I have submitted a ticket to Deca over a month ago. They are working on it, is what I am being told. I have sent screenshots to them. I have also tried to upload a screenshot from my phone to here and it says the file is to big. If someone could tell me how to upload it to here I would appreciate it.

I got something new that glitched with ads. I tried for an extra ticket before reset and it went to a black screen with an arrow that said rotate your device. I must’ve spun my iPad for 5 minutes before I closed the app to get out of it.
This issue was reported on FB as well. It’s been years since I’ve seen the Rotate Device screen from an advert. Once you receive it, it’ll lock/freeze the game, requiring a force close of the app. I’m pretty sure it’s related to ads playing sideways and stretchy screen.
I don’t recall if the name of the ad shows or if only the Rotate Device screen pops up (I think it’s the latter). But if you or anyone else receives the Rotate Device warning, and you do catch the name of the ad, that would be incredibly helpful information. I can report it and ask for it to be pulled because these ads never payout and forces the player to close and reopen the game. It’s akin to a crash.

Since two days I experienced two crashes and two vertical adds in the colosseum adds, of course loosing the two gems plus having to restart the hunt for the flag holders. Am getting more and more disappointed by so much unprofessional attitude by Deca.
I'm here to continue my report on the reset bug my park is suffering from.
I logged in yesterday and assumed everything is fine. This morning -- both daily rift towers reset, gift once again collectable. There was no currency missing.
Prior reports include repeatable gift offers, plays and towers. Currency has only went missing once.

I thought my progress on the weekly was untouched, but it's set to 4/10 instead of 6/10.
It would be extremely helpful to Deca and myself, if members, who are having ad problems, could provide the following information in your complaint (you can either post in this thread, or message me):
1. What device are you using?
2. What’s the name of the ad that’s causing problems?
3. List all the issues the ad is creating (stretchy screen, opens App Store, no reward, crashes game, freezes game, prevents other ads from playing, Rotate Device screen, etc).
4. If you’re experiencing stretchy screen, are you still given the reward after the ad plays?
5. In which location is the ad bug occurring? (Tolzar’s Optical Oracle, Colosseum, Market)
Unfortunately, without any of these details, there isn’t much I can report. But with this info, I can keep track of the ad bug to determine if there’s any patterns and provide Deca with updates. Thank you so much for your assistance!

Caution, 🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷Alert!!! I continue to get “Oops!” out of Gems 🤬 a couple times a week. Most often when trying to get the Daily Single Gem from Treasure by watching an Ad. I also encounter this problem when attempting to collect those extra 2 Gems Daily from the Coliseum. I always make sure Tolvar’s Huey (helicopter) is present and the Green indicator is on.
If anyone knows how to avoid this, I would be grateful. 🙏
Also, I forgot how to tell if you have successfully Bred a Dragon you don’t have. Could someone please 🙏 point me to the post where this is explained...Again!?!? 🙄

I'm not sure if this counts as an ad glitch. I was speeding up a breeding and was offered the Homescapes ad to watch. It played perfectly with no glitches. However, the next speed up I tried ended up with the googly eyed frog, no ad, but the breeding time was reduced once the frog disappeared.

The googly eyed frog, no ad or the googly eyed frog and then ad plays has been going on in my park for quite sometime. Sometimes I get time reduced or gem, etc and them other times no gem or reduced time.🤦♀️ Have just learned to live with along with so many other things.🤷♀️

Thank you Crumble608, I was able to host a picture. If anyone knows how to fix this glitch please let me know. This is the problem. I am using a Apple IPad. My park has a glitch where I can’t pick who I want to give gems too. Players buttons are grayed out until the game randomly lets 7 players buttons pop. I have to keep checking until next reset for the 7 buttons to pop. The only buttons that pop have two gems are less. I usually rotate giving out my gems. It has been over a month since I have been able to give gems out to the people on the top of my list. As you can see from the picture I cannot choose them. DECA says they are working on this problem.

An educated guess is that it has something to do with leaving and coming back into the game to correct the ‘stretchy’ screen problem caused by the ads that you play which run in portrait mode, a problem which I and several others have notified you about and you have done nothing to fix!
You continue to make changes and introduce new features without fully testing them to see if they cause problems in other areas. Your QC is no where near thorough enough.

From the screenshot you posted, I can verify you are in fact logged out of Game Center. Please follow the instructions in this post to log back in. This should resolve the issue.

I believe part of the issue has to do with the amount of RAM your device has and the growth of your park and the game.
It sounds like your game sessions are too long, so there’s not enough memory to play the advert. The larger your park grows, the shorter your sessions will need to be to successfully play an ad.
I’ve tested the Colosseum and Market ads on 2GB RAM and 6GB RAM iOS devices. For a 2GB RAM (and 3GB RAM) device, the best way to ensure you will receive the Colosseum and Market ads is to (1) be sure you’re playing in Low Resolution Mode, (2) force close the game, reopen, wait for Tolzar’s Optical Oracle to show, wait another 30-60 seconds, then complete the Colosseum and play the ad. Do not engage in other game activities like collecting from habitats, breeding, watching the Oracle’s ads, etc. Do the same for the Market ad.
When I follow the above steps, the Colosseum and Market ads will consistently play. G’luck, I hope this helps.

You recommended these steps on another post a while ago and I’ve been doing this ever since. It does works for me still. It is tricky sometimes, you really have to be patient and wait for the ads to be ready and closing and starting the game before playing the ad is really important.

I have been playing in Low Res and Black and White for the last two years, as I have been doing Memory Clears prior to starting DV and going into and returning from the Rift. It takes a little extra time but it cuts down on the crashes. I make my attempts to collect Gems from these two areas first thing after I do a Dragon Drop after the Daily Reset. I know that the ‘Huey’ must be present. I did not know about waiting that extra 30-60 secs. Something I’ve noticed is my device is more prone to crashing after a soft close to correct a ‘stretchy screen’. And yes, the longer the duration of the game, the more ‘checkerboarded’* the RAM becomes, the slower the program will execute and eventually crash.

Is the state that exists when physical memory (RAM in our case) contains many small in-use areas interspersed with small available areas. The memory management subsystem has difficulty finding enough contiguous memory for the segments it is trying to bring into memory. Under these conditions, the memory management subsystem must perform an unusually high number of overlays to free up memory. The high overlay rate, in turn, can lead to thrashing. (My comment - Which will eventually lead to the system hanging or crashing, requiring a restart.j
