Yes, I lost the reward when it failed. But I didn't even get an oops message, just lost the reward. Second try worked, 2 out of 5 tries to get 1 redo. Sound slike amos got none.
I usually recommend to most players to restart the app when you get a failed ad, but you can't do that while in the middle of a eggy game.

Have tried all recommended settings (thanks for detailed instructions, Adlerist!) and have also tried setting parks to nighttime.
I have sent a ticket to DECA, but past experience has shown it takes 2 days to receive a reply, so thought I would see if anyone else is also experiencing this glitch.
None of these have worked for me so far. Absolutely nothing happens, and then it takes one away.

After this event started, I had an issue with the Colosseum where it gave me an oops message, and no payout, and no redo to watch again. And I had the Eggy Hatchy fail to give any message at all and just took one attempt. All other ads played as expected, no errors or stretch.
In the past, after this latest update, I would get a stretched screen on most ads. They always rewarded me (something not true in previous versions) and I could always fix it by tabbing out. Except for the Chick-fil-a ad in my area, all other ads seemed to stretch it - this includes the homescapes type ads and some other ad that makes me click through pages of text every 10 seconds.
I finished the big weekly tower. I was awarded 1200 extra magic and was sent a decoration as a reward. It's in my social menu, "The Guardian's Gate". Except you can only own 1, and I have it out already in my park. So the new reward is stuck in my social menu. They need to increase the number allowed in game.

I am not even getting the oops at eggy. Nothing happens except the minus to the amount. Only one out of mine worked. It played an ad and then a stretchy screen and then a redo.
Colosseum and market ad has had oops since latest update. I had no issues prior and know all the tips to use to ensure to get both. This happened to me on another update. I feel like every other update it works for me or not.
Helicopter is working. I had one oops, but it let me do this later.

Yes, the Eggy issues have been reported, but it’d be helpful to email them so they can look into it further with your game. The ad bug varies from player to player; it may depend on your device, RAM, location, etc. So it would be beneficial for them to gather as much data as they can from various players to better understand the problem and its source.

There are two different things. There is a market sponsor ticket that awards one ticket per day by watching an ad. There is also a place inside the board game that awards 5 redos per day when you do not like the outcome of a merge of eggs. You can watch up to 5 ads for 5 redos.

i have prob w ads & oops notice to. i wont get egg ticket or coliseum gem or gem from store. i get some, 1 or 2 but not 3. thursday i got 2 (the ticket & coliseum). friday i got 1 (the gem from store). if it get better or worse i will come back & say here.
the 1st time i tried egg hatchy redo it didn’t work, no ad and the counter said 4. the 2nd time i tried redo, got the oops message and the counter said 3. the 3d time worked. saving the last 2.
so i lost 2 turns. almost sent email to deca, but they ask for so much info i don’t know or have, it wears me out , haha. i know all that helps them figure a fix but i already feel like a frustrated failure from egg hatchy. sorry to be so negative. but the game is so enjoyable when things go well!
I got something new that glitched with ads. I tried for an extra ticket before reset and it went to a black screen with an arrow that said rotate your device. I must’ve spun my iPad for 5 minutes before I closed the app to get out of it.

I have submitted a ticket to Deca over a month ago. They are working on it, is what I am being told. I have sent screenshots to them. I have also tried to upload a screenshot from my phone to here and it says the file is to big. If someone could tell me how to upload it to here I would appreciate it.
