Well, we’re back to crashing 😡. Often as soon as I do anything after logging in, Tolzar ads… losing a lot of DV benefits. The short period with no crashes was too good to last.

Many players are unable to open the game. Most are receiving connection or error messages.
Deca is working on it. When we have an update, we’ll let you know. Hopefully, everyone can log in soon. Thank you for your patience.

I've been having a new crashing issue over the last week that's outside of the loading issues we are seeing today in game with the new event. I noticed it over twins weekend and it's been continuing all week.
Whenever I open my Epic breeding cave, I have a high probability of the game just exiting. If it does open, there's a noticeable lag before it appears on my screen. And I can't open it twice, the second time will always crash.
Today, with the new issues, it's extended to pretty much every cave. I just tried to open my rift breeding cave and it crashed. That is probably related to today's issues, as it was fine all week for that cave. Crossing my fingers that what they fix for the event today will fix my original problem, as it appears they are very similar in nature. It could be what I was seeing has just gotten worse with the event, and now everyone is seeing it in more places.
Edit: This is only happening on my ipad. My phone, which is brand new, doesn't appear to crash at all. I generally only play on the ipad, it's not old, but it's not the latest model either. And prior to this, my DV has rarely crashed. I can't remember it happening outside of the watching ads problems everyone occasionally has.

I did experience slightly more lag over the last two weeks, but I put that down to the EE, TW and new islands. I usually find my game has more lag when there's a mini event on. (Though it's surprising that it seems worse over mini events, because main events, as the name suggests, have more items.)

With this new Event and new Draagons, I no longer have all of them BUT my Dragonairium Dragon is still snorting fire, as if I had all of them. Like I said, it’s certainly not a big deal but… 🤷🏼♂️

When you open the Dragonarium, it’s broken up into subcategories like Apocalypse, Vernal, Winter, Om of Noms, Ornamental, etc. The new dragons were not added to a subcategory. Has anyone reported problems with the Megatat not earning money since being moved in the Expansion Extravaganza? At first I made excuses like "I must have touched it by accident so it collected then when I was moving through my park" and I was using Tsaishen a lot to collect automatically so I didn't notice, but now it has been often enough to seem like my Megatat is not producing income anymore. Anyone else having this problem?

There was an issue that the DC icon wasn't showing in the right place. Have you clicked on the habitat to see if your DC total increases or the treasure box option has DC in?
Welp, figure since I have nothing else to do, I’ll post my issue so it’s better immortalized than a brief Discord comment and ticket to Deca…
Woke up this morning to a game that wouldn’t load (this was before reset). The loading bar wouldn’t even show. My phone’s always a few gb from being full, but it didn’t stop it from working yesterday. Just sometimes I get the Flower screen, not the Easter one. Anyway, wouldn’t load at all. Eventually it gave me a ‘file didn’t get loaded right’ popup. I removed some pics and videos, restarted the phone and finally resorted to deleting/redownloading DV.
It brought up the birthday popup, the two TOS popups. Then it loaded … to 95ish%. At which point it crashed. This is where I’ve been left. Every time I try, I get the two consent popups, followed by 95% loading on the flower festival screen, followed by the crash. I’ve deleted/downloaded 3x. Unfortunately I’ve only got the game connected to Gamecenter and Apple id at the moment. For whatever reason, it was logged out of gmail and I hadn’t bothered to reconnect them. Maybe they’re synced anyway, I dunno. I don’t have another apple device to try it on that doesn’t have its own DV game (kind of afraid to log out of one and try mine).
Anyway, Mayday knows and has my ticket # to get the ball rolling, but figured I’d share here for completeness. Doesn’t sound like anybody else has been afflicted, so it might be something on my end… just don’t know what.
As an aside, auto updates are off for everything on my phone, so it shouldn’t have been getting itself into trouble overnight. Wondering if there were new files added before reset and my phone messed up downloading them and now it’s stuck in purgatory.
Three parks unable to play, including my main. Blah. Ideas and solutions welcome.

I've had something similar before, but it didn't last as long. I assume you've already tried this but I didn't see it mentioned - reconnecting to WiFi/data, and trying the alternative to what you usually use, might help. If not it sounds like support will need to help.

Oh, that's terrible and so frustrating! 😢 I can't offer anything except sympathy and the hope that Deca can fix your game for you so that you can load it successfully. 🤞
