On the Gargantuan Island, I have the primaries, hybrids, and limited hybrids. On the Colossal Island, I have the epics.
I have them displayed by 1) their first element and 2) order of release.
Because they are displayed by their first element, 2 epic dragons have their pedestals on the Gargantuan Island. They are Bogberry and Harvest Moon! Both have plant as their primary element.
Likewise, if the rift exclusive has an epic element as its primary, it's on the Colossal Island. Examples would be Chromacorn and Rigel.
Even though Bramble and Daylily are not limited, I have them together with the other limited hybrids because they don't really fall in other categories.
With the Colossal Island, I can finally have the pedestals neatly displayed. Yay..

My favourite approach to pedestals is drow ’s. Don’t collect them, don’t have anything to do with them. 😄

I have about 20-or-so duplicate dragons from when I still hatched duplicates so I might pick my 15 favourite and sell the rest, but it'll be sad because they're all epics

(I kept a duplicate Daylily even though it isn't epic purely because I like the design way more than the three I sold.)
I got some eternal essence, which normally can only be obtained at level 40+, from hidden items in my main park. My alts are level 30 or under, no hidden items.
I reckon you have to be level 40 or over to have the hidden items.
Can anyone chime in? What level is/are your park(s) and do you have hidden items (the green border around the visitor icon)?
Also, does your Kairos' perch have ribbons/balloons? I have ribbons in my alts, regardless of whether I've summoned Kairos or not, but no ribbons in my main park. I think it might be ribbons for levels 1-39 as a replacement for the hidden items.
I'm intrigued to see if anyone else's parks fit/don't fit the pattern I'm seeing with mine.

I hate to throw a spanner in your assumptions, but both my parks are at Level 170, maxed out Kairos and both receive hidden items (presents). The presents still give me Eternal Essence even though Kairos is at max level and I have no use for it. But I would like to see balloons on Kairos perch as well!

Yes, the link works - thank you. Your pedestal organisation is well laid out and easy to see which pedestal is which. There is also plenty of room for new pedestals. I like that you have them in element and release order.
I'm thinking of getting the Colossal Island to put all the Epic pedestals on rather than have them scattered around the park.
I'd like to group them in their categories - Rainbow, Dream etc. Does anyone have a layout that they would be willing to share that I could get some inspiration from (and maybe borrow)? 😉
yes I maybe the only one. But my egg pedestals are grouped by category and alphabetical. I started this as a way of tracking the dragons I own. Collecting the pedestal before the twin or the rift. I still use my egg islands as a reference too what’s missing from my collection. my islands are packed and I was waiting for this new colossal island to do some expanding.
Yes the eggs take up a lot of real estate, but I really find the dragontarium extremely frustrating. It so desperately needs an update, to be able to sort various ways the 700 plus available dragons. check it out MinyaZ . Interested in what you design looks like.
theresa, your pedestal arrangement is next level! That must have taken a lot of time and organising. The Monolith blocks holding the position of the missing pedestals is very effective. I might borrow that idea. 😊
I don't think that I'll be collecting four variants of each pedestal though. I'm thinking three - Normal, Rift and Twin (either TNormal or TRift). I have very few pedestals that I have in four variants.

Yeah, I just saw a post on the wiki that showed me that my conclusion was incorrect because they were saying they wanted to do something with the leftover eternal essence.
The reason why I came to that conclusion was that another person (I can't remember what post or even which site it was on) said that they weren't getting presents and Kairos was max level, but maybe they just hadn't found any and hadn't noticed the green border. 🤷♀️

I have a secondary park at 170 that doesn’t have Kairos. It has the presents and can still collect essence from them. There are no balloons on Kairos’ perch. The balloons are triggered by park level and don’t take Kairos into account.
My main park is at level 170 and has Kairos fully upgraded. I still receive essence from gifts (same as MinyaZ) even though it’s totally useless. This occurs every time it’s Kairos’ birthday. The Game Reps have asked Deca to remove Kairos’ and Gaia’s essence counters once they’re levelled up. Unless Deca plans on giving them more levels, which doesn’t appear likely right now, there’s no reason for the counters to show. And players complain about it a lot.

I agree. For me, Gaia is maxed, and Kairos is due to be maxed by the end of the mini event. The essence counters are still annoying every time I see them...

I decided to go for the colossal island and turn it into a rainbow farm as that's spilt over two others at the moment. I may yet get the megatat and/or upgrade the Lost Island of Olympus but I have no idea what to do with either of them! So many ideas on this thread but none for me quite yet

Yep, I didn’t bother with Kairos in that park, since it’s a secondary and doesn’t need it. I also never built up the Rift.
When you first posted your query, I didn’t have a chance to check my game and later forgot, since it’s an alt park that I don’t frequent. I’m only able to open DV a couple times a day at the most right now. It’s likely that other people also didn’t have a chance to respond sooner.
