You could also buy egg of mystery in the rift and hope for a rifted monolith or rifted hidden. It seems like the randomness of eom seems to favor dragons that are in the event tiers, but that might just be a red car syndrome. (Red car syndrome is: you buy a red car and suddenly every car you see on the road is a red car. In actuality they are the same color distribution it always is, you just notice the red cars more.)

Maybe they are just hibernating? IDK. It does feel so good to get three of your targeted dragons or new dragons in one day or one of each of your targeted dragon in consecutive days.
Now if I can convince Apex to join my park, any shape or kind.

What are you using with your Minchi? I’ve been trying for 3 days with Minchi + mountain sun to get a traited Apex and I can’t even get an untraited

In the Discord server, DECA responded to a ton of player questions and noted that they have plans to make Monolith dragons available in this event. They didn't specify by which means, but they said to be on the lookout soon. So maybe hold off from doing anything until we know what DECA has planned.

Minor complaint/feedback - For Magic Tap the "How to Play" you get before the game starts shows bombs as red, but in-game they're orange. I reflexively clicked on a flash of orange thinking it was a chest and got blown up. >->
DECA has said that they will be fixing this shortly, as stated in Discord.

If you make note of the dragon at the top of start line, That is normally the fastest dragon for that race but there can be more than one possible.
The most constant way to get two chests is to get “perfect” when you tap your dragon across the booster lines. If you get all booster lines for “perfect” for a race, you can get two chests even if you don’t win the race. The trick is to tap as the lighted bar in front of your dragon crosses the booster line.
These are the races I had today and the dragons I used. A baby Crystal beat out my Quake in the second race:
I want to use my rift cave to try for some dragons I’m missing. A lot of them require the Hidden element, which I don’t have in the Rift. Is there a way to try for a hidden dragon in the rift?

This was reported on the first day of the event, but it hasn’t been corrected. I’ll mention it again.
(I accidentally hit the bomb because of the colour mix-up too. 💣💥)

Since I still haven't been able to observe full perfects making a difference, I'll be noting the results. Only got two parks, though.

-They're looking into adding more relevant dragons to the Camping category in the Dragonarium. (Like Hooded, Whimsical, Vipers, etc.)
-They will not roll back any park to level 140.
-It's not completely clear yet what will happen to the players who have missed out on the 25 shards per day from already owning the Summoning Circle.
-They've increased the habitat limit for Hidden habitats.
I think this was everything of note, they might answer a few more questions tomorrow.
So people have been getting new shards daily? Why does the cap not affect them?
No-one is receiving Soul Shards. Dragon Draw is under maintenance.

I used Pond and Glass. I'm also aiming for a traited Whimisical too.

I love Magic Tap, and it's really good on double weekends for earning extra currency. But now that I have a new tablet the objects are falling so fast! 😯
I'm used to the lag that made those ten seconds stretch for about twenty or thirty. It's easy to tap on objects that crawl across the screen at a snail's pace. But I have to admit this faster pace is fun. I like the challenge.
