Ooh, this event looks great! Quick question- what’s the best way to earn the evolution decorations? I’ve gone through buying plays in the mini games but have only gotten three new ones and a lot more older ones. Would DECA consider bringing the guaranteed new chest back to buy? Also, are the evolution decorations usually sellable for event currency? I recall that being the case in the past but that’s the not the case this time.
I asked Deca to put the Guaranteed Chest in the event market early this morning at LynnMarie ’s request.
Hopefully, they’ll do it, otherwise it’ll be extremely difficult to complete the evolve deco collections.
I’ll ask if they’ll let players sell duplicate decos for event currency.
Deca confirmed the evolve decorations are in the mini game chests. Yesterday, I asked for the Guaranteed Chest to be added to the event market and to allow the decos to be sold for Candy. We’re still awaiting confirmation.
It has been requested again by a rep to allow players to purchase the evolve dragons with event currency. Deca is not willing to change this, because they want players to evolve the dragons instead of purchasing them, which is how Backflip initially set up the evolve dragons. This makes the inclusion of the Guaranteed Chest in the event market even more imperative.

I do like that show! Normally, I’m not a fan of game shows, but all that nerdy, Jeopardy-esque content is hard to resist.
Still, The Chase only lasts one hour a week, which leaves a lot of time for DV.

Ok now, I’m not liking this new reset time. Right around 9:30 or 10am I sit down with my coffee and hatch babies, collect from habitats and play the mini games again. My old reset time was 11am, so I really counted on this morning after activity.
I just opened my vale and it’s already today! This is going to take some getting used to. 🙃

There are a total of 17 evolve dragons between Halloween and Xmas. Last year, between these two events, Deca had 160 evolve idols/items in the Golden Chests. I was able to collect them all. But not the last ten for Corrupticorn. The Flames were not part of the chest prizes, and if I remember correctly, were sold as a bundle pack, along with a Chromacorn dragon, for an outrageous amount of gems. I didn’t buy this then, because I already had the Chromacorn dragon, the most expensive part of the bundle.
I do realize Deca has these events planned out months in advance and this may be too much to ask, especially if I’m the only one inquiring….but….
Could Deca make bundles of each of the evolve required idols, like in a set but without the necessary dragon, for sale in the market for event currency? So instead of going through a few hundred chests just for 10 needed idols, we could purchase exactly what we each need. 😊🙏🏻

Personally, I don't mind the new 8AM reset time. I usually wake up around eight in the morning anyway, and it's nice to be able to roll over in bed, grab my tablet from the nightstand, and start playing while I'm lying there in bed. It's very relaxing and enjoyable.
It's actually better in my opinion, because when a new event starts I get all excited the day before, and then I wake up at eight and there's so much excitement and suspense building for two more hours. But now I can just wake up and boom. New event. Right on my screen. And I think that's rather nice. DragonVale first thing in the morning. 🌅

I only discovered it a while ago so I went back and watched all the other seasons/episode ‘On Demand’. I can answer about 1 out of every 4 questions so I’m in awe of those Chasers AND the contestants.

I thought it would work, until I remembered the x - 17.15 class every other day.
I'm a creature of habit, I do things the same way as often as possible. This is straight out impossible currently. I'll have to get settled into some sort of routine and prep work again, or I'll neglect something.
To make matters worse, I don't even know where anything is since the last year had been purely online. Forcing DV into it anyway would turn it into a chore.

I guess, I might add, I used to log in at around 11.00 before and again at 18.40.
Reset has been moved to 16.00, yes, but now I don't have time at 11.00. That leaves ~19.00. I guess someone might do fine with that, but that's not me.

Eighth annual Whitbee’s Candy Bash! Happily for me, I’ve done a few of these so I’m only missing… 21. Including the three new ones. And some limiteds. Yikes.
I set up Poison in the CBC to clone Funis(?) and the other two set to get Kwall. Icon trick confirmed my success, then I emptied both and - no Kwall. Cue the panic when I wonder if I accidentally sold it - until it pops out of my CBC! One down, twenty to go!
Current plan: trying to clone Funis in the CBC, trying for Wendigo on the Island, Spirit in the Cave, and Scourge in the Rift (with bonus chance for Eldritch and Oni). I’ll let you all know how it goes
