Deca about Nogard’s park, but likely won’t hear back until the beginning of next week at the earliest. I’d suggest visiting your friends’ parks to collect party hats, since it could be a while before it’s fixed.

Thanks so much for checking this adlerist! I’m glad to see it’s only the park for Nogard that won’t open. I don’t usually look for party hats but I checked my game too and it’s Nogard that is causing problems. Maybe DECA made some changes to it. I have some friends who have new parks and they use the party hats to help with dragoncash so I’ll let them know to skip Nogard but I think they just go to their friends parks anyway.

Yea same here I don’t have problems with ads anymore I hope the bugged ads don’t come back. It seems like DECA is changing or tweaking things. It looks like they’re slow releasing the fix so it’s not all at once. Your location might have something to do with it too. There may need to be enough local ads or ads for your country or you could end up with more app ads.

If I visit Nogard's park it is to reset the speed up breeding ads in my park. Because it is a smaller park, it loads much quicker than larger parks.

I've bred Lunis twice in the runic cave, but both time the game restarted and Lunis is not in the Egg history. I've created a support ticket with deca, waiting for their response.

haro thanks for your post, I have moved it to this thread for bugs. Yes, there's a problem with Lunis and possibly Solis

From adlerist :

One of the Game Reps suggested the Lunis glitch could be due to Lunis having a Galaxy element. In which case, Solis would have a similar result in the RBCs. So far, there have been no complaints about the Solis dragon. Unlike other Galaxy dragons, Lunis and Solis can both be bred/cloned outside of the co-op, but perhaps because they have the Galaxy element, it’s causing this bug.



I’ll let everyone know when I hear back from Deca regarding a fix, but until then, do not breed Lunis and Solis in the RBCs.

I had the exact same problem also twice. I notified DEcA as well.

Every ad I get does the stretchy thing but the last time I got that, I went to a notification out of DV and when I went back in, the stretch had unstretched. I will have to do more research.

When the stretchy screen occurs, soft close your game (swipe or click the Home button, depending on your device). Keep DV running in the background; don’t force close the app. Then bring DV back up, and the screen will adjust itself (this is what occurred when you clicked away for the push notification). It’s not a fix, just an easier/faster way to correct the screen orientation.

🍷Getting ‘Oops!’ more frequently than before. Lost the single Gem in the Treasure. It took restarting and clearing memory twice before the ‘Oops!’ on Tolzar’s Huey (helicopter) finally ceased. 🍷

The first two days of the event were full of oops, but you said that they were fixing it and would take a couple of days. great 😊

Over the weekend, double Saturday was bad and I could only collect from one Tolzar. So I emailed support, stating I had clips of the error messages and the freeze screens, ‘cause I recorded again on day 2 and 3.

Then on Sunday, a miracle happened and I was able to collect all three Tolzar @100 and the colosseum and the bonus gem!

I got an email from support, Carol, asking me to video the error message from the beginning , like open the game, got to Tolzar, then to the colosseum. So I’m thinking everything is fixed now, it worked yesterday, but what the heck.

So today, I hit record first, before opening the app, and sure enough, Oops on Tolzar, and then on to the colosseum, Oops again. 🙄. So I just emailed the clip to Carol, let’s see what happens. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Here's the response I got from DECA regarding the Lunis bug:

Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us! Our team investigated your situation and as it turns out the Lunis Dragon along with any Galaxy Dragon was not supposed to be possible for breeding in the Runic Breeding Caves. The issue is now fixed.

In this case I will refund your 1 Gem you have spent on speeding up the breeding. The Gem are currently in your Gifts menu.

We apologize for the inconvenience!

So I guess they won't allow any Galaxy dragons in the RBCs now.  I haven't tried it again, but I'll take their word for it.

Thanks so much for taking all these videos for Deca! They need you as their cinematographer.

If you receive an Oops! message from Tolzar’s Optical Oracle, it tends to glitch the ads so they won’t load. As a result, the Colosseum and Market ads won’t play. It’s best to force close the app and reopen your game after an Oops! message.

You may want to changed the order you watch the ads, maybe that will help (?). When the Colosseum is finished, I’ll open my game, wait for the Oracle to show (so I know the ads are ready), complete the Colosseum and watch the ad for the bonus gems. Then I’ll wait about 30 seconds before playing the Oracle ad.

If the Colosseum ad redirects then freezes the game when I return to DV, I’ll force close the app. When I reopen DV, sometimes I can complete the Colosseum again, sometimes not.

Deca was already aware of this bug when we spoke with them earlier today. They’re looking into it.

Today, we had a fairly lengthy discussion with Deca regarding this issue. They changed Lunis and Solis so they can no longer be bred in the RBCs, like all the other Galaxy dragons. However, this seems like an odd solution, and contrary to Lunis’ and Solis’ breeding requirements.

Unlike other Galaxy dragons, Lunis and Solis can be bred in any breeding location. Even though they have a galaxy element, they also contain the moon element (Lunis) and sun element (Solis), and they require Moon/Sun in their breeding combos. So they’re quite different from other Galaxy dragons. Lunis and Solis definitely bend the Galaxy breeding rules. Since they can be bred outside of the co-op, the Game Reps strongly believe they should be breed-able and clone-able in the RBCs. I think it’s too late to apply the Galaxy breeding rules on Lunis and Solis now, a year after they were released.

Deca is looking into this again. If there’s any changes, I’ll let everyone know. But in the meantime:

Lunis and Solis cannot be bred in the RBCs.

Whatever happened to the number of gems needed to speed up an RBC resetting to normal levels after a day? I don't recall if it ever did work that way, but if they're not going to do that, then DECA should remove the message that says they will. I suppose I can submit yet another support request...

Discovered this morning that I WAS able to visit DV Friends parks but NOT ABLE to visit Friends from Game Center...this should be a big help for DECA.

I visited your beautiful park looking for Party Hats but it crashed halfway through 🙄.  Not your fault I’m sure but I had cleared memory prior to my visit.
