I have placed the leaves generator on my island with the autumn theme as it already has leaves falling, so the generator adds to that effect.
The snow generator is on a winter island – obviously. I don't think the Sun dragons would appreciate a continuous snow effect. 😊
I can’t decide where to put the rain generator. I’m not sure that any dragons would like to be rained on all day and night. I’m thinking that the pedestal island might be the best place.

Hmm... Is there a place near the right edge of the gargantuan/overgrown islands where you can place it, and it will slightly affect the Megatat? Then the dragons in the Megatat can have some rain if they want it, but if they don't they can move away from it.

During Dragons Week, I’m trying to breed dragons that I don’t have traited yet. I’m convinced that the rift is taunting me! ‘You want a Cansian – here’s one, but it doesn’t have a trait HAHAHAHA. Oh a Sugarmiten – here you are, but it doesn’t have a trait either HAHAHAHA.’ 😈
Is it possible to ask Deca if, during Dragons Week, breeding in the rift will always give traited dragons? It is so discouraging with only a week to breed them, to receive un-traited versions.
(I’d like the rift to always give traited dragons, but that probably will never happen. 😊)
For me, it is HAHAHAHA, here is your non traited Lyuba..😖.. but then I was lucky enough to breed a traited Zilla, followed by a traited Valeodon. So can’t complain too much.
I really like the idea of always giving us traited versions in the rift during DW. 🤞🤞
I've now got TWO dragons from the dragons week - this is a first! The other two times I only got one.
Though I do think it's a good idea not to have dragons in a DW immediately before their event to avoid confusion, I was glad some Paradise dragons showed up in this DW as it meant I could get them before the event began. Paradise is the last event left where there are over 20 dragons I don't have in any park so it's been nice to get ahead.
Update: Now Tidal and Kaiju have decided to come along, within a few Rift breeds of each other! Now the only DW dragon I don't have in any park is Sea Shanty - hopefully I'll be able to get it before the DW ends! 🐨

I am so glad that I can take a break for a week - I bought an island with my DC and will plan to make it a Plant element island. Other than that, I don't plan to do much else until the event starts, as I already own all the dragons from Dragon's Week.

This level is the level for « collector decorators » and I want first of all thanks all the entrants for their dedication to respect the purpose : give a sumptuous setting to the dragons of the event and collect a maximum of decorations, dragons and pedestals released in the Vale for the first time during the "Summerthings Magical" event with a maximum of diversity. A major challenge brilliantly taken up by us participants! A huge thank you to them for playing the game for this Wizard level !
All submitted island are absolutely gorgeous, stunning , fabulous , fantastic … no enough words to described the amazing work of our collectors decorators!
The choice will be difficult and dear forum members , you have the heavy responsibility of deciding between them in terms of the design of the island! Come on the ISLAND DECORATION CONTEST thread to like 👍 your favorite islands

You can vote for one or more islands but not for all the islands, at least two of them must not have received your approval.
This does not mean that the islands are not beautiful and amazing but we need a ranking!

adlerist , do you know whether DECA is going to remove the Paradise dragons in the DW from the next event (assuming the next event will be a Paradise event)? Or will they keep them in there, and effectively this is just a bonus week of trying to breed them? (Or do you not know/can you not say?)
Yes, I do know, but I’d rather not say. The Paradise dragons were purposefully added to this Dragon’s Week. It’s a long story that I won’t get into, but they are supposed to be available. In previous and future Dragon’s Weeks, there will not be dragons included that will be released so soon. This should be a one-off.

I thought you were asking if the Paradise dragons were going to be removed from Dragon’s Week, but you were asking if they are going to be removed from the next event. The Paradise dragons in Dragon’s Week will still be in the upcoming event. So if anyone wants to save event currency, breed them now, or if you have other dragons to obtain this week, feel free to skip them.

Oh thank you for that info. Only traited dragon I need for the next event is Sea Shanty and I’d figured I’d breed it through the event or get it at the end via the reward. But it showed up now and I was worried it wouldn’t come back for the event. So far no luck on my main for my three traited targets - Brutiful, Pricklefluff and Classical. Hopefully I can snag one. This break gave me time to get my Labradorite pedestal though. Tomorrow I’ll have a Gold pedestal section for the first time! For two whole days! Plus I’m getting some redecorating done. I love that Deca put Expansion and Dragon Week together between events. I don’t know if they actually listened to our critiques or it just worked out this time, but I really appreciate it. It keeps me engaged between events and keeps me coming back. Now if only my game would stop flipping to the Thawsome Spring loading screen and taking ten times as long to load, I’d be a very happy player. I don’t know what changed this week, but I wish it would stop.

I'm pretty sure, as of the last few events, there have been more easy (especially elemental) combos than of the events before, even if it is still blended in with some very difficult ones. It definitely feels like DECA is actively trying to take onboard suggestions, which is really great. 😁 Especially for games - I've played other games where important features have been requested for ages and no one seems to have listened.

I pleaded with Deca several times to please, please release Dragon’s Week during the break. The timing was such that it could coincide with a break. This isn’t always the situation. We only have 2-3 breaks per year, and 4 Dragon’s Weeks, so they will inevitably land during an event. But when it’s possible to have them during a break, the opportunity should not be missed.
Deca doesn’t always like to stack promos, but hopefully, they’ll move past that with the positive response to the combined Dragon’s Week and Expansion Extravaganza.
I know how much Forum members and Discord players have been imploring for Dragon’s Week to run during an event break, some are quite salty about it, so yes Deca is responding to the players' requests. The Game Reps bring the collective voices from our communities to Deca. Not everything can be fulfilled, but Deca does what they can to accommodate players and stay on track with the game's benchmarks.

If you’re planning on taking advantage of the Expansion Extravaganza’s free removal of trees and rocks, be aware Islands 11 - 35 take 60 hours to summon. You’ll want to purchase the islands now, so they’ll arrive on time for free clearing. Don’t forget to use Kairos to speed up the summoning process.
