Sunscorch is the current moon dragon being offered in Moon Dragons section of Dragon Draw, so Deca do know that it is a Moon dragon. That makes it an even bigger mystery why it was removed from this event. 😊
I'm still of the opinion that Sunscorch heroically took the place of Lightmatter, Tranquil and I think Lageto too (any other sun dragons I've missed? 😆). If I could actually draw I'd want to make a piece of art of Sunscorch defending the dragons buuuuuuut I can't draw to save my life 🤣
Deca have changed the themed slot in Dragon Draw's to Olympus Dragons. 😊
Because, why not?

Personnally, I don't play with this dragon draw. I loose my time . And I would like to take it off my park because since it works again, my park crashes again when I want to visit a friend who has a big account, like Adlerist's one: I need to be in low resolution to visit it. The same for Ney. And a couple of others parks. I think dragon draw is too big for my device. And I would prefer take it off rather than buy another device!
I dont understand completely do you win dragon draw by chance or by putting the most shards on a Dragon
The more shards you put in, the higher chance you have. But nothing would guarantee you get it (unless you put in the max amount of shards to reach the cap, but that's incredibly unlikely as that would involve you putting shards in before anyone else had a chance to, and having enough shards to begin with).
What I do is wait until I feel particularly inclined to use the Dragon Draw, see if there's anything I want, and if there is I put a bunch of shards on. If you plan on using the draws more regularly, use your shards more sparingly.

The fact the parks are large is why you're having trouble visiting them. Try visiting one of my small parks - I imagine it will be easier. That's because there are less things to load.
I don't think Dragon Draw is the issue, especially as (from your comment) there isn't anything Dragon Draw-related that has led you to the conclusion that Dragon Draw is what is causing the issue. If, for example, you found that your park was becoming especially laggy after you opened the Summoning Circle, that might be something to look into, but if your park's just being laggy, it's probably something unrelated - it's likely just the usual culprits.
I don't think I've seen anyone else having issues (lag-wise) because of Dragon Draw, so unless there were suddenly a lot of lag (etc.) issues that were clearly related to it, I doubt DECA would make it possible for an individual player to remove it completely from their park/device.
I recently asked about suggestions to decrease lag. Here are some suggestions you might like to try out: -- Keep Low Resolution Mode on permanently -- Remove dragon orbs -- I am currently in the process of making all my dragons into their baby forms to decrease animations (this is time consuming) -- Optimise Memory is used to help get into the game, but from memory of a comment about it (edit: found the comment), it can also increase lag after logging in. Perhaps try turning Optimise Memory OFF, and see if you have trouble logging in - if you don't, but having Optimise Memory off results in less lag, keep it turned off -- Hibernate dragons (I'm guessing the more animation-heavy they are, the more effective putting them in hibernation would be) -- Put RAM-draining decos in the storage tower -- Optimise your game and device.
If you have more questions about this then unless you do think the lag is specifically related to Dragon Draw, this would probably be better suited for the Bugs and Glitches thread.

Have Deca forgotten to add Professo. Mushry etc to Dragon Draw or are they waiting for the new event to start? I'm sure that they usually add the new dragons to the voting list as soon as the event finishes.

This was flagged by both Tornor and Calli. We haven’t heard anything from Deca. I’m not sure why there’s been a delay in adding them to Dragon Draw.

Deca have changed the themed slot in Dragon Draw to Water Dragons. 😊
I think it is a great idea that Deca are having a themed slot, but I had hoped that the theme would be for Epic dragons or other hard to get limited dragons. The ones I have seen for the water theme include Bubble, Surge and Aquacorn. These are all permanent dragons and not that difficult to breed. I'm sure players would appreciate rarer dragons being showcased rather than these ones.
I never caught it in the draw before, but I happened to be up.
I put in 2229 shards for an 8000 max, so I only had a 27.8% chance.
I did it again!!!!
I won a traited Lambovian from Dragon draw!!!
I put in 1710 shards for a 12500 max, so I only had a 13.68% chance this time.
Blue fire and a traited Lambovian in the same week, I guess the koalas are on a ski vacation here.
CONGRATULATIONS!! A traited Lambovian is amazing! You are the Dragon Draw Master. Definitely the most winning Dragon Draw player on the Forum 🎉

I also won a Lambovian dragon in Dragon Draw. I put 500 shards in from each park and was staggered when I actually won. Thank you lisgie for making me think of putting more shards towards the draw than the few I usually throw at it. 😊

Unbelievably, I've had another win from Dragon Draw! An twin Okenite dragon. It is the last twin gemstone/crystalline the park needed. I did throw quite a number of shards at the draw. 1000!
