I just set an all time personal record!! All three event dragons, in four days!! 🎉 I must give thanks to co-op friends 🤩 amos , I got a normal Funis with my Ghostly Fire Elder! @lorry (lorry#0270), I got twin Infernus’ for us using my Ghosty Cold Elder! dragonglow , sent me a twin Etch, then I got a regular one using Nightshade!

As I've just bought Scourge, I now have 3/17 (or almost 18%) of the dragons I'm missing from Halloween. The Kwall was a twin, so I'll still focus my efforts on getting a "normal" one but will continue to count it in the total percentage. Here's an updated list of the dragons I'm missing, along with an updated breeding plan for this week.
Co-op cave: Flower + Funis (possible new dragon of Funis, also can get non-twinned Kwall)
Enchanted cave: Lycan + Decay (possible new dragons of Dracabra, Nesting, and Eldritch) Epic sanctuary: Nightbloom + Charlatan (possible new dragons of Eldritch, Nesting, and Iden
Rift cave: anything to fulfill the donation board requests

The Elder Primary dragons are really ruling this event 😃 I bred Etch with Ghostly Plant Elder took 2 tries Funis with Plant Elder took 5 tries Infernus with Ghostly Fire Elder took 6 tries
Hopefully the Elders are treating everyone else well too.

What have you guys used to breed a Kwall in the rift??
The sandbox says Nectar and Frond, which I have been using the last couple of days. But now I’m confused, again. 🙄 (I seem to be in a constant state of confusion with this event 🤪) Nectar is light and water, Frond is plant and water, and they are supposed to make a Kwall, which is water, light, plant and DARK. Where does the dark come from?!?!

Kwall is confusing. The breeding hint is only water, light and plant. The dragon itself has dark on its info page and can reside in a dark habitat. It also gives off dark when it is used for breeding, but you do not need it in the combo to breed it.
I’ve managed to get a rifted Wrath by evolving a rifted Love - how can I get a rifted Wrath pedestal?
To get a rifted Wrath pedestal you will need to breed two rifted Wrath dragons together - in the rift. All evolve dragons require two of them as parents to have a chance of obtaining another one.

The Elder dragons are working their magic for me too - and working very quickly.
Fire Elder worked for Infernus took 3 tries Light Elder worked for Funis - first try - was very surprised Dark Elder worked for Etch - this one took a little longer - 5-6 breeds
Really appreciate Deca giving us such good co-op odds for these dragons. Gets the event off to a great start.

I used Lotus and Plant Rift and manged to get it quite quickly. (As amos has said, you don't need Dark)

The 10 Flames of Corruption, 10 Tendrils of Wrath, and 10 Ornaments of Porcelain are the evolve decorations in the event. Ghostly Effigies are not considered decorations, as they only require one and cost more, so they can only be sold for DC.

I used Poshwing (level 20) + Frond (level 20) in my main park and Kwall showed up after 5 breeds.
My secondary park used Poshwing + Lagoon (both level 16) and received Kwall after 18 breeds, over 2 days.

Make sure to breed extra Love rift dragons before evolving. It is fairly easy if you already have two. If you have the currency evolve 2 Wrath dragons so you can get a rifted pedestal. This is currently the only way to get it since it takes two unless you are given one as a daily gift or in a mystery egg. Then if you need regular Wrath or a Wrath pedestal send the two rifted versions over so you do not have to evolve and use more candies.

Outside the event, it costs 100 gems to evolve each dragon. By evolving only two rift versions, we are able to get all the other dragons and their pedestals. I had forgotten this little nugget of knowledge. 🐨

Typically, I don’t post new quests if they’re listed on DV Wiki, but this one is out in the wild dark, and may not be added since it’ll likely be changed.
'A Swamp Thing' is Ghostly Moss’s quest — a little too close for comfort. So the FB rep requested Etch’s quest be updated.

Sadly, a perfect opportunity to use 'Soap on a Rope' has been missed.

LOL that’s so funny that Etch’s quest is Ghostly Moss’ quest. There are so many quests it’s probably had to check all the variations. Soap on a Rope would have been too hilarious for Funis 🤣
